The aim of the diploma thesis is to design new mixed-used building in Drásov. This building is situated on the outskirts of the town. The mixed-used building is design as detached building with four-storey and with partial basement. In the basement there are technical utilities, small storages and meeting room. On the firt floor there are commercial space as shoe store, sports equipment, household goods and hourer´s shop. On the second floor there are two separeted office premises. On the third and four floor there are eight flats. On the each foor there are four flats type 3+kk. Structural system of the building is design from ceramic masonry type Therm and from permanent formwork. There are ceilings from prestressed concerete floor slabs. The roof of the building is design as single-layer flat roof.

This diploma thesis deals with the project documentation for the construction of a new building of the fire station type P4 in Chrudim. The building is located on land lot No. 2412/7 and 2412/8, in the cadastral area of Chrudim. The house is divided into two parts; an administrative part with a room for firefighters and a garage, which contains the complete technical facilities of the station. The fire station is situated in the existing housing development of the town Chrudim, specifically in part Chrudim II. The administrative part of the building has two floors. On the ground floor, there are individual offices and a gym, including technical facilities. On the first floor, there are rooms for firefighters and rooms for their daily services. Next to the land lot, there is a local road of type III. The house is designed to respect the municipality’s territorial plan and the surrounding built-up area. The project documentation is elaborated in compliance with current building legislation, regulations, and standards. The house‘s profile is irregular, and the building has two flat roofs and a span roof. The system of construction is made of bricks and colomns. The building is situated on slightly sloping terrain.

The subject of this thesis is the development of a project documentation of a mixed-use building situated in Kroměříž. The building has four above-ground floors and a basement. In the basement there are cellars, a workshop, a warehouse, a technical room and an underground garage. On the first floor there are shops, café with the capacity of twenty people and a pharmacy. There are also two handicap accessible apartments. The second to fourth floors are made out of residential units of which there are eight. The roof structure is designed as a warm flat green roof or terrace. The external and internal vertical structures are made out of Heluz ceramic pieces. Horizontal structures are made out of reinforced concrete.

The subject of my diploma thesis is an elaboration a design documentation for a newbuilding of a nursing home. The building will be located on the town part Brno - Bystrc. The building will serve to accommodate seniors and ensure their quality and dignity. The building is designed as a detached house with a oartial cellar and three floors. Part of the building are also garage spaces situated in 1S, accessible by both the elevator and the walkway. The mainentrance is in height level a ground floor. External loadbearing structures are made of ceramic. The ceiling structure is made of Spiroll boards due to a larger span between supports. The building is roofed with a flat roof. The staircase is reinforced concrete. When processing, it was given the emphasis on the layout design, architectonic and technical arrangements and on a safe usage of the building. The drawing documentation os processed in the AutoCAD programme.

This master thesis deals with the design of a new sports center. The capacity of the sports center is 90 visitors and 12 employees. The building is designed as a two-storey, for disabled people and constructed by sandstone brick block with a flat roof. On the first floor is a main and staff entrance, a café, squash, 3 saunas (men, women, mixed), 2 rehabilitation rooms and staff room. On the second floor is a gym, HEAT, spinning, a mirror and gym hall, gallery and staff room. Part of the proposed building is a car park with a capacity of 70 parking spots (4 parking spots for disabled people) and 1 bus stop. Car park for staff has a 16 parking spot.

Project of health center with facilities for civic amenities. It is a three-storey above ground object. On the ground floor there is a pharmacy, a veterinary station and a medical office. On the second floor there are six medical offices and a technical room. On the third floor there are 4 spaces for civic amenities. Vertical load-bearing structure consists of masonry of ceramic blocks and internal monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton. Horizontal load-bearing structure is made of reinforced concrete beams and prestressed reinforced concrete panels. The building is based on concrete foundation strips and reinforced concrete pads. The building is roofed with a warm flat green roof. Thermal insulation of the facade is made of mineral wool insulation and has a ventilated facade.

The topic of this master´s thesis is a new building design of recreation centre in Lavičky and processing of project documentation for this building realization. This thesis is furthermore completed with two specializations. It deals specifically with a specialisation in the field of technical facilities of buildings – heating and air conditioning. The recreation centre is a complex of two units that will provide restaurant and accommodation services with leisure activities facilities. In one of the units there is designed an accommodation facility with smaller wellness area, in the other unit there is designed a restaurant. The estate where the units are located occurs in the north part of the village Lavičky. This locality is built up by family houses and apartment blocks. The architectural solution of the designed units follows on from the concept of simple country object where the object has the shape of rectangle ground plan and is roofed by typical saddle roof. The building of the restaurant and also the guest house is in the shape of rectangle and is roofed by double sheathed saddle roof with metal folded roofing in dark grey colour. As well it utilises modern elements of architecture as big window openings or dormers. The filling of the openings will be accomplished by wooden windows in natural shade. The façade of the units is designed in that way to match both unis together. It is solved by white façade paint in combination with cement splinter panels imitating wood or cement splinter panels in grey colour and is completed by outdoor wooden pergola or wooden storm porch. The wall base part is formed by mosaic façade in grey colour. The layout solution of the units follows on from operation requirements of the particular services and they are separated in space for customers and for operation space. The topic of this thesis is a project documentation of a Retirement home located in Prague in Novodvorská street. The building is designed as a stand-alone building with five floors of a rectangular ground plan with a receding fifth storey. The retirement home is divided into a public section - a pharmacy and a part for clients - accommodation, leisure time including facilities - a restaurant with a kitchen, a laundry room. The construction system is designed as a reinforced concrete monolitic skeleton with rectanguplar columns and the filling structures are made of ceramic blocks. The building is based on reinforced concrete footings. A waterproof concrete is proposed for the lift shaft, and the foundation sills are designed for the perimeter masonry. Roofing of the 4th and 5th floor is a warm flat roof. In the 4th floor roofing section, the roof is made as a concrete tiles paving. The main entrance to the building is from southwest and the access to the building is from the northwest side where there is a parking lot for employees and clients.

The building has seven above-ground floors, of which five above-ground floors will be used as office space, one above-ground floor will be used for commercial use and gastronomy. On the last floor, there will be an elevator lift range and a technical background for air conditioning. The support system is designed as a reinforced concrete skeleton based on a reinforced concrete slab and pilots. The façade is designed as lightly ventilated with facing bricks. For this object, a single-shell roof area is selected.
