This diploma thesis focuses on topic of educational needs of hospital and faculty of medicine employees, concretely doctors performing medical and pedagogical services. The theoretical part deals with the issue of employee management and development and with legislative confirmation of doctors need to constantly educate themselves. Lifelong learning, by extension, andragogy, is a tool for more active using of innovative methods and instruments for developing digital competences. Economical, sociological and sociopolitical analysis reflect educational needs analysis and emphasize the need for lifelong learning without regard for subjective or objective typological dimension. The major goal of this thesis is to analyze current condition of doctor's educational needs who perform medical and pedagogical services considering continual digitization development. I chose qualitative research investigation, two methods of questioning to gain required data. The analysis of doctor's educational needs in university hospital proved that current industrial revolution is professionally included not only by reason of subjective dimension of needs but also because of protecting themselves and their employers at particular performances.

My dissertation deals with a research company from the point of view of personnel management. First part explains the fundamentals about personnel management. Next, I introduce the company and explain how it operates nowadays regarding evaluation and motivation of employees. Finally I propose possible solutions to existing problems.

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of strategical management of educational organization focusing on human capital management. How should supervisors ensure personnel management considering stark demographic situation and emerging digital generation. Human capital management in educational organization sector was getting almost no attention until recently. The relevance of elaboration of the topic for the field of study is reasonable. The first part of the thesis defines key concepts and the conceptualization concerning the issue of human capital management that is defined by company's vision and business strategy and is accompanied by personnel activity. Next to be found here are human sources, the competence management and how to develop active personnel and policy in the paradigm Education 4.0. The empirical part focuses on analysis and characteristics of human capital management in educational organization and suggestions for its methodology. Mycobacterium tuberculosis est la cause d’une des maladies infectieuses les plus fréquentes dans le monde causant la mort de plus de 1,2 millions de personnes chaque année selon l’organisation mondiale de la santé (OMS). Actuellement, la tuberculose à M. tuberculosis émerge chez d’autres espèces comme l’a montré notre revue bibliographique des cas de tuberculose à M. tuberculosis chez les primates non-humains, les éléphants d’Asie, les animaux de ferme, les animaux de compagnie et certains animaux sauvages. Nous avons montré que ces trois espèces survivent dans le sol pendant au moins 12 mois et restent pathogènes dans un modèle souris. Egalement nous avons montré que le sol infecté par M. tuberculosis est une source potentielle de contamination pour les animaux. Nous avons ensuite développé un protocole de culture rapide de M. tuberculosis, incluant un nouveau milieu de culture solide, des conditions optimisées d’incubation, et la détection des microcolonies par autofluorescence. Notre travail de thèse a permis de mettre en place des techniques et protocoles qui révolutionnent la culture et l’isolement de M. tuberculosis en réduisant les délais de culture et des antibiogrammes, un point déterminant pour la lutte contre la tuberculose notamment dans les pays à ressources limitées et les pays à forte émergence de souches de M. tuberculosis de plus en plus résistantes. Ces protocoles sont en cours de transfert pour la routine de laboratoire. / Mycobacterium tuberculosis is the cause of one of the most common infectious diseases in the world killing more than 1.2 million people each year according to the World Health Organization (WHO). Currently, M. tuberculosis tuberculosis emerges in other species like non-human primates, Asian elephants, farm animals and some wild animals. We have shown that three species of M. tuberculosis complex survive in the soil for at least 12 months and are pathogenic in a mouse model and M. tuberculosis-infected soil is a potential source of infection for animals. We then developed a protocol for rapid culture of M. tuberculosis, including a new solid culture medium, optimized conditions of incubation, and detection of microcolonies by autofluorescence. Our thesis has helped develop techniques and protocols that are revolutionizing the culture and isolation of M. tuberculosis by reducing delays culture and susceptibility testing, a crucial point for the fight against tuberculosis, especially in countries limited resources and countries with strong emergence of M. tuberculosis strains more resistant. These protocols are being transferred to the routine laboratory.

The contens of my dissertation deal with motivation, assessment and system of rewarding for employees in a choosed firm. The system of rewarding must be setted up to be understanable and fair for employees and so they could be motivated to a better achievement. The aim of this dissertation is in terms of theoretical knowledge that will be delimitated in the first part of this dissertation and consecutive analyse of present situation of a firm in the second part of my dissertation to propose such a system of rewarding that is going to contribute to bigger satisfaction and better job participation of employees and so to raise productivity of a firm.

The theme of the diploma thesis is elaboration of selected parts of the construction technology project in building block of flats Hostivař. Content of this project is technological solution for realization of this project. It means working on time planning of construction, right using of human, material and machinery sources and controlling system for selected part of the building. In attachment of the diploma thesis, there are also drawings of building site equipment for different construction phases. The goal of the diploma thesis is design right and economical procedure for realization of the building, comply with the safety, quality and ecology conditions.
