The object of interest of this diploma thesis is the processing of technical-construction part of the project documentation for the realization of the four-storey office building with two commercial premises on the ground floor. The building is cellarless, shape of the ground plan is rectangular. The fourth floor is receded over the others and there is an outdoor terrace, facing south, the remaining part of fourth floor is made up of flat vegetation roof. The support system is composed of steel concrete skeleton with a reinforcing core. Infill walling are made of ceramic fittings. The building is insulated with mineral wool and ceramic facade system.

This master's thesis deals the design documentation for construction of the Hotel. The building has six floors . On the 1st floor there are entrance hall , bar , dance hall , restaurant, conference rooms and a wellness center . On the 2nd floor there are administrative offices, fitness room, children play room and three large patios . On the 3rd – 6th floors there are hotel rooms . The main support system of the building is the skeleton frame construction.

The discussion of the master’s thesis is static analysis of residental building. The thesis details the original solution from assesment and a new design variant solution. The work is focused on static solution of monolithic concrete plate with ribs and is devoted to limit states assessment of the plate with ribs. The thesis includes a time analysis structure and prestressed ribs in the new variant.

The subject of the Diploma's thesis is " Construction and technological solutions of CEITEC Science Park in Brno". The content is a solution of the whole project from a commercial, construction-technological and time costingness side. The purpose was a preparation of all works before starting an execution.

This thesis deals with the layout, construction, fire and thermal technical solution for residential building with business part. The residential complex is divided into four functional parts - underground garages, administrative, operational and residential part. This proposed building has four floors and a basement. The upper floor is sheltered by a flat roof. The constructional system is made of reinforced concrete columns and walls in the first two floors, as for the next floors the brick wall construction is used. The ceiling construction is a monolithic reinforced concrete panel with cross tension.

The thesis is developed in the form of project documentation containing all requirements according to applicable regulations. The project addresses the new building freestanding buildings, municipal office with an elementary school. The building is a partial basement, three floors and basement. In the basement is the technical background of the building, utility room, machine room and communication space. On the first floor there are areas of the municipal office, library, parent center and game room with toilets. The second and third floors above ground occupied spaces elementary school. On the second floor we find classrooms, changing rooms and toilets. On the third floor is a dining room, suite, staffroom teachers and toilets. The project also includes dispositional studies, two special projects, assessment of buildings and structures in terms of building physics, or fire safety design of the building.

A theme of this diploma thesis is a primary school. The thesis is composed of a form of a project documentation. The building is situated in Moravany u Brna, on a plot 1013/122. It is placed on a slightly sloping terrain. It is a two-storeys building without a cellar. There are classes, a catering part, an administrative part and a section for sports in the building.

The aim of the thesis is the design of project documentation of the new-building of library including road and technical infrastructure. Project is concerned with urbanistic, architectonic and construction-technical design of the building. The main assignment of the building is information and education activities. Object the library provides a comprehensive library and bibliographic services for scientific-pedagogical employees and students of the Brno University of Technology, other universities and other specialistic public. It is a detached building situated in the cadastral area Veveří close to the area of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Brno University of Technology. Object has 3 above ground floors containing the reading rooms, the study rooms, area of the cafe and also allow storage of the book stock. Bearing structure of the building is formed by a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton mounted on the base plate. Facade of the building is in front of the bearing structure, is ventilated and outer surface is formed by laminate cladding panels. Roofing of the object is flat vegetation roof with planting of extensive vegetation.

The aim of the project is student housing in Brno, which is in the administrative area of Pole.The building has four floors above ground and it is mounted on slightly sloping land. The main entrance is a follow-up to the entrance hall, where is the reception with twostaircases, which are on north side. There is the technical part of the building on the first side, lodging for 2 personswith reduced mobility, studyroom , game room and grillbar. The remaining three floors are designed as a cellular system of accommodation for university students. Every unit of them is designed for four students. The every unit of them has a hall, bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Total capacity is 98 students. The bearing system of the building is monolithic concrete skeleton with filler external walls, which are made of aerated concrete blocks. The building is coveredby flat single roof. The cladding is designed as a contact insulation system ETICS.
