Magistro darbe yra suformuluota pagrindinė įmonės veiklos rizikos valdymo esmė, išanalizuoti ir susisteminti įvairių Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių teoriniai ir praktiniai rizikos valdymo principai, metodai ir modeliai. Išsamiai išanalizuota UAB „Nostrada“ finansinė veikla ir jos rizikos valdymas. Atlikta įmonės veiklos perspektyvų analizė ir prognozavimas, remiantis finansiniais ir statistiniais metodais. Patvirtinama autoriaus suformuluota mokslinio tyrimo hipotezė, kad esant didelei rizikai gauti didelį pelną yra didelė tikimybė. / The masters paper frames companys the main essence of activity risk control, provides analysis and system of theoretical and practical risk control principles, methods and models of various Lithuanian and foreign authors. UAB “ Nostrada” financial activities and its risk control are analyzed in detail. Analysis and forecast of the companys activity perspectives is performed based on financial and statistical methods. The scientific research hypothesis formulated by the author that there is a great possibility to get great profit in presence of great risk is supported.
