This text analyzes the work “America Hispana”, published by the writer and political activist American Waldo Frank in 1931. In the words of the author, “America Hispana” want to write "the story of a people, not characters or groups of fictional characters" as he had done in previous works. Therefore grouped it with other three volumes under the title El nuevo mundo, and in which he sought to rewrite the history of the continent.
