Data hiding and detection in Office Open XML (OOXML) documents

Raffay, Mohammad Ali 01 March 2011 (has links)
With the rapid development and popularity of information technology, criminals and mischievous computer users are given avenues to commit crimes and malicious activities. One of the commonly used tactics, called steganography, is to hide information under a cover media so that except participants, no one else knows the existence of such information. Many techniques have been proposed for hiding data in images, videos and audios, but there is not much research devoted to data hiding in the popular MS Office documents which have recently adopted Office Open XML (OOXML) format. In this research, we first focus on identifying several data hiding techniques for OOXML documents. Then, we design and develop a fast detection algorithm based on the unique internal structure of OOXML documents, which contains multiple XML files, by using multi-XML query technique. Experimental results show the proposed detection algorithm outperforms the traditional one in terms of detection speed and completeness, where performance is the key to success of detecting hidden data in OOXML documents due to the fact that millions of documents are generated and transferred over the internet every day. / UOIT

Knihovna pro práci se soubory formátu Office Open XML

Košťál, Jaroslav January 2015 (has links)
The thesis deals with a library for working with Office Open XML Files -- spreadsheet files --, with its analysis, suggested layout, and implementation. It includes a specification of a standard spreadsheet file and of ways of creating such files. Based on studied theory, a layout is suggested for a library for reading and recording data, and for implementation of such a library in the C# language, which offers interface suitable for working with this type of documents.

Převod formátu OOXML do HTML / Conversion of OOXML format to HTML

Tejkal, Jan January 2007 (has links)
The theme of this work is the conversion of Word 2007 document to the HTML format. The work contains the analysis of existing convertors and description of their disadvantages and errors. The format of the OOXML document, especially WordprocessingML document, is described in detail. API used for work with OOXML documents is described too. The main contribution of this work is development of a new convertor of WordprocessingML documents to HTML format. This converor enables to divide the output to more parts. User can choose type of dividing: by sections or by style(s) of paragraph. The convertor is described in the last chapter.

Interoperabilidade de documentos digitais usando ontologias / Digital Documents Interoperability using Ontologies

Suca, Erika Guetti 17 October 2012 (has links)
Organizations need to exchange information simple and efficient, with costs as low as possible. As proof of concept we consider the portability between ODF(Open Document Format) and OOXML (Office Open XML) document formats.

Knihovna pro zpracování dokumentů OpenXML / OpenXML Document Processing Library

Belica, Peter January 2009 (has links)
This thesis describes the type of documents named Office Open XML, which are commonly known as OpenXML. Basic properties of these documents as well as their structure are explained. There is also an introduction to other technologies such as DOM and XHTML beacause of their inevitability in realization. Program library is designed to read these documents, build a DOM structure for them and export it as a XHTML file.
