The focus of this thesis is the construction of a single girder overhead crane. The goal is to render a crane construction according to preset parameters. The parameters include a lifting power of 8,000 kg, a 10,000 mm reach, a 2,400 mm wheelbase and a stroke of 8,000 mm. The thesis includes brief theoretical research focused on overhead cranes, their various types and description of their main components. Brief description of chosen parameters for the construction itself follows. The description of chosen parameters includes calculations of strain acting during operation, technical and stability parameters, essential for the construction. All calculations were made with regard to valid Czech technical standards and specialized literature which focuses on the construction of cranes and their parts. Finally, the thesis is extended by the required technical drawings.

This thesis contains a design of a steel structure of two-bay industrial hall with an administrative facility in the city of Brno. There are 3 variants of solution for industrial steel hall with duopitch roof with overall dimensions 60x74 m and detailed structural analysis of the first variant. Height of the hall is 10,5 m. Main structure of the roof is designed as frames from steel profiles with purlins from cold rolled sections, a span of frames is 30 m. The material of main frames is steel S355, material of purlins is S450. The hall is equipped by overhead crane with loading capacity 5 tons. Bolted connections will be done with maximal stiffness and feasibility of the structure. The administrative facility is designed as an independent building with 3 floors, the floor plan is semicircular with diameter 48 m.

This master thesis deals with calculation of steel wire ropes for cranes. Concretely is acted about calculation of wire ropes overhead crane manufactured by KRÁLOVOPOLSKÁ a.s. designed for load capacities up to 25 000 kg, which is situated at hall of steelworks. Further, the calculation of wire ropes different overhead crane was made to compare the results. The solution includes calculation made using valid standards ČSN 27 0100, DIN 15020-1, FEM 1.001 and ČSN EN 13001-3-2. Finally, the procedures are evaluated and compared with each other.

Работа посвящена разработке нового технического решения узла крепления подкрановых балок к ригелю покрытия рамы здания из ЛСТК (легких стальных тонкостенных конструкций), а также изучению его работы под нагрузкой. В результате исследования разработаны рабочие чертежи узла крепления и инженерный метод расчета данного узла, что позволяет расширить область применения каркасов из ЛСТК для строительства однопролетных зданий с подвесными кранами грузоподъемностью до 2-3 тс. В рамках настоящего исследования разработана расчетная пространственная модель здания в ПК ЛИРА-САПР 2016, произведен статический расчет по расчетным сочетаниям усилий. На основании результатов расчета методом конечных элементов определены максимальные действующие усилия, возникающие в несущих конструкциях. / Present work is devoted to the development of a new technical solution for the attachment joint of crane beams to the girder of the building frame covering made of LSTWS (Light steel thin-walled structures), as well as the study of its operation under load. As a result of the study, working drawings of the attachment joint and an engineering method for calculating this unit were developed, which makes it possible to expand the scope of application of frames from LSTWS for the construction of single-span buildings with overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 2-3 t. Within the framework of this study, a computational spatial model of the building was developed in the FEA software LIRA-SAPR 2016. Static calculation was performed based on the design combinations of efforts. Based on the results of the calculation by the finite element method (FEM), the maximum acting forces arising in the supporting structures are determined.

As the main topic this thesis describes the design and evaluation of selected reinforced concrete members of the prefabricated reinforced concrete industrial building with administration at ultimate limit state in accordance with applicable standards. Movable overhead crane with carrying capacity of 50 tons is the main distinction of the industrial hall. Lateral frame whit main structural parts which are roof prestressed girder, load-bearing column supporting the overhead crane and drilled pile transferring loads from the upper construction to the load bearing subsoil, is designed in particular. Furthermore, design of the Gerber beam which forms the slab construction in the administrational part of the building is elaborated. Structural design and evaluation of other structures of the building is not part of this thesis.
