Vodoznačení statických obrazů / Image watermarking

Štágl, Luboš January 2009 (has links)
This diploma thesis is concerned in static pictures Security problems. That means, additional informations (watermark) are embedded to the original picture in a specific way. This complex picture structure (watermark) should be unremoval by different attacks runing processes. The main goal of this diploma thesis is realize two separated methods digital data watermarking in MATLAB program. For reason of a quite large scale of different watermarking methods are chosen at this time only two of take were choosen. First of the methods is Watermark injection in the spatial domain and the second in the freuquency domain. Both methods are set up in a special way and finish goals of the process. Expected result are, that digital picture user doesn't know about the watermarking technique was aplied on this picture and the watermarking data are the most resistant as possible as can be. These attacks were simulated in Checkmark program.

Předzpracování oftalmologických obrazů pro registraci / Preprocessing of ophthalmology images for image registration

Orešanská, Hana January 2009 (has links)
The aim of my thesis was research of the ophthalmology images processing. These methods contains image filtration, detection of important points in the image and registration. Image adjustment and the follow up registration is very important to find some deseases (e.g. glaucoma, where is a change of nervous threads going from retina ). For the image changes and registrations was made computer programme (Matlab, Graphical User Interface), where the user can try the different methods decribed in teoretical part of thesis.

Automatická anotace obrazu / Automatic image annotation

Hegmon, Jiří January 2013 (has links)
Recognition and comparison of image is one of the main problems and area of the field of computer vision. This thesis adds to these two issues the third, the recognition image semantics, so called annotations or labels. This work uses the knowledge of methods of recognizing the similarity of images to create a tool that is able based on training dataset of images and annotations, create a group most likely annotation for the test set of images. This work presents several types of test datasets suitable for the detection of annotation information for images. Subsequently, best set with the necessary training dataset size and enough information about annotations is selected. Based on this training dataset algorithm is designed for easy loading test set without large demands on computer performance. Evaluation of annotation information is done based on different similarity algorithms. At the beginning of this work was to use a simple, but not very effective method of MSE and comparison of color histograms, but gradually it was necessary to move to using more advanced methods (such as Tamura, Gabor, CEDD nebo různé druhy hostistogramů). The results of this comparison are then taken to evaluate the likelihood of the annotation for the image specified test set. The last part is an evaluation of the accuracy of annotation based on information from the test set.

Vliv startérů na užitkové vlastnosti a celkový stav organismu telat

Aulichová, Tereza January 2019 (has links)
The thesis is focused on the comparison of the influence of different types of starters on feed intake, holstein breed calf increments, feed conversion, economy, rumen fluid and blood parameters during calf rearing. After the colostrum period, the calves were divided into 3 groups of 5 individuals, they were fed by dairy feed mixture and various types of starter mixtures. The first group had ČOT – B granular starter (granulated granulated components), the second group received Premiumstart – muesli and the third group got Goldstart – a mixture of granules, corn flakes and cut straw ("straw starter"). In 60 days old they were bled and then killed in a slaughterhouse. After slaughter, the rumen and rumen fluid were collected from the calves for subsequent analyzes. The average starter consumption and feed conversion was the highest in the second group. The average daily increase was relatively balanced in the individual groups. The load per kg increment and the real starter consumed was demonstrably the lowest in the first group. The average pH of rumen fluid was significantly lower in the first group (below 5.5). Propionic acid was relatively high in all calves (up to 15% in the first group, 9% in the second and third groups) and low levels of acetic acid (8% lower). A low number of ciliates was found in all groups, but in the third group level was close to the reference values of adult cattle (119 thousand / ml). In calves received Goldstart starter straw, rumen fermentation values were closest to the physiological rumen environment. In this group of pH, the number of ciliates and the proportion of acetic acid and propionic acid corresponded. In terms of rumen papillum development, rumen volume, ammonia, pH, WBC, and ALP levels, Premiumstart – muesli is the most appropriate. The WBC concentration was highest in calves that received muesli starter. The highest glucose levels were observed in calves that received the ČOT – B granulator starter. The highest levels of ALP were found in the calves that received the muesli starter, which can be confirmed by the highest daily gains in these calves. The results obtained give a good idea of the functioning of the individual starter mixtures. However, for practice, it will be necessary to repeat the experiment to confirm some claims.

Zpracování dat z elektronového mikroskopu pomocí GPU / Employing GPU to Process Data from Electron Microscope

Bali, Michal January 2021 (has links)
Electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) is a common tool used by phy- sicists to examine crystalline materials, which is based on taking pictures of material microstructure using electron microscope. To determine additional characteristics of studied specimen, a specific variant called High resolution EBSD has been proposed (and partially adopted). The technique takes se- veral subregions of the images taken by the EBSD camera and uses cross- correlation to measure deformation of obtained patterns. Usability of this method is limited by its relatively high computational complexity, which makes it useless for the analysis of larger specimen surfaces. At the same time, processing of individual subregions and images is independent, which makes it appropriate for parallelization provided by modern GPUs. In this thesis, we describe the technique used to process the EBSD data in detail, analyze it and implement the most computationally demanding parts using the CUDA technology. Compared to a reference Python implementation, we measured a speedup of 30-40-times when using a double floating precision and up to a 270-times speedup for a single precision.

DŮM NA ÚPATÍ - MĚSTSKÝ DŮM V HISTORICKÉM CENTRU BRNA / HOUSE ON THE FOOTHILL - TOWN HOUSE IN THE HISTORICAL CENTRE

Veselá, Marie January 2013 (has links)
Potential sites lies not only in its location but also the dominant position it holds to their surroundings. Undeveloped plot represents a "node" or "island" ... loosening strictly linear character Bakery. It is a place which brings together three disparate streams - Classical serious at the running part of Mendel Square, dramatically quarreling upper section flowing into the area from Hus class and insignificant Anenská that, if there "just got lost." All "three" street, however, are closely connected with the plot and the transformation of space clearly indicates their transformation. A distinctive feature of the property is its visual exposure of looking from Mendel Square, the plot creates a "picture" to which the pawn closer. This image should be interesting, changing to attract one's attention for more than just one or two seconds. The image should not least communicate - what is happening on the ground, what links are individual objects ... a landmark and should, for use by infantrymen use. It should also not be attractive from a distance - when one zooms in close proximity, should be surprised by the discovery of something new, something that was not noticeable from a distance, it should be attention to detail, or idea that can be seen only at close contact.

Obraz ženy a muže v učebnicích dějepisu / Representation of women and men in history textbooks

Pilátová, Denisa January 2014 (has links)
This work deals with the issue of gender in textbooks regarding the image of woman and man, with the main question being: What is the image of woman and man in history textbooks give us? History as a subject reflects the conception of woman and man as based mainly on the historical context in which the textbooks reflect the actual events of the past. The introductory part of the work starts treating gender on a general level and then preceeds to a specifical gender analysis of textbooks. The following part of the work presents content analysis of selected history textbooks.

Specifically, in the television production, where politicians play the central role or those series which take place in the political sphere and in the state bureaucracy. Another condition is that the stories are fictitious and originally produced in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The researcher choosed those TV series for his research: Yes, Minister; Yes, Prime Minister; The New Statesman, the trilogy of House of Cards, To Play The King, and The Final Cut; and The Thick of It. The research tracks individual series with the focus on the theme of the research. After introducing the reviewed material, it focuses on individual characters and their relationship to the media or whether they are directly representatives of the media professions. In the end of the thesis the research searches for the examples of model depictions of journalists in popular culture and summarizes the role of journalism in the events of the...
