A lo largo de la presente investigación se presenta el problema que las empresas tienen con los tiempos que manejan a lo largo de la cadena de suministro, desde que se realizan los pedidos, hasta que estos son despachados, siendo la empresa Tai Heng S.A., ubicada dentro del rubro escolar, una de estas, y que se abarcará dentro del caso. A lo largo del presente trabajó también se buscará analizar los tiempos que se manejen, así como una propuesta de mejora, tanto económicamente como de tiempos que permita la optimización de los tiempos logísticos para la empresa y llevarlo al caso de estudio. / Throughout the present investigation, it's presented the problem that companies have with the times that are handled along the supply chain, from the time that companies make the orders, until they are dispatched, one of them is the company Tai Heng SA, business of the school sector and which will be covered on the case.
