Orientador: Irineu Aliprando Tuim Viotto Filho / Resumo: A pesquisa aqui relatada é vinculada à Linha de Pesquisa 3 “Processos formativos, infância e juventude”, do Programa de Pós Graduação em Educação da Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia UNESP/Presidente Prudente e sob as bases teóricas e epistemológicas da teoria histórico-cultural teve como objetivo geral identificar e analisar o quanto a organização do ensino da atividade da dança, em um processo de intervenção formativo ludo-pedagógico, contribuiu para a aprendizagem sobre a linguagem da dança e a criação de imagens artísticas, carregadas de significados sociais através de ações corporais, tendo em vista o desenvolvimento das funções psicológicas superiores, como a imaginação e a criatividade dos estudantes. Para tanto, realizamos um processo de intervenção junto a uma sala de 3º ano do Ensino Fundamental, com cerca de 36 estudantes na faixa etária entre oito e nove anos, em uma escola pública municipal, da cidade de Presidente Prudente. Em um total de 24 encontros buscamos construir possibilidades interventivas formativas para os estudantes e, nesse movimento, compreender as possibilidades de ensino da dança e sua relação com o desenvolvimento da imaginação e criatividade dos sujeitos participantes. Com as reflexões teóricas expostas em nossa seção de análise dos dados, observamos o avanço dos sujeitos no que se refere à compreensão do conceito da dança e os elementos que a compõe e como essas apropriações os fizeram avançar no processo de composição de uma imagem artística... (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The research reported here is linked to Research Line 3 “Formative processes, childhood and youth”, from the Postgraduate Program in Education at FCT- UNESP / Presidente Prudente and under the theoretical and epistemological bases of historical-cultural theory, its general objective was to investigate how much the organization of the teaching of dance activity, in a ludo-pedagogical formative intervention process, contributed to learning about the language of dance and the creation of artistic images, charged with social meanings through bodily actions, with a view to the development of superior psychological functions, such as students' imagination and creativity. To this end, we carried out an intervention process in a 3rd year elementary school room, with about 36 students aged between 8 and 9 years old, in a municipal public school in the city of Presidente Prudente; in a total of 24 meetings, we seek to build interventional training possibilities for students and, in this movement, understand the possibilities of teaching dance and its relationship with the development of the imagination and creativity of the participating subjects. The purpose of the study, the results of which are presented in the dissertation, is to improve personnel work with the heads of organizations of general education based on the implementation and application of professional standards, as well as the development of the project. The object of research is the personnel work of executive bodies of state power in the field of education on the implementation and application of professional standards for heads of organizations of general education. The subject of the study is personnel procedures with the heads of organizations of general education. In the final qualifying work, the essence of competency, process and system approaches is considered; analyzes the activities of the Ministry of Education and Youth Policy of the Sverdlovsk Region in terms of personnel work with the heads of organizations of general education based on the application of a professional standard; factors affecting the implementation and application processes in personnel work and personnel procedures of the professional standard of the head of the organization of general education are considered. / Цель исследования, результаты которого представлены в диссертации, это совершенствование кадровой работы с руководителями организаций общего образования на основе внедрения и применения профессиональных стандартов, а также разработка проекта. Объект исследования – кадровая работа исполнительных органов государственной власти в сфере образования по внедрению и применению профессиональных стандартов руководителей организаций общего образования. Предмет исследования – кадровые процедуры с руководителями организаций общего образования. В выпускной квалификационной работе рассматривается сущность компетентностного, процессного и системного подходов; проводится анализ деятельности Министерства образования и молодежной политики Свердловской области в части кадровой работы с руководителями организаций общего образования на основе применения профессионального стандарта; рассматриваются факторы, влияющие на процессы внедрения и применения в кадровой работе и кадровых процедурах профессионального стандарта руководителя организации общего образования. Результатом проведенного исследования стала разработка проекта, который послужил основой для рекомендаций в адрес Министерства образования и молодежной политики Свердловской области для совершенствования кадровой работы с руководителями общеобразовательных организаций.

Esta Organização Educacional reafirmou os princípios republicanos elaborados pela filosofia positivista do Partido Republicano RioGrandense na Primeira República, além de promover um projeto educacional que conferia à Educação um papel fundamental na modernização da sociedade e na formação dos cidadãos. Neste sentido, este processo pautou-se na expansão educacional da Instrução Primária, Secundária, Artística e Física no município de Bagé/RS. Esta investigação assentou-se na análise documental de documentos escritos, tais como, relatórios Intendenciais e orçamentários do município de Bagé/RS, correspondências, jornais, leis, decretos e atos, dentre outros. Tais documentos foram abordados sob o prisma da metodologia histórico-crítica. No processo de escrita deste trabalho, percebeu-se que as crises políticas ocorridas no transcorrer da década de 1920 no Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, provocaram adequações nas conjecturas administrativas municipais e culminaram num esforço político dos republicanos gaúchos em reafirmar seus símbolos, suas crenças e rituais, além de, ratificar, os valores da República positivista. Neste sentido, a condução de Carlos Cavalcanti Mangabeira ao posto de Intendente Municipal do município de Bagé na última década da Primeira República, representou o continuísmo republicano e a hegemonia política na cidade, bem como, a instituição de um projeto de expansão educacional e da consolidação de uma política pública educacional para a Organização e Estruturação da Instrução Pública Primária. / This is a study of the history of education in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, more specifically in the city of Bagé. Our main aim is to understand the process which established of education politic in Carlos Cavalcanti Mangabeira’s municipal administration (1925-1929). This Educational Organization reaffirmed the republican principles of the positivistic philosophy of Rio Grande do Sul’s Republican Party in Brazil’s Old Republic period. It also implemented an educational project which recognized the fundamental role of education in the modernization of society and in the formation of citizens. The process of implementation of this system promoted the expansion of Primary, Secondary, Artistic and Physical instruction in the city of Bagé. In this investigation, we analyzed, in the light of historical criticism, documents such as Bagé’s intendancy and financial reports, letters, newspapers, laws, official decrees and acts. During the analyses, we realized that political crises occurred in the 1920’s in the state of Rio Grande do Sul led municipal administration to carry out adaptation measures and resulted in a political effort, by the state republicans, to reaffirm their symbols, beliefs and rituals, as well as the positivistic republican values. Carlos Cavalcanti Mangabeira’s appointment as Intendant of Bagé in the last decade of the Old Republic meant the maintenance of republican values and political hegemony in Bagé. It also resulted in the implementation of an education expansion project and the consolidation of the public education politic of Public Primary Instruction. / Se trata de un estudio de la historia de la educación de Río Grande del Sur, principalmente en la ciudad de Bagé / RS y tiene como objetivo principal entender el proceso de establecimiento de la política educativa llevada a cabo en la gestión de Carlos Cavalcanti Mangabeira (1925-1929) en ese municipio. Esta Organizacion Educacional reafirmó los principios elaborados por la filosofía positivista del Partido Republicano del Río Grande del Sur, en la Primera República y promovió un proyecto educativo que le dio a la educación un papel clave en la modernización de la sociedad y en la formación de los ciudadanos. Por lo tanto, este proceso se basa en la expansión educativa de la Educación Primaria, Secundaria, Artes y Física en la ciudad de Bagé / RS. Esta investigación se basa en el análisis documental de los documentos escritos, tales como informes presupuestarios y de otras naturalezas de la ciudad de Bagé / RS, correspondencias, diarios, leyes, decretos y actos, entre otros. Los documentos se abordaron a través del prisma de la metodología histórico-crítica. En el proceso de escritura de este trabajo, se descubrió que las crisis políticas que se produjeron en el transcurso de la década de 1920 en el estado de Río Grande del Sul dio lugar a ajustes en las conjecturas municipales y culminó en un esfuerzo político de los republicanos gauchos para reafirmar sus símbolos, sus creencias y los rituales, y ratificar los valores de la República positivista. En este sentido, la conducta de Carlos Cavalcanti Mangabeira en el cargo de Intendente Municipal de la ciudad de Bagé, en la última década de la Primera República, representa la continuidad y la hegemonía política republicana en la ciudad, así como el establecimiento de una expansión de proyectos educativos y la consolidación de una política educativa para la Organización y Estructura de la instrucción pública primaria primer Sistema de Estructuración de Instrucción Pública Primaria.
