Once these factors are mapped, organizations are able to delineate growth and sustainability goals. It identified a gap regarding the lack of a systematic intended to identify and evaluate the critical success factors of organizations, because the theme is broad, comprehensive and has several definitions, making it difficult to use. This problem is evident with more intensity in science and/or technology parks, in which observe a lack of methodologies, routines and tools to assist the processes of identification and evaluation of such factors. This research aims to contribute with answer to these questions, proposing a framework to evaluate the critical success factors of science and/or technology parks. Initially, semi structured interviews with academic and parks experts were conducted, collecting opinions and suggestions to refine the framework components that was initially developed based on literature review. Then the full implementation of the current framework was applied in two Brazilian parks: TECNOPUC and PORTO DIGITAL. The application was conducted with managers of these parks and with managers of companies established in these parks. Through the application of the framework was possible to identify and evaluate the critical success factors of these parks in order to guide their managers to understand how to make these parks more competitive. For example, a critical success factor identified for TECNOPUC was: "The park develops an internationalization program through cooperation agreements, providing opportunities for new markets and business stakeholders." Furthermore, the framework application allowed to gather similarities and idiosyncrasies perceived by managers consulted. For example, in PORTO DIGITAL, a similarity of perception among surveyed segments is that the park is able to consolidate agreements among established companies in this park, the government and the University to develop projects and incentive programs for the development of PORTO DIGITAL ecosystem. / Identificar e avaliar as caracter?sticas chaves para o desenvolvimento organizacional por meio dos recursos dispon?veis ? fatores cr?ticos de sucesso ? ? fundamental para a competitividade organizacional. Uma vez que tais fatores s?o mapeados, as organiza??es podem tra?ar metas de crescimento e sustentabilidade. Identificou-se uma lacuna referente ? falta de uma sistem?tica destinada a identificar e a avaliar os fatores cr?ticos de sucesso de organiza??es, pois o tema ? amplo, abrangente e apresenta v?rias defini??es, o que dificulta a sua utiliza??o. Esse problema ? evidenciando com mais intensidade em parques cient?ficos e/ou tecnol?gicos, em que se nota uma car?ncia de metodologias, rotinas e ferramentas para auxiliar os processos de identifica??o e avalia??o de tais fatores. Esta pesquisa busca contribuir com resposta para essas quest?es, propondo um framework para avaliar os fatores cr?ticos de sucesso de parques cient?ficos e/ou tecnol?gicos. Inicialmente, foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com especialistas acad?micos e de parques, coletando opini?es e sugest?es para refinar os componentes do framework que foram desenvolvidos inicialmente com base na revis?o de literatura. Em seguida, o framework completo foi aplicado em dois parques brasileiros: o TECNOPUC e o PORTO DIGITAL. A aplica??o foi conduzida com gestores desses parques e com gestores de empresas instaladas nesses parques. Por meio da aplica??o do framework, foi poss?vel identificar e avaliar os fatores cr?ticos de sucesso desses parques, de modo a orientar seus gestores a entender como tornar tais parques mais competitivos. Por exemplo, um fator cr?tico de sucesso identificado para o TECNOPUC foi: ?O parque desenvolve um programa de internacionaliza??o por meio de conv?nios de coopera??o, oportunizando novos mercados e neg?cios para os stakeholders.? Al?m disso, a aplica??o do framework permitiu reunir semelhan?as e idiossincrasias percebidas pelos gestores consultados. Por exemplo, no PORTO DIGITAL, uma semelhan?a de percep??o ente os segmentos pesquisados ? que o parque consegue consolidar acordos entre as empresas instaladas neste, o governo e a Universidade para desenvolver projetos e programas de est?mulo ao desenvolvimento do ecossistema do PORTO DIGITAL.
