In my dissertation, I discuss the problematic of feedback in a leadership of medical non- doctor personnel and in directing its working performance. My aim was to comprehend and elucidate the process of feedback between superior and subordinate personnel, specifically between bedside nurses/assistive personnel and a charge nurse. As a secondary objective, I decided to investigate potential areas for improvement in leading management and to suggest possible advancements, which could contribute to more effective directing of work performance through the use of feedback. The dissertation is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical. In the first theoretical part, I begin with defining the meaning of feedback. Following, I introduce topics that include: feedback in social communication, feedback in the process of directing work performance and work motivation. In the second empirical part, I present research conducted with the use of qualitative methodology, where the reader can view the discussed problematic from the perspective of subordinate (bedside nurses/assistive personnel) and superior (charge nurses) personnel. Автор осуществляет теоретико-правовой анализ информационно-документационных технологий кадровой работы, выявить специфику их применения в органах местного самоуправления (МСУ) и разработать проект, направленный на их совершенствование. Метод исследования - основан на применении классических научных методов и приемов, на основе особенностей информационно-документационные технологии кадровой работы в органах местного самоуправления. Вместе с тем, в процессе выполнения магистерской диссертации были использованы различные подходы: экономический, индексный, сравнительный, экспертный, статистический, дедуктивный, т. д. Таким образом, проведенная работа подтверждает актуальность развития информационно-документационные технологии кадровой работы в органах местного самоуправления и демонстрирует возможность широкого практического применения разработанных методов по внедрению новых модулей в 1С 8 Предприятие, позволяющих не только оценивать текущую ситуацию, но и осуществить повышение эффективности информационно-документационных технологий кадровой работы Администрации города Екатеринбурга. / The author carries out a theoretical and legal analysis of information and documentary technologies for personnel work, identifies the specifics of their application in local authorities (LSGs) and develops a project aimed at improving them. The research method is based on the application of classical scientific methods and techniques, based on the peculiarities of information and documentation technologies of personnel work in local governments. At the same time, in the process of completing the master's thesis, various approaches were used: economic, index, comparative, expert, statistical, deductive, etc. Thus, the work carried out confirms the relevance of the development of information and documentation technologies for personnel work in local governments and demonstrates the possibility of wide practical application of the developed methods for introducing new modules in 1C 8 Enterprise, allowing not only to assess the current situation, but also to increase the efficiency of information and documentation technologies of personnel work of the Administration of the city of Yekaterinburg.

Процедура оптимизации персонала на предприятии во многом зависит от того, какая методология будет внедрена. Таким образом, классический подход к оптимизации персонала выглядит довольно простым событием, однако он имеет много недостатков и не является актуальной методологией в современном управлении персоналом. Однако многие работодатели прибегают к этому, поэтому каждый участник трудовых отношений должен с ним ознакомиться. Оптимизация численности работников предприятия по стандартной методике предусматривает избавление от тех работников, которые непосредственно не участвуют в формировании прибыли компании или чей вклад в ее формирование минимален. Более того, иногда довольно жесткие меры могут применяться в виде массовых сокращений с учетом чисто экономических показателей. В этом случае негативными аспектами этого процесса могут стать снижение производительности оставшегося персонала, отстранение работников, косвенно положительно повлиявших на производительность труда, снижение имиджа предприятия и другие риски. / The procedure for optimizing personnel in an enterprise depends to a large extent on which methodology will be implemented. Thus, the classic approach to staff optimization looks quite simple, but it has many shortcomings and is not an actual methodology in modern personnel management. However, many employers resort to this, so each employee must familiarize himself with it. Optimization of the number of employees of the enterprise according to the standard methodology provides for the disposal of those workers who do not directly participate in the formation of the company's profit or whose contribution to its formation is minimal. Moreover, sometimes rather stringent measures can be applied in the form of mass reductions, taking into account purely economic indicators. In this case, the negative aspects of this process may be a decrease in the productivity of the remaining personnel, the removal of employees who indirectly positively affected labor productivity, a decrease in the image of the enterprise and other risks.

This master thesis on the theme Educational activities of a chosen company deal with the program for graduates called ČP Naděje which is organized by Česká pojišťovna. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first one explains the terms of human resources and human capital and characterize the concept of personnel work. There is also derived from knowledge of organizational structures how important human resources are for organizations. The second chapter is about adult education. This chapter consists of learning process characterization and determination of position of corporate learning and development in the educational system. The third chapter deals with the corporate training and development. There are mentioned personnel planning, recruitment and selection of new workers because these come before training and development of human resources. The fourth chapter focuses on the company Česká pojišťovna and its human resources department. The fifth chapter discusses the program for university graduates ČP Naděje. This chapter describes the form and development of the program. There are discussed the results of questionnaire survey performed among the program participants. The final chapter includes also comparison of the program ČP Naděje with program for graduates organized by competing company.
