Therefore, this work begins with the study of the origins of childhood, by relating the rise of literature for children with the history of narrative and poetry for children in Brazil and Rio Grande do Sul. Later on, the concept of poetry and the specificity of children's poetry is studied, as well as the corpus of themes and trends that moves the young reader. From the theoretical reference, the selection and analysis of the poems listed in the corpus of works is done. Then, as a result of the research, it is presented a anthology of poems, which is enclosed. This selection is based on theoretical studies and resulted in a total of 48 poems, divided into six thematic trends. Also enclosed, there is a list of pieces of children s poetry written in Rio Grande do Sul, organized by date of publication, author, place of publication and publisher. / O trabalho intitulado Poesia infantil no Rio Grande do Sul tem por objetivo levantar os poemas infantis no Estado, bem como os autores que se dedicaram a escrever para o p?blico infantil, de modo a organizar um cat?logo exaustivo dessa literatura. Para tanto, o trabalho inicia com o estudo do surgimento da inf?ncia, estabelecendo uma rela??o com o aparecimento da produ??o liter?ria infantil e com a hist?ria da narrativa e da poesia infantil no Brasil e no Rio Grande do Sul. Em seguida, s?o tratados conceitos de poesia e especificidade da poesia infantil. Finalmente estuda-se o corpus da pesquisa por tend?ncias tem?ticas e seus efeitos no leitor. A partir do referencial te?rico, faz-se a sele??o e a an?lise dos poemas elencados das obras do corpus e, em seguida, apresenta-se uma antologia de poemas em anexo. Tal sele??o baseia-se nos estudos realizados no referencial te?rico; foi selecionado um total de 48 poemas, divididos em seis tend?ncias tem?ticas. Em novo anexo, apresentam-se listas das obras encontradas de poesia infantil produzidas no Rio Grande do Sul, organizadas segundo data de publica??o, autor, local de edi??o e editora.

Os cap?tulos que fazem parte desta produ??o abordam os aspectos ling??sticos, imag?ticos e a quest?o da voz po?tica em suas rela??es com o leitor, atrav?s do levantamento de teorias acerca do texto l?rico e da produ??o liter?ria infantil. Os estudos apresentados neste trabalho s?o ilustrados por an?lises dos poemas das obras selecionadas.

This paper intends to analyze the author s poetry for children, by studying how it communicates with childhood. Characteristics and resources that build up the texts are observed, leading to the analysis of the way they talk to the young reader. In order to understand the composition of the poems and the way they communicate with childhood, theories about children, poetry and the construction of the reader in the text are referred in the analysis. The way the author s poetry is composed, which specific characteristics and elements the texts employ and how they are built and organized so that they may communicate with childhood are matters that guide this study. The results show that there are differences in the usage of poetical resources as decades go by; thus, the author s works are guided in different ways towards the reader, following changes in childhood and the cultural production that addresses this age. / S?rgio Capparelli ? um poeta cuja trajet?ria se estende por tr?s d?cadas: iniciou em 1983, e teve seu mais recente exemplar publicado em 2010. Este trabalho analisa a obra po?tica infantil do autor atrav?s do estudo sobre como sua poesia se comunica com a inf?ncia. S?o analisados as caracter?sticas e os recursos que constituem os textos, observando-se sua incid?ncia e recorr?ncia, e a forma como se comunicam com o leitor infantil. A fim de se entender a composi??o dos poemas e como eles se comunicam com a inf?ncia, teorias sobre a crian?a, o g?nero po?tico e a constru??o do leitor conduzem a an?lise. O modo como a poesia do autor se comp?e, quais caracter?sticas e elementos espec?ficos que seus textos utilizam e como eles s?o compostos para se comunicarem com a inf?ncia s?o as quest?es que guiam esse trabalho. Os resultados mostram que h? mudan?as na utiliza??o dos recursos po?ticos em cada d?cada, e que as obras do autor se apresentam de diferentes formas em sua rela??o com o leitor, acompanhando as transforma??es relacionadas ? inf?ncia e ? produ??o cultural a ela destinada.
