The aim of this thesis is to explore and evaluate legal position of political parties in the Czech Republic and its historical development. This thesis deals with political party law in a narrow sense, particularly with constitutional arrangement and the Political Parties Act. According to the Constitution of the Czech Republic our political system is based on a competition of political parties, despite this fact not enough attention is usually devoted to their position in a legal system. This text uses an interdisciplinary approach combining mainly legal and political science. The thesis contains seven chapters and moves from general to specific. The first chapter deals with the term political party. Firstly it observes it from the prism of social sciences then it moves to political science definitions and in the end it extracts legal definitions and characterizes a private law nature of parties. Second chapter is about functions of political parties both in general and according to the law. The third chapter describes in detail the development of legal position of political parties from the year 1852 to the present time. An investigation of the origins and history of the Locofoco party, with particular emphasis upon the divergent theories which made up its heterogeneous ideology, is the first object of this study. A comparison can be made between this ideology and the national administration by studying the developments that took place in 1837 and by evaluating the reasons for the ultimate defeat of the Van Buren Democrats three years later.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference political advertising communication effect between different advertisement message sender and different advertising type, This study, however, choose political parties as the advertising message sender and advertising type divided into positive and negative. In Taiwan there are four major political parties, according to the need of this study, KMT and DPP are two parties as the target we analyze in this study. The study design is Laboratory Experiment, we choose the students in National Sun Yat-sen University Business Administration Department as the sample of study. Factorial experimental design is used in Laboratory Experiment. The variables in the study are advertisement message sender and advertising type. By these two variables, experiment group separate into four experimental group. Then how different communication effect between these four groups is the aim that this study desires to find out. After using statistical analyzing, four conclusions can be found out. First, the advertising senders are different political parties seems have a little communication effects in political party attitude. Second, negative advertising type has better effect in advertising memory than positive one. Third, it seems that the political attitude that the voters have will deeply affect the process of advertising communication effect, especially in political party attitude. Fourth, this study observes some better fits when different political parties using different advertising types. When DPP applies negative advertisement, it seems they will acquire better communication effect in advertising memory, but when DDP using positive advertisement, they will acquire better communication effect in advertising attitude. KMT will acquire better communication effect in political party attitude when they applies positive advertising type. This study is processing without advertisement content analysis. If combined with advertisement content analysis, it will be more helpful when investigation in advertising communication effect.

For the first time, substantial change took place on the traditional political system of the aboriginal tribe in Taiwu Hsiang, Pingtung County during the Japanese Occupancy Period when it accepted the political operation of the Japanese police. Secondly, after Taiwan was restored by the National Government, the democratic politics was taken into effect. The KMT Party attained their object to take control of the Taiwu Hsiang by way of the election and eroded and disintegrated the basis of its traditional political system. The research of this thesis strives to explore the local politics of the aboriginal tribes in Taiwu Hsiang in terms of the historical development of the aboriginal tribe¡¦s participation in politics in Taiwu Hsiang, its internal and external environment. This thesis is mainly composed of five special articles on ¡§Research on the political participation of the Aboriginal Tribes, Taking Taiwu Hsiang for Example¡¨. Its focus is concurrently put on historical and future way of thinking; its scope of dissertation includes as possibly as it can the traditional and modern development of the political participation in Taiwu Hsiang and all subject matters of the relevant topic research. Chapter I is an introduction, discussing the research motivation of this thesis, the research objective, the research scope, and the research method and structure. Chapter II concerns ¡§the historical development of the political participation in Taiwu Hsiang¡¨, designed to understand the historical development and change of the Taiwu Hsiang aboriginal tribe¡¦s participation in politics all the way from the Japanese Occupancy Period through the time when the martial restriction was released in Taiwan up to date. Chapter III, the Internal Environment of the Development of the Taiwu Hsiang¡¦s Political Participation, investigates an overview of the changes of such internal scenario as the traditional political system, political culture and the local segments in Taiwu Hsiang. Chapter IV relates to the external environment of the Taiwu Hsiang¡¦s political participation and development, mainly exploring the political operation of the KMT Party and Democratic Progress Party as well as the analysis on the tendency of the Taiwu Hsiang¡¦s political participation and development and the significance it suggests. Chapter V is the conclusion which brings forward the synthetic viewpoints and theoretical implication of the Taiwu Hsiang¡¦s political participation and development under the influence of the transition of the traditional political system, evolution of the internal environment and the external surroundings.
