Human factor creates the greatest risk when working with people. Above all, to give a good example for future generations, it is necessary to select preschool teachers carefully. However, the role teachers play is not only to present a good example for children but to be also a colleague and team worker. Pre-school teachers are required to possess professional and personality competences. Therefore the process of recruitment and selection of teaching staff (followed by their adaptation in preschools) is one of the most important and difficult things in personnel management. Key staff, mangers and personnel officers are in charge of this process. It is highly important to be able to identify, evaluate and eliminate possible risks in the course of all recruitment process. To eliminate such risks is fundamental not only for key staff in education system. The aim of the paper is to define particular measures of prevention arising form identification and evaluation of possible risks during recruitment and selection of teaching staff school education, taking into account their future incorporation into the process of education. Annotation: Thesis characterizes contemporary nursery and basic school, direct basic methods and forms mutual cooperation these institutions and points out how to facilitate children the transition from pre-school to primary education. The methods which have used are method of observation and the structured interview. Observation was carried out on the selected nursery and basic schools. Interviews were realized with directors or executives these institutions and with experts from pedagogical- psychological counseling. The aim of the thesis was to find out how take place school enrollment in the current elementary schools, how the students are successful/unsuccessful, what are the most common reasons for postponements schooling. Thesis also shows that preschool children are able in a relatively short period of time of great expansion capability. Another aim was to determine the forms and methods of cooperation of individual nursery and primary schools. Work also points to the possible difficulties of children in nursery or later difficulties at the beginning of schooling. The thesis is devoted to the issue of school readiness and its diagnosis. The aim was to compare the two tests used for the testing of school readiness and to assess whether the comparatively evaluate some aspects of school readiness. In the first chapter of the theoretical part the area of development of preschool children in describe. The second chapter is devoted to major changes in the legislation of our education. The next two chapters (third and fourth) are on school readiness, enrollment in elementary and diagnostics of school maturity. The last, fifth chapter of the theoretical part, deals with immaturity and unpreparedness for entry into school. In the practical part I focused on in-house testing and evaluation of tests used. For testing, I chose two tests used to evaluate school maturity. The results of the two tests I tried using statistical methods to determine whether these tests evaluate comparatively. Concept of health education in kindergarten This thesis deals with the concept of a healthy lifestyle for preschool children and of health education in nursery schools. The first part of this work is the definition of "health" and individual determinants of health such as lifestyle, environment and health. The thesis deals with the various components of health education in kindergarten, the movement of children in kindergarten, nutrition, inner comfort and overall environment of the nursery school in the context of the Framework Curriculum for preschool education. The subject of research of this thesis is two-stage evaluation process and questionnaire, which is presented to teachers of kindergartens.

In the theoretical part, some basic terms are explained. Then, the personality of a teacher and the educational programme is put into the context. At the end of this part, the characteristics of content of the recommended curriculum of a preschool education is given. The practical part deals with the form of the project curriculum of preschool education, particularly with the educational program. Subsequent elements, such as content analysis and comprarison of the research sample, provide an outline of the educational prerequisites utilizable for creating the own pedagogical documentation.

Title: Healthy lifestyle in curriculum of preschool-age Goal: The aim of this thesis was to determinate an extent of attention to healthy lifestyle in curriculum of preschool-age children. Futhermore the thesis monitored an attitude of selected kindergarten towards issues of healthy lifestyle of children. Research: A quantitative (non-standardized questionnaire) and a qualitative (interview) method as the research method was used. Results: In conclusion, selected kindergarten pay sufficient attention to various parts of healthy lifestyle of preschool-age children. Thesis, "Analysis of reasons for delays in the school attendance within the regional investigation" deals in the theoretical level with the concept of school maturity and school readiness, and reasons leading to the postponement of school attendance. Most major theme of the thesis is to identify reasons for the school attendance delay in the Náchod region. It gives examples of test methods and remedial methods used in the educational-psychology counselling centre in Náchod and the kindergarten in Hronov. There are set the goal and hypotheses in the empirical part of the thesis, leading to the processing of the data obtained through questionnaires and interview. The resulting analysis is treated in the conclusion of the thesis.

The aim of this Final Thesis is to characterize health in all relevant aspects essential for proper understanding of the relation between the "teacher and health". In the first part the author bring forward theoretical basis concerning the quality of health, subjective perception of health, behavior and health supportive life style, risk prevention in occupational safety and pre-professional preparation of teachers. The second part pursues collected data from 60 pedagogues in the questionnaires. The main intention of the empirical part was to reveal and describe the nature of perception of health in relation to the teacher occupation among preschool teachers; what do teachers assess as positive and negative regarding their health and which health problems are seen as obstruction to proper performance of the teacher occupation.

This diploma thesis deals with current topic of lack of capacity of public nurseries and sketches possibilities of establishment of company nurseries as another way of preschools in the theoretical part. The diploma thesis makes an effort to summarize basic factors which can influence establishment and development of these company nurseries. Emphasis is put on importance of preschool education. The research part describes poossibilities of establishment and operation of company nurseries, finds out current development a identifies factors which influence their establlishment and operations. The research part is also focused on quality of education in these company nurseries. The qualitative research was used to achieve the research goal, the main method used to achieve the goal was multiple-case study.

In the content of the dissertation we aim to think of the question if the changes in educational system do influenece the point of view on a child, childhood and child itself. The theoretical part is focused on the research of special, historical and present documents, concerning institutional children education. The practical part examines the subjective opinion of parental public. Subsequently, thanks to the controlled dialog between the teacher and the children, it provides interests and feelings of contemporary children in nursery schools. In conclusion,from the gained information in theoretical part, we would like to determin the elements which have probably influenced the child opinion changes and it's approach. Due to the obtained information analysis and the subjective parental and children opinion comparison, we tried to answer the question how the nowadays children differ from their parents' and grandparents' generation.
