Das kolorektale Karzinom stellt die dritthäufigste Tumorerkrankung weltweit dar. Die Risikofaktoren sind vielseitig und werden in exogene und endogene Faktoren eingeteilt. Eine wichtige Präventionsmaßnahme von Kolonkarzinom ist die komplette endoskopische Koloskopie, die ab dem 55. Lebensjahr empfohlen wird. Der Goldstandard zur Behandlung von Kolonkarzinom ist nach wie vor die chirurgische Tumorresektion mit mikroskopisch nachgewiesener Tumorfreiheit. Eine chirurgische Sanierung der Fernmetastasen, welche am häufigsten in der Leber vorkommen, ist bei betroffenen Patienten anzustreben. Eine adjuvante Chemotherapie wird je nach UICC-Stadium des Tumors durchgeführt. Im Gegensatz zur Behandlung einiger maligner Tumorerkrankungen ist der Einsatz von Antikörpern noch kein fester Bestandteil der Therapie von Kolonkarzinomen.
In dieser Arbeit wurde Untersuchungsmaterial von 41 Patienten mit Kolonkarzinom, die am Universitätsklinikum Würzburg in den Jahren 1997 bis 2012 behandelt wurden, analysiert. Dabei wurden Paraffinschnitte vom Primärtumor, regionalen Lymphknotenmetastasen und Lebermetastasen der einzelnen Patienten mit 2 verschiedenen monoklonalen IgM-Antikörpern, PAT-SM6 und PAT-LM1, gefärbt und mikroskopisch untersucht. Der Antikörper PAT-SM6 wurde aus einem an einem Magenkarzinom erkrankten Patienten isoliert und bindet an eine Isotyp-Form des 'Glucose-Regulated' Protein (GRP)-78PAT-SM6. Als Zielstruktur des PAT-LM1 Antikörpers wurde eine tumorspezifische Form von NONO (Non-POU domain-containing octamer-binding protein) identifiziert (NONOPAT-LM1). Für beide Rezeptor-Isoformen wurde nachgewiesen, dass sie nur auf malignen epithelialen Zellen, nicht aber auf gesunden Zellen exprimiert werden. Anhand dieser Arbeit konnte gezeigt werden, dass PAT-SM6 die Tumorzellen der Lebermetastasen stärker anfärbte als Zellen des Primärtumors. Für die PAT-LM1 Antikörperfärbung wurde ein ähnliches Resultat erzielt. In Bezug auf das Lebensalter der Patienten wiesen die Tumorzellen von älteren Patienten (ab dem 65. Lebensjahr) eine stärkere Antikörperbindung durch PAT-SM6 und PAT-LM1 auf. Interessant war auch die Feststellung, dass die Tumorzellen der Lebermetastasen von verstorbenen Patienten durch PAT-LM1 stärker gefärbt waren als die von zum Untersuchungszeitpunkt noch lebenden Patienten. Die Bindungsunterschiede zwischen PAT-SM6 und PAT-LM1 könnten neue diagnostische und therapeutische Möglichkeiten bei Kolonkarzinomen bieten und somit zukünftig eine individuelle Tumortherapie ermöglichen. / Colorectal carcinoma is one of the most frequently malignant tumor disease worldwide. Two antibodies, PAT-SM6 and PAT-LM1 were used on primary tumor of colon cancer and metastases for the immunohistochemical analyses. It could been shown that both antibodies had a strong affinity to metastases and the tumorcells of older patients.

<p>In the year of 2005 the international standard IAS 40 came in to use in Sweden, this lead to an opportunity for the corporations to choose either to evaluate their investment properties according to the historical cost accounting principal. The model contains the obtaining price with reduction for the planned writing off. The alternative that IAS40 offers is the fairvalue principal, which evaluate the investment properties by consideration of the income versus outcome and surrounding factors for every accounting period</p><p>Since the fairvalue is buildt on numbers the corporations them self choose what to publish and for how long the value depreciation should be lasting before it should be taken up as an unrealized value change in the reporting material. This means that there is a big chance that the evaluation can be distorted</p><p>Since we just recently have had strong cyclical variation and are on our way from an excess boom into a weak economic climate, this will be the first study performed about fair value in a weak economic climate since the adoption of IAS40.</p><p>The purpose of the essay is to find out how well the booked value of investment properties owned by corporations listed on the Swedish stock market accord with the fairvalue that the market and the Swedish property index indicates on. To be able to test this connection we gathered information from the corporation’s annual reports which we compiled to see how the market comprehends. Hypotheses were concluded thru out the search of theoretic background in the hunt for an explanation to the possible difference between the booked evaluation and the guidelined evaluation. The hypotheses where tested in the program SPSS and the results from the tests form the background for our conclusions.</p><p>The conclusions is that there is a differing of 2, 85 % in the year of 2008 between the revaluations in the corporations listed on the stock market and the guidelined value from SFI. Since we have only looked at 17 companies the result have to be regarded with great caution, but none the less it seems as the differing partly can be explained by the information asymmetry and partly by the debt-equity ratio despite of the differing we can establish that the investment properties evaluation to a high degree follows the cyclical variations on the real estate market.</p>

Depuis que la FDA a publié, en 2004, l’initiative visant à promouvoir le développement et l’implantation de technologies d’analyses de procédé (PATs), de nombreux groupes de recherche ont prouvé qu’un suivi et un contrôle adéquat des procédés rendait possible la relâche des produits en temps réel, ouvrant ainsi la voie à la production en mode continu. Dans ce contexte, cette étude présente la conception de systèmes d’analyse et de contrôle en ligne visant à assurer, en temps réel, la qualité d’un produit pharmaceutique intermédiaire fabriqué en mode continu. Le produit visé est une solution d’enrobage pour comprimés pharmaceutiques, utilisée à des fins esthétiques et afin de protéger le comprimé de l’environnement, laquelle est préparée par mélange d’eau et de divers composants disponibles commercialement sous forme d’un pré-mélange de poudre.
Les attributs critiques de qualités (CQAs) de la solution ont d’abord été identifiés grâce aux connaissances du produit et du procédé. Par la suite, un certain nombre d’outils d’analyse de procédé ont été évalués pour leur capacité à analyser et à suivre ces attributs en ligne. Les outils sélectionnés ont ensuite été intégrés à l’unité pilote de préparation de solution d’enrobage en continue (UPSEC), laquelle a été étudiée afin de déterminer les paramètres critiques du procédé (CPPs). Des relations mathématiques établies entre les CQAs et les CPPs sont au coeur du système de contrôle en ligne qui
sera implanté sur l’unité pilote.
Au final, cette étude devrait fournir une preuve de concept, pour l’industrie pharmaceutique, d’un système d’analyse et de contrôle en ligne de la qualité pour un produit ayant été préparé en mode continu.

Aquatic Vegetation Nutrient Budgets and Sedimentation in a Southwestern ReservoirClifford, Philip A. (Philip Alan) 05 1900 (has links)
During four growing seasons, aquatic vascular plant production and distribution were studied in Pat Mayse Lake, Texas, a 2425 hectare oligo-mesotrophic reservoir. The dominant macrophyte population was Myriophyllum spicatum L. Growth rates and regrowth rates of mechanically harvested Myriophyllum beds were found to be dissimilar. Based on estimates of watermilfoil nutrient content, there were insufficient nutrients in the entire population to alter the trophic status of this reservoir should all of the nutrients be instantaneously released. Sediments were the primary nutrient (nitrogen and phosphorus) sink. Bank erosion and solids transport from the watershed appear to contribute most of the sediments and a lake-wide mean sedimentation rate of 2.5 cm/year was estimated from sediment trap and core sample data.
