El Parque Nacional Nahuel Huapi (PNNH), en tanto área protegida y atractivo turístico internacional, es un espacio de gran complejidad, caracterizado por la existencia de diversos conflictos de uso público y conformado por un intrincado entramado de actores. Desde su creación y a lo largo de todos estos años ha sido escenario de diversos procesos territoriales y políticos, que lo convierten en un interesante objeto de estudio desde la perspectiva geográfica. La presente tesis aborda la problemática relacionada con la manifestación de distintas ideologías y políticas en el territorio del PNNH y su rol en la configuración del uso turístico. De este modo desde un enfoque histórico se analizan la política de áreas protegidas y de turismo a escala nacional para poder explicar luego, la evolución del desarrollo turístico del PNNH y los distintos modelos identificados. Se llevó a cabo una investigación basada en tres etapas metodológicas: exploratoria, descriptiva y comparativa-explicativa. Desde el enfoque geo-histórico se recolectó información de diversas fuentes, bibliográficas, documentales y normativas. Se entrevistaron a distintos informantes clave y esta técnica se complementó con la observación en el campo. En la última etapa, se llevó a cabo un análisis integral evolutivo de dos grupos de actores representativos de cada política. Los resultados obtenidos ponen de manifiesto la co-existencia de dos lógicas diferentes que han sido el telón de fondo de todos los acontecimientos ocurridos en el PNNH y a su vez han condicionado su gestión. / The Nahuel Huapi National Park (PNNH), as a protected area and an international tourist attraction, is a space of great complexity, characterized by the existence of various conflicts for public use and made up of an intricate network of actors. Since its inception and throughout all these years it has been the scene of various territorial and political processes, which make it an interesting object of study from a geographical perspective. This thesis addresses the problems related to the manifestation of different ideologies and policies in the territory of the PNNH and their role in the configuration of tourist use. In this way, from a historical perspective, the policy of protected areas and tourism are analyzed on a national scale in order to explain the evolution of the PNNH tourism development and the different models identified. An investigation based on three methodological stages was carried out: exploratory, descriptive and comparative-explanatory. From the geo historical approach, information was collected from various sources, bibliographical, documentary and normative. Different key informants were interviewed and this technique was complemented by observation in the field. In the last stage, a comprehensive evolutionary analysis of two groups of representative actors of each policy was carried out. The results obtained show the co-existence of two different logics that have been the background of all the events that occurred in the PNNH and in turn have conditioned its management
