Kaimo turizmo paslaugų kokybės tyrimas Lietuvoje / Qualitative research of countryside tourism services in lithuaniRutkaitė, Lina 20 June 2014 (has links)
Tyrimo objektas – kaimo turizmo paslaugų kokybės vertinimas. Tyrimo tikslas – kaimo turizmo paslaugų potencialių vartotojų lūkesčių šių paslaugų kokybei nustatymas. Tikslui pasiekti iškelti uždaviniai: 1) nustatyti, kokius kaimo turizmo paslaugų kokybės vertinimo kriterijus vartotojai laiko prioritetiniais ir nustatyti norminius vertinimo kriterijus; 2) ištirti, kas labiausiai įtakoja kaimo turizmo paslaugų vartotojų lūkesčius paslaugų kokybės atžvilgiu; 3) nustatyti vartotojų laukiamos ir patirtos paslaugų kokybės vertinimus ir jų lyginamosios analizės pagrindu pasiūlyti marketingo kriterijus, kurie skatintų kaimo turizmo plėtrą Lietuvoje ir vartotojų didesnį pasitenkinimą suteiktų paslaugų kokybe. Tyrimo metu anketinės apklausos metodu Kauno mieste apklausti 96 kaimo turizmo paslaugų vartotojai. Gauti rezultatai parodė, kad: 1) kaimo turizmo paslaugos Lietuvoje yra pakankami populiarios, jų kokybė tenkina vartotojus, nes jie perka šias paslaugas pakartotinai; 2) šiomis paslaugomis dažniausiai naudojasi jauni žmonės iki 30 metų; 3) labai trūksta spausdintinės reklaminės medžiagos apie kaimo turizmo paslaugas, arba ji tiesiog nepasiekia potencialių vartotojų; 4) labiausiai įtakojantis kaimo turizmo paslaugų vartotojų lūkesčius veiksnys yra paslaugų paketo atitikimas jų lūkesčiams; 5) svarbiausiais lūkesčiais kaimo turizmo vartotojai įvardija: pasimėgavimą natūralios gamtos teikiamais malonumais; pabūti nuošalioje, triukšmo netrikdomoje aplinkoje; pabūti senove dvelkiančioje... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The aim of the thesis is to evaluate quality of country tourism services. The paper is aimed to determine expectations of the potential users of country tourism services towards service quality. The paper attempts to define the priority of assessment criteria of country tourism service quality manifested by users and to determine standard assessment criteria. It is also aimed to analyze factors that mostly influence expectations of users of country tourism services towards service quality and describe assessment of users towards expected and experienced service quality. The study also aims at offering marketing criteria that will foster tourism development in Lithuania and increase satisfaction of users with quality of provided services. During the present research 96 users of country tourism services have been inquired in Kaunas city. The results showed that country tourism services are popular enough and the users are satisfied with their quality because they order these services repeatedly. Young people mostly up to 30 use these services. There is a lack of publicity about country tourism services or it cannot reach the potential users. SUMMARY
The master’s degree study , called “The assessment of patient flow and posture towards the quality of services in a civic health center” has an objective to analyze the alterations of patient flow in the health center from 1999 to 2003 as well to rate their posture towards the quality of services they get. The study consists of three parts. The theoretical guesswork of patient flow and posture towards the quality of services in the civic health center is analyzed in the first part of the study. The enhanced information statement analysis of Šeškinė civic health center during the period between 1999 and 2003, including the computation of dynamical parameters and designating the trends by the specialties, was made in the second part of this study. The empirical results of the trial are presented in the third part.
It comes to a conclusion that the unified quality of service rating system, which lets timely identify the problems of the service and effectively eliminate the demerit, is missing in the health care institutions; the national health care institutions do not orient towards the client demands, the sociological researches, about the satisfaction of patients with the level of services offered, aren’t performed.
