No. of bitstreams: 1 wudsonchavesdasilva.pdf: 1165963 bytes, checksum: 0c071e650d2138f30355525cb104098a (MD5) Previous issue date: 2015-01-27 / Este trabalho objetiva analisar como a gestão escolar e os professores da Escola Estadual de Ensino Fundamental Normandia, localizada no município de Cruzeiro do Sul, no Acre, se apropriam dos resultados do Sistema Estadual de Avaliação da Aprendizagem do Acre (SEAPE/AC) e do Índice de Desenvolvimento da Educação Básica (IDEB), utilizando-os como ferramentas da gestão pedagógica. Em que pesem as dificuldades das gestoras e dos docentes, a escola promove momentos de estudo para se apropriar deles e, a partir disso, realiza a inserção desses resultados no planejamento didático-pedagógico da equipe docente. Essas dificuldades se materializam, sobretudo, em função da inexistência de suporte técnico especializado que auxilie a escola a tratar esses dados, o que é realizado pela unidade de ensino a partir de esforços próprios. Por meio de uma pesquisa qualitativa, na forma de estudo de caso, verificou-se como as gestoras e os docentes se apropriam desses resultados, utilizando-os como elementos norteadores do planejamento das atividades a serem desenvolvidas no contexto do processo de ensino e aprendizagem. Para levantarmos os dados que balizaram a análise pretendida pelo objetivo deste trabalho, realizamos entrevistas semiestruturadas com as gestoras da escola e com o Diretor de Ensino da Secretaria de Estado de Educação do Acre (SEE/AC). Aplicamos, ainda, um questionário aos professores de Língua Portuguesa e Matemática, lotados nas turmas de 5º e 9º anos da instituição. Quanto à fundamentação teórica, buscamos contribuições de pensadores que defendem a necessidade de a escola se apropriar dos resultados das avaliações externas e deles fazer uso didático e pedagógico. A escolha pelo tema se justifica pelos resultados expressivos (acima das médias local, regional, estadual e nacional) que a escola alcançou nas duas avaliações externas estudadas, indicando que, possivelmente, operacionaliza processos que contribuem para tal no campo da gestão pedagógica. A partir da observação e da análise das práticas dos profissionais dessa instituição de ensino e com o intuito de institucionalizá-las na escola, em curto prazo, e de estender essas práticas às demais escolas participantes dessas avaliações, em médio e longo prazos, propomos um Plano de Intervenção Educacional voltado para a criação de uma Coordenação de Estudos das Avaliações Externas (CEAE) no âmbito do Núcleo Local da SEE/AC no município de Cruzeiro do Sul, com o intuito de promover a apropriação e utilização didático-pedagógica dos resultados das avaliações externas através de um programa de formação continuada. / This work has as its goal analyse how the scholar manager and the teachers of the Normandia Elementary School, located in the city of Cruzeiro do Sul, in Acre , appropriate themselves of the results of the State System of Learning Evaluation in Acre (SEAPE/AC) and of the Index of Development of Basic Education (IDEB), using them as tools of the pedagogic manager. Thinking about the difficulties of the managers and of the teachers, the school promotes moments of studying to get appropriate of them and, from this point, realize the insertion of these results in the Planning pedagogic-didactic of the teaching team. These difficulties materialize themselves, mainly in function of the inexistence of the specialized technique support that helps school to treat these data, what is done by the unit of the teaching and from its own effort. Throughout this qualitative research, in a form of study of case, we verify how the managers and the teachers get appropriate of these results, using them as guiding elements of the planning and of the activities to be developed in the context of the learning and teaching process. To hold these data, that marked the intended analysis by the goal of this work, we realized interviews semi-structured with the managers of the school and with the principal of teaching of the Secretary of State of Education of Acre (SEE/AC) . Still, we appliqued a questionnaire to the teachers of Portuguese Language and Mathematics, loaded in the classes of 5º and 9º grades of the institution. As the theory base we search the contributions of thinkers that defend the necessity of the school get appropriated of the results and external evaluations and make the correct pedagogic and didactic use of them. The choice of the theme is justified by the expressive results (above average local, regional, state and national) that the school got in its lasts external study evaluations, indicating that, possibly work the processes that contribute to this end, in the field pedagogic managing. From the observation and practical analysis of the professionals of this Teaching Institution, we with the aim of institutionalized them at school, in a short time, and of extend these practices to the others schools that participate of these evaluations in medium and long times, propose a Plan of Educational Intervention related to the creation of a Coordination of Studies of External Evaluations (CEAE) in the ambit of the Local Nucleo of SEE/AC in the city of Cruzeiro do Sul, with the aim of promote the appropriation and utilization pedagogic-didatic of the results of the external evaluations, through of a program of continued formation.
