Švietimas yra vienas iš kultūros sričių, kurios pagrindas – žmogus, jo kultūra. Mokslo ir technikos vystimasis pažengė tiek toli, kad iš esmės keičiasi visuomenės gyvenimas ir vienokie ar kitokie pokyčiai tampa nuolatiniu reiškiniu. Keičiantis visuomenei keičiasi ir atskiras žmogus. Žinių visuomenėje (XXI amžiaus visuomenė) akcentuojama žmonių veikla, bendravimas, kuris turėtų būti grindžiamas aukšto lygio informacinių technologijų galimybėmis, todėl švietimo misija – žmogaus socializacija bei prisitaikymas gyventi nuolat kintančiomis sąlygomis. Tad švietimo santykis su pokyčiais yra kur kas sudėtingesnis nei bet kokioje kitoje srityje. O kas gali geriau padėti, susiorientuoti šiandieninėje visuomenėje mokiniui, nei mokytojas. Šio tyrimo tikslas nustatyti bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos kultūros ir pedagoginių darbuotojų socializacijos sąsajas Ignalinos rajone. Tyrimo uždaviniai: ištirti ar bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose dirbantys pedagoginiai darbuotojai lengvai adaptuojasi mokykloje; nustatyti bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose dirbančių pedagoginių darbuotojų požiūrį į mokyklos kultūrą; įvertinti bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos pedagoginių darbuotojų bendradarbiavimą su kolegomis. Tyrime buvo taikomi šie tyrimo metodai: teorinis - mokslinių šaltinių magistro tema studijavimas, analizė ir apibendrinimas, statistinis – duomenų kiekybinė ir kokybinė analizė. The development of science and technology has progressed so for that life of society has dramatically changed and certain changes are characteristic of everyday life. Society is changing and, as a result, a person is changing as well. In the society of knowledge (the society of 21st century) emphasis is placed on human activity and communication which should be based on the opportunities of advanced information technology I therefore, the mission of education is socialization of man and helping him adapt to life under constantly changing conditions. The purpose of this research was to ascertain relationships between the culture of comprehensive school and socialization of pedagogical workers in Ignalina district. This thesis deals with current qualifying requirements on pedagogical workers working at primary and secondary schools in context of component goals achievement given by Education Policy Strategy 2020. It is devided into two parts. The teoretical part is devoted to amendments to Act n. 563/2004 (Act on Educational Workers) from the perspective of legal claims to professional qualification of pedagogical workers and searches connects with component goals defined in Education Policy Strategy 2020 and other curricural documents. It captures possible pitfalls of providing skilled pedagogical workers that follow from regional situation on the labor market and describes possibilities of their solutions includinng opinions of control members especially Czech School Inspection. It defines goverment priorities in relation to the teaching profession. The research part compares availability of skilled pedagogical workers in parts of two Czech Republic regions where there is assumption of different potential on labor market.
