Per pastaruosius 5-10 metų Lietuvos kultūrinė rinka susiduria su kaip niekad daug probleminio pobūdžio uždavinių. Tai kultūrinės veiklos ir verslo jungčių bei kultūrinių mainų su kitomis Europos ir pasaulio šalimis pasekmė, kuri smarkiai įtakoja Lietuvos muzikinį gyvenimą. Šiame tiriamajame darbe pristatoma asmeninės vadybos tema, atskleidžiant jos vaidmenį profesionalių muzikos atlikėjų veikloje. Iškeliama dviejų profesijų – muzikos atlikėjo ir vadybininko - jungties, vaidmenų pasiskirstymo problematika. Analizuojami giluminių interviu, anketinės apklausos duomenys, Lietuvos muzikos atlikėjų bei kūrėjų praktikos Lietuvoje ir Europos šalyse, apžvelgiami literatūros šaltiniai šia tema, pristatomos vadybininko pareigybės, agentų darbo savitumai. Darbo tikslas – atskleisti asmeninės vadybos vaidmens profesionalių muzikos atlikėjų veikloje reikšmingumą. This is a result of ties between cultural activities and businesses as well as cultural exchange with countries in Europe and elsewhere in the world, which is considerably influencing the musical life in Lithuania. This research presents the subject of self-management demonstrating its role in the activities of professional music performers. The issues of the link and the role division between two professions – music performer and manager – are raised. The data obtained from in-depth interviews and questionnaires are analysed, as well as the experience Lithuanian music performers and creators gained inside the country and in European countries; literature about the subject is surveyed; the job of the manager and the peculiarities of the agents’ work are presented. Recruitment and selection of employees is one of the most important activities in the personal department of company. The aim of my thesis is to analyze the process of recruitment and selection of employees, firstly from the theoretical point of view and further from the practical experience in the company ČSOB, a.s. I have summarized theoretical findings and recommendations regarding the process of recruitment and selection of employees according to the available literature in the practical part of my thesis. The practical part continue with the analysis of this process in the company ČSOB, a.s. This analysis has been realized on the basis of internal documentation, interviews with employees of the personal department and my own findings acquired by participation in selection procedure and assessment centre. As a last source of information for evaluation of this process I have used results of questionnaire examination that was realized in cooperation with the bank in April 2010. To finish my thesis I have summarized possible recommendations for improvement of the process of acquirement and selection of employees in ČSOB, a.s.

Thesis focuses on the personal management of a transport company Šindelář Spedition s.r.o. Especially the remuneration and motivation of a concrete group of workers {--} drivers of road trains is examined. The main aim of the work is a proposal of certain advancements in managing processes leading to decreasing of staff turnover and to securing the company competitivness. The first part is treating the problem of high staff turnover and describes personal activities in the company. The second part consist of the survey whose output is designed to change the system of remuneration and employee motivation. The final part contains SWOT analysis which is used for a future strategy concept and the recommendation for a whole company functioning.

This is perhaps the fact that small companies problems do not know, or feel that they are not concerned, or such investment comes unnecessary and, if appropriate, or do not know how to get started. this is the reason why I decided to devote a thesis of corporate social responsibility. Influence of personal management is to show that social responsibility is not only a marketing tool to improve the image of the company.

This thesis mainly deals with workplace skills, personal qualities and job requirements of an Elementary School Head Master. Is reveals some valuable information on the headmaster's own perception of business success in Prague - The Czech Republic's capital city. In general, the Thesis consists of two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is devoted to Head Master's personality assessment and is mainly focused on the importance of personal integrity, qualities, skills and personality typology as well. It summarizes all the extensive knowledge and draws the attention to the main purpose and aims of personal management itself. Furthermore, it reflects some experience from the real leadership background. The second part of the thesis treats qualitative and quantitative data analysis and all the following outcomes. For the above-mentioned occupation, mixed research method was used to determine the Key Success Factors. It highlights some critical aspects from the employer's /authorities' viewpoint as these may vary according to many factors involved. Irena Lhotková, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: The final study deals with the issue of management - in terms of managing an organization, and with the issue of leadership - leading people. The theoretical part will clarify both particular terms: management and leadership in the first place. This part is based mainly on literature. This issue follows from a current problem, which is the fact that directors understand the role of leading people less important than the role of managing organization, or they marginalize this role for lack of time and pay more attention to economic and administrative work. Then, there is a problem to lead a nursery school. 6 Work with people is often disregarded and underestimated in schooling; most of schools is managed too much, and, on the other hand, there is a lack of leadership. This thesis follows results of Věra Fantová's research study from 2004. This research study confirmed that manager activities predominate over pedagogical activities. The study proved that directors are often burdened by frequently changed legislation, they have lack of time for pedagogical leading of school, and united school directors worry about leading people. A complexidade para operacionalizar o método de dimensionamento de profissionais de enfermagem, diante das inúmeras variáveis relativas à identificação da carga de trabalho, do tempo efetivo de trabalho dos profissionais e do Índice de Segurança Técnica (IST), evidenciou a necessidade de desenvolver um software, denominado: Dimensionamento Informatizado de Profissionais de Enfermagem (DIPE). Este estudo teve como objetivos avaliar a qualidade técnica e o desempenho funcional do software Dimensionamento Informatizado de Profissionais de Enfermagem (DIPE) e construir e avaliar o manual de acesso ao software. Tratou-se de estudo exploratório descritivo. Participaram como sujeitos da pesquisa dezoito avaliadores, sendo dez enfermeiros docentes, enfermeiros gerentes de unidades de saúde hospitalar e oito especialistas em informática em saúde. Para avaliação do software foi considerada apresentação geral e as características funcionalidade, confiabilidade, usabilidade, eficiência e manutensibilidade segundo a norma NBR ISO/IEC 9126-1. O manual do usuário foi avaliado quanto às informações disponíveis quanto; acesso ao site; cadastro dos usuários; cadastro das unidades; cadastro da instituição; operação de dimensionamento; operação de consulta e publicações. O resultado, em valores percentuais, possibilitou a decisão quanto à aceitação ou rejeição das características avaliadas. A avaliação do software obteve resultados positivos e com concordância entre os avaliadores para a apresentação geral, funcionalidade, confiabilidade, usabilidade, eficiência e manutensibilidade. A avaliação do manual do usuário obteve resultados positivos e com concordância entre os avaliadores, foram sugeridas informações detalhadas sobre a produtividade, IST, classificação das UTIs, cenário, tempo de cuidado e tipo unidade. As sugestões relatadas serão importantes para a proposição de melhorias e aprimoramento do software DIPE bem como do manual do usuário. / The complexity to operationalize measuring nursing professionals, given the numerous variables relating to the identification of the workload of the effective work of professionals and the Technical Security Index (STI), need to develop a software called: Computerized Measuring of Professional Nursing (DIPE). This study aimed to evaluate the technical quality and functional performance of software Computerized Measuring Professional Nursing (DIPE) and construct and evaluation the manual to access the software. This was an exploratory descriptive study. The subjects of the research eighteen specialists ten nursing teachers, nurses, managers of health facilities and eight hospital specialists in health informatics.To evaluate the software was considered overall presentation and functionality features, reliability, usability, efficiency and manutensibily according to the standard ISO / IEC 9126-1. The user manual was evaluated based on evaluation information about, access to the site, users register, records of units, registration of the institution; scaling operation, operation consulting and publications. The result in percentage terms allowed to decide on the acceptance or rejection of those characteristics. The software evaluation and obtained positive results with agreement between raters for the overview, functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency and manutensibily. The suggestions reported, will be important to the proposed improvements and enhancement software DIPE and the user manual.

Řízení projektů ve vybraném podniku / Project management in selected company

This work deals with project management in chosen company. It has two parts. The first part is theoretical, which is focused to theoretical treatment of the subject. It explains what is the project, management of projects, organizations of projects, processes of project management, what is target of project, communication, control, changes and risks and more. In the practical part I focused to concrete company and project management and than I analyzed concrete project. Name of the mentioned company is OHL ŽS, a.s. It is company from Spain, which acts all over the world. In the Czech Republic has the base in Brno. This company has several divisions and every of them is focused to different professional architecture. I have chosen division of structural engineering. This division builds all kinds of buildings. It could be construction of new buildings or reconstruction. To analysis of chosen project I used various business documents, contracts with investor or suppliers, document which include billing, timetable. I especially used my experience with projects of this company, and I was part of this project. Name of this project is Reconstruction of cladding including replacement windows and insulation. During the analysis of project I found a couple major gaps. If we could avoid these gaps, we could increase profit. These graphs is especially in management. At the beginning there were appointed two temporary construction managers. They doesn't care about result project, because they knew that they will not be to the end of the project. These gaps are because there is missing motivation system. Project manager can´t affect results of employees. It doesn´t depend on performance of employees, they always has the same wages. For elimination of these gaps I proposed several suggestions for improvement. The first suggestion is modification and extension of motivation system. New motivation system include personal evaluation. This evaluation depends on performance of employee. The second part is bonus from over profit. The next suggestion is make a new working position. This position would take care about controlling and project documentation. During the building project, especially at the end is construction manager very busy. It depend of decision of construction 63 manager what kind of activity will have prefer. Project documentation and administration or controlling of building works. If they are doing everything correct and technology are respect. Suggested position would take care about invoices, real work, which is done, project documentation, controlling of budget. The third suggestion is purchase of small machinery such as chipping hammers and drills. At this time they rent all devices. Rent is higher than purchase price. The last suggestion is use credit to restoration of fleet. At this time they have obsolete fleet, because the bought all cars by cash. It is not conveniently.
