Magistro darbe pateikiama viešosios politikos Lietuvoje situacijos analizė, nagrinėjami teoriniai jos įgyvendinimo sprendimai, jų praktinio taikymo Lietuvoje pavyzdžiu pasirenkant filantropiją. Darbą sudaro: situacijos analizė, tyrimai ir jų rezultatai bei išvados ir rekomendacijos. Pirmojoje dalyje pateikiama filantropijos įgyvendinimą Lietuvoje skatinančių veiksnių analizė, filantropinės veiklos Lietuvoje apžvalga ir identifikuojamos filantropinės veiklos Lietuvoje problemos. Antrojoje magistro darbo dalyje atliekamas „filantropijos galimybių vertinimo Lietuvoje“ kokybinis tyrimas ir formuluojamos filantropinės veiklos Lietuvoje tobulinimo kryptys. Išvadose pateikiami pagrindiniai filantropijos Lietuvoje situacijos aspektai, teorinių filantropijos įgyvendinimo sprendimų apibendrinimai ir „filantropijos galimybių vertinimo Lietuvoje“ kokybinio tyrimo rezultatai bei jais pagrįsti siūlymai. / The Masters Degree project reveals the analysis of the situation of public politics in Lithuania, interprets its theoretical solutions, and practical appliance of it in Lithuania, for example using Philanthropy. The project includes: the analysis of the situation, research with its results, conclusion and recomendations. First part discusses the analysis of subjects that stimulate philanthropical implementation in Lithuania, together with the review of philanthropical activities in Lithuania and the identified philanthropical activity problems in Lithuania. Second masters project part is exercising the quality research for "grading the philanthropical potentiality in Lithuania", and framing the perfection aspects of philanthropical activities in Lithuania. The conclusion of the project includes the situation aspects of philanthropy in Lithuania, the summary of theoretical philanthropy decisions implementation and the results of the quality research for the " possibilities of the philanthropical grading in Lithuania" together with the suggestions based on them. The main theoretical and practical aspects of this project are illustrated with 14 images, 5 tables, 1 appendixes. Also 29 book sources and 23 internet sites in English and Lithuanian languages, were used to build the fundamentals of the theoretical theme analysis.
