Scare is the number of the altruistic pupils’ behaviour investigations. Lithuanian researchers V.Aramaviciute, E.Martisauskiene, O.Tijuniene analyse altruism phenomenon mostly in the spiritual values’ context of the young people; at the same time other scientists tend to analyse the phenomenon in its theoretical level (C.Kalenda, V.Kasparaviciene, S.Lileikis, T.Nilstun, C.D.Batson, T.H.Murray et al). Pupils’ psychosocial adaptation is more interesting in the initial education stage (R.Zukauskiene, F.Ivanauskiene, E.Griniene, E.p.Zambaceviciene, K.Ignataviciene et al), in the case of the senior forms pupils peculiarities of their psychosocial desadaptation is more interesting (R.Zukauskiene, G.Valickas, A.Juodraitis et al). I failed to find some researches on the altruist behaviour of the senior forms pupils as well as on their psychosocial adaptation. The society’s position in the XXI century is likely to become egocentric leaving personal values aside. Altruism and empathy are being ousted from our lives. Instead of them a lack of sympathy, help, understanding and passiveness towards other people’s misfortune is noticed. This is especially characteristic of the young generation. Therefore, the question about teenagers’ altruistic behavior arises, i.e. if teenagers tend to provide non-selfish help or support and what the level of their empathy is. There have not been any researches about the expression of teenagers’ empathic behavior carried out so far. Consequently, the relevance of the work is to reveal the present situation and problems related to it. The project includes: the analysis of the situation, research with its results, conclusion and recomendations. First part discusses the analysis of subjects that stimulate philanthropical implementation in Lithuania, together with the review of philanthropical activities in Lithuania and the identified philanthropical activity problems in Lithuania. Second masters project part is exercising the quality research for "grading the philanthropical potentiality in Lithuania", and framing the perfection aspects of philanthropical activities in Lithuania. The conclusion of the project includes the situation aspects of philanthropy in Lithuania, the summary of theoretical philanthropy decisions implementation and the results of the quality research for the " possibilities of the philanthropical grading in Lithuania" together with the suggestions based on them. The main theoretical and practical aspects of this project are illustrated with 14 images, 5 tables, 1 appendixes. Also 29 book sources and 23 internet sites in English and Lithuanian languages, were used to build the fundamentals of the theoretical theme analysis. Emigrantų pinigų srautų įtaka išleidžiančios šalies pastovių gyventojų pajamoms, nagrinėta pakankamai siauru aspektu, dažniausiai išskiriant teigiamas ir neigiamas pasekmes darbo rinkoje. Pagrindinis darbo tikslas yra išanalizuoti emigrantų pinigų srautų grįžtamąjį ryšį šalies gyventojų pajamoms bei šalies ekonomikai. Emigrantų pinigų srautų motyvavimo sistemos struktūra analizuojama pirmoje darbo dalyje analizuojama. Remiantis Olandu ligos teorija pirmoje darbo dalyje makroekonominiu aspektu aiškinama emigrantu pinigu srautu įtaką šalies rinkos struktūrai bei ekonominiam augimui. Antroje darbo dalyje analizuojamos trys trumpojo laikotarpio priklausomybės tarp emigrantų pinigų srautų ir emigracijos masto, bei modeliuojami šeši galimi atvejai. Trečioje dalyje pateikiami atlikto tyrimo rezultatai, kuriais remiantis galima teigti, kad emigrantų pinigines perlaidas veikia trys aspektai: pajamų lygis prieš atliekant pinigines perlaidas tarp emigranto ir pastovaus kilmės šalies gyventojo; emigrantų skaičius tenkantis potencialiems gavėjams; bei emigranto altruizmo lygis. / Economical studies investigating the influence of emigrants' remittances to the homeland residents' income has only been conducted in a limited way, usually distinguishing between positive and negative consequences to the labor market. The main objective of this paper is to analyze the feedback of emigrants' remittances to the residents' income as well as to the country's economy. The first part of this paper describes the motivation system of emigrants' remittances. Influence of emigrant's remittances to the market structure and to the economic growth in macroeconomic aspect is explained in reference to the Dutch disease theory. The second part of this paper analyses three short term relationships between emigrants' cash flow and the scale of emigration and describes the model of six possible cases. Results of the study are presented in the third part of this paper, showing that there are three major aspects influencing emigrants' remittances. Three major aspects are as follows: income level before the actual remittance is initiated between emigrant and the resident; the extent of emigration and the level of altruism.
