The diploma thesis deals with the making of the figural sculpture. The sculpture is called the Guardian. It is made by steel parts which are connected together. Its height is 185 centimeters, its weight is 80 kilograms. The sculpture is meant for exterior and interior.

Title: The Effect of Kinesiotaping on Postural Stabilization in Patients after ACL Reconstruction Aim: The main aim of the thesis was to evaluate, whether postural stabilization of patients after ACL reconstruction followed by kinesiotaping of the knee joint will be improved or decreased. Also the difference in postural stability of operated and un-operated lower extremity was evaluated. Methods: The thesis included 10 subjects. Each of them was from 4 to 6 weeks after ACL reconstruction, BTB technique. All subjects regularly attended group exercise in CLPA s.r.o. Every subject completed five measurements of postural somatooscilography, before exercise with kinesiotape and without, after exercise completed with kinesiotape, and after five days before and after exercise without kinesiotape. The values were saved by Microswing 6.0 and analyzed by Posturomed Commander. Then the values were evaluated by Microsoft Office Excel and statistic procedures were done by XLSTAT. Results: The measurement confirmed an effect of kinesiotaping on improvement of postural stabilization. Immediately after the application of the tape five out of seven parameters were improved. The Diploma thesis introduces the luminars as the creative objects importing the light into our homes and effecting our mood. The objects are modeled of the slurry combined with glass. These are determined to the installation on the table, floor, wall and ceiling. For the shape I was inspired by MICROCOSM = a world of unicellular living being, before all by the protozoans. It is a world full of bizar structures and shapes. The simplicity and expediency of the protozoans offers the inexhaustible amount of ideas. Each of the objects has got its adumbrating image in some of the protozoans. Teir shapes, determination of kind, conditions, in which they live, were determinating the luminars´ visage. Although the inspiring source is stating them the individual luminars presents original, solitary objects.

Title: The influence of ACL plastic surgery in relation to the knee joint stability by female handball players and the posibility to influence this topic during training sessions The concept of the problem: One of the most common injuries of lower extremities during a handball game is the tear of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) often leading to instability and early offset of degeneration of the knee joint. In order to be able to continue the athletic carier, the patient may require surgery of the cruciate ligament. Usually 6-8 months after the operation, the patient should be able to return to her full extand of the athletic competition. Never-the-less, functional deficit of the operated knee is not uncommon. Often times, patients post ACL surgery experience secondary injuries such as the injury of the oposite knee joint or recurring defects of the prior injured ACL. Objectives: To evaluate the conditions of knee joints by female players (2-5 years) post ACL plastic surgery and to attest the efectivity of the exercise program for improving knee joint stability by those players. Name: Influence of a rupture and reconstruction of an anterior cruciate ligament on the postural activity of an individual Aim: The aim of my thesis is to find out whether a rupture and the following rupture recinstruction of an anterior cruciate ligament has an influence on the postural activity of an individual namely after a longer period ( at least one year) from the undergone operation. Methods: The thesis has been worked out by a form of an analytical comparative study where it deals with measuring of two groups of probands - healthy and those after anterior cruciate ligament operation. The postural behaviour of individuals was tested after deflection by impact of a pendulum at a free standing position with and without visual control and also when standing on one leg. Results: The results of the measuring denote that when a person after anterior cruciate ligament rupture and following rupture recinstruction is deflected by an external impact while standing on both legs he/she will rather rely on the leg without surgery but the side difference will not be very distinctive. This practical-theoretic diploma thesis deals with a glass artist and a schoolmaster Stanislav Libenský. He taught students in every grade of glass education however the subject matter of this thesis is his work in tertiary education at Academy of Arts, Architecture & Design in Prague according to the historical context. The practical part of the thesis comprises a melted and cut glass sculpture called Kontakty (Touches) which is realized according to findings in theoretical part of the thesis.

The master{\crq}s thesis is divided into three parts. The introductory part is concerned with the turtle from a professional viewpoint. The historical development and symbolism of this creature are dealt with, as well as palaeontological findings and relevant bits of interesting information. The following chapters are primarily practical. This practical work on the ceramic sculpture, though, is also based on the study of relevant literature. The third part provides a photodocumentation to the text. It features the final product as well as the process of its creation.

This diploma paper is divided into two parts, a practical and a theoretical part. The practical part portrays dance in a set of five figures of dancers created using the method of ceramic sculpture made of ceramic clay. The figures of dancers are chosen as representatives of five various dances that stand for the historical era and the continent where they originated. The theoretical part follows the set of sculptures with information about historical and local contexts of the individual dances as well as stylizations of each dancer and the working methods used.

The work deals with the theme of women's life through the stages it passes on its way to the conclusive process of ageing and dying. It tries to study this fenomen through the structure, shape changing and sarcolysis that permeates the cycle of human life.
