Vliv směrnice 2004/38 na volný pohyb občanů Evropské unie s přihlédnutím k relevantní judikatuře Evropského soudního dvora / The impact of Directive 2004/38 upon the free movement of nationals of the European Union with regard to relevant case-law of the European Court of Justice

Sokolová, Ivana January 2011 (has links)
The impact of Directive 2004/38 upon the free movement of nationals of the European Union with regard to relevant case-law of the European Court of Justice This diploma thesis deals with impact of Directive 2004/38/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the right of citizens of the Union and their family members to move and reside freely within the territory of the Member States on the freedom of movement. The first chapter of thesis aims to cover main points of development of the right to free movement. From the right of workers as an economic factor to the general right of every citizen of Europe. As far as the introducing of the European Union Citizenship was very important point for the development of right to free movement, this chapter also concerns evaluation of this phenomenon. Further this chapter contains analysis of the most important cases rendered by the Court of Justice of the European Union which affected the right of free movement mainly since European Union Citizenship has been established. The second chapter is the core of this thesis. It comprises analysis of the text of Directive 2004/38. It is giving a complete elaboration on the subject of Directive, beneficients of rights, conditions and rights. As far as the Directive 2004/38 is repealing number of...

Částice se spinem v algebraicky speciálních prostoročasech / Spinning particles in algebraically special space-times

Šrámek, Milan January 2013 (has links)
Spinning-particle motion is studied, within the pole-dipole approximation, in algebraically special space-times of type N, III and D. The spin-curvature interaction is analysed for the Pirani and Tulczyjew spin supplementary conditions; for N and D types, the condition is related to a relative acceleration of two near observers separated in the direction of particle's spin. For Tulczyjew's condition, the momentum-velocity relation is also studied as well as its consequences for the spin-curvature interaction. Finally, the type of motion is mentioned for which both the supplementary conditions considered are equivalent.

Myší polyomavirus: Role buněčného cytoskeletu v endozomálním transportu viru a vlastnosti minoritních kapsidových proteinů / Mouse polyomavirus: The role of cell cytoskeleton in virus endosomal trafficking and properties of the minor capsid proteins

Žíla, Vojtěch January 2014 (has links)
Mouse polyomavirus (MPyV) is a non-enveloped DNA tumor virus, which replicates in the host cell nucleus. MPyV enters cells by receptor-mediated endocytosis and its subsequent transport towards the nucleus requires acidic environment of endosomes and intact microtubules, which are important for virus delivery to endoplasmic reticulum (ER). In ER, capsid disassembly and uncoating of viral genome take place. The mechanism of subsequent translocation of viral genome from ER into nucleoplasm is still only poorly understood process with predicted involvement of cellular factors and viral minor capsid proteins VP2 and VP3. Once the genome appears in the nucleus, early viral antigens are produced and mediate suitable environment for replication of viral genomes. After replication of viral DNA and morphogenesis of virions, virus progeny is released from the cells during its lysis. The research presented in the first part of thesis focused on intracellular transport of MPyV and involvement of cytoskeletal networks during virus delivery to the ER. In particular, we investigated still unclear role of microtubules during virus trafficking in endosomes, and involvement of microtubular motors. We found that MPyV trafficking leading to productive infection does not require the function of kinesin-1 and kinesin-2,...

Řepková, Ludmila January 2012 (has links)
Title: General Project for Private Kindergardens Objectives: The primary aim of this diploma thesis is a survey of quality in organization of physical activities at the private kindergardens in Liberec. The secondary aim is to create a general framework for a specific kindergarden incorporated into the Czech Republic Idex of Kindergardens. Methods: This work combines direct, indirect and document methods; namely observing, dialogues, subject analysis and analysis of a secondary pedagogical school curriculum, which is a basis for theoretical and then consecutively for practical starting points of the work. The ascertained data are processed quantitatively. Results: Launching out into the market sector of private kindergardens in Liberec is not difficult. The quality of the physical activities offer shows an average up to below- average level but they keep a leading position in number of children per one teacher. Furthemore, there was found a lack in conducting children within physical activities in the public kindergardens in Liberec. The teachers are not offered any further education courses in this field by Liberec city council. Keywords: teacher, organisation, sport, education, outdoor

Pohyb v matematice / Movement in mathematics

Muchová, Zuzana January 2012 (has links)
In my thesis I concern with the use of motoric activities in math classes. The chapters that offer a range of motoric activities were processed on the base of a questionnaire and an experiment. Some of the activities are currently being implemented in math classes by teachers of first, second and third grades at primary schools, others are part of textbooks designed for this age group. In addition to that, I offer five more possible activities, which have been recorded and interpreted within six experiments. The goal of the thesis is to demonstrate that physical movement cannot be separated from the life of six to nine years old children, and offer some motoric activities, which can potentially be contributive for development of mathematical skills and abilities.
