The aim of this Master’s Thesis was mapping of electromagnetic fields and processing of measured data using ArcView 9.2 and its extensions. Software ArcView 9.2 with extensions was provided by university to create this Master’s Thesis. Maps of electromagnetic fields are created from measured data in the neighborhood of the faculty building. Measurement of geographic position of measuring points is realized by GPS. For creation of maps and further analysis in ArcView, ArcGIS extensions - Spatial Analyst, Geostatistical Analyst and 3D Analyst were used.

Este trabalho apresenta uma metodologia para tomada de decisão sobre tecnologias-chave. A metodologia fundamenta-se no programa de pesquisa sobre racionalidade, solução de problema e tomada de decisão de Chiappin, com relevante participação de Leïster. O método de escolha é estabelecido a partir do compromisso de eficiência entre um critério de competência, relacionado à produtividade e ao movimento de inovação, e um critério de redução da dependência econômica, relacionado a um melhor posicionamento estratégico internacional. Uma matriz de decisão é definida com base no método de escolha estabelecido. Para cada dimensão da matriz de decisão, critérios de avaliação de desempenho são definidos para avaliação das tecnologias. A metodologia é aplicada de forma ampla às tecnologias da indústria automobilística. Tecnologias-chave do setor automobilístico são identificadas e classificadas numa escala de prioridades. A similitude entre a metodologia proposta e as diretrizes de política industrial do Governo é comprovada pelos resultados obtidos. Uma aplicação menor da metodologia ao setor tecnológico da TV Digital ilustra a possibilidade de aplicação desta tecnologia de tomada de decisão a outros setores tecnológicos e industriais. A proposição de um produto ideal, que utilize as tecnologias-chave identificadas nos dois setores analisados, completa a pesquisa. / NOGUEIRA, A. A. O. The methodology is based on the research program about rationality, problem solution and decision making of Chiappin, with relevant participation of Leïster. The selection method is established based on the efficiencys trade-off between a criterion of competence, related to the productivity and to the movement of innovation, and a criterion of economical dependence reduction, related to a better international strategic position. A decision matrix is defined with basis on the established selection method. For each dimension of the decision matrix, performance assessment criteria are defined for the assessment of technologies. The methodology is extensively applied to the technologies of the automobile industry. Keytechnologies of the automobile sector are identified and classified according to a priority scale. The similarity between the proposed methodology and the Brazilian government industrial policy is confirmed through the achieved results. A minor application of the methodology to the Digital TV technological sector illustrates the possibility of application of this decision making technology to other industrial and technological sectors. The proposition of an ideal product that uses the key-technologies identified in the two analyzed sectors completes the research.

A transfer of the plasma, momentum, and energy across the magnetopause is highly variable and depends on solar wind conditions, similarly as the magnetopause location. This thesis addresses the solar wind-magnetosphere interaction in two different regions: the dayside equatorial magnetopause and the far magnetotail. In the first part of the thesis, we present a detailed analysis of the interplanetary (IP) shock propa- gation through the solar wind, its impact on the substorm development and its influence on the far magnetotail. We demonstrate that the change of the solar wind VZ component across the shock creates a huge kink that propagates along the tail. The second part of the thesis is devoted to the influence of prolonged intervals of a radial interplanetary magnetic field (IMF) on the dayside magnetopause. The diploma thesis focuses on the study of the specific position of the discourses of humor in song lyrics of Czech folk music. In the introductory part, conceptual and methodological frameworks are defined for individual phenomena, which in the following part, through comprehensive perception provide their basis for narrative and literary research. In the final part of the diploma thesis this research is focused on selected practical examples of humorous narrative in the folk song, which will provide a contribution to the issue of ideal-typical concept of Czech national character.

The aim of this master´s thesis is to work out a comparison and evaluation of selected methods used for sound field mapping. Thesis will include software tools and results of sample measurement on test object for each mapping method.

Master’s thesis describes the design of a highway bridge over the road II/434 and inundation territory. There are some studies designed, from which the main structure was designed as a prestressed concrete double-girder bridge with 5 spans. Loading, design and assessment of structure is solved according to applicable standards CSN and EN. Calculate the effects of the load are carried in calculation program Scia Engineer 2015. Design and asses are carried only by the manual calculation. The thesis includes used materials, construction process, statically analysis and drawing documentation.

The thesis is focused on comparison of several ways of the calculation of thermal and moisture fields in wood containing bound water during drying and their comparison with commonly used standards for wood drying processes. Each of the four models presents different way of the unsteady-state calculation of the coupled thermal and moisture field in wood. The first model describes linear simulation, other three models present nonlinear simulation using material coefficients dependent on temperature and moisture content, differing in the method of the thermodiffusion (Soret effect) coefficient settings. The aim of the thesis is to establish the influence of Soret effect on the wood drying process and to describe the difference between commonly used presumption of this process and its presumption given by the unsteady-state computation of the coupled thermal and moisture fields in wood.

This dissertation examines the role of material in six selected zines from subcultural, artistic and activist circles. The work deals with printed micro media with a small reach and is based on the concepts of alternative media, gives a brief overview of theoretical perspectives on zines from subcultural studies, through fan studies and participatory culture. The thesis is critical of the concepts and calls for the enrichment of existing perspectives, mostly consolidated in old (post- marxist) materialism: specifically, for a reflection on post-digital culture and new materialism, which allows us to reconsider the role of material in the production and distribution of zines. The case study combines personal interviews and content analysis with an emphasis on material and ethnography of the spaces where zines are formed and transmitted. Based on Bourdieu's field theory, the study conceptualises the zine scene as a field of zine production and seeks to radically contextualise the traffic between bodies, spaces, paper and other materials, machines, and finally capital (economic and subcultural). The theoretical apparatus allows to examine the changing role of zines in the post-digital age when information shifts from sowers to platforms of emotion and touch. The work attempts to contribute to mapping of the lexical field of HOLINESS in Old English prosaic texts. The lexical field in this work is represented by four adjectives (halig, gebletsod, gesælig, gehalgod) which are chosen from the Thesaurus of Old English. The mapping is conducted in the York-Helsinki Parsed Corpus of Old English Prose by identifying morphological and syntactical categories of each adjective (predicative, attributive, postpositive functions, comparative and superlative forms; modification by adverbs) as well as the collocational sets (conceptual fields). The results then show the way in which the given adjectives differ in named categories.
