No. of bitstreams: 1 hellengracemelogomes.pdf: 1657349 bytes, checksum: ab26c986ebf11ad398cf4229e5aca7f1 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2015-07-22 / A presente pesquisa, que foi realizada em duas escolas pertencentes à Coordenadoria Distrital 3, integrante da Rede Estadual de Ensino do Amazonas, teve por base a forma como ocorre a apropriação dos dados obtidos no Sistema de Avaliação do Desempenho Educacional do Amazonas (SADEAM) nas duas unidades escolares. Esse sistema, criado em 2008 pelo Governo do Estado, através da Secretaria de Estado de Educação e Cultura (SEDUC), vem colaborando com a qualidade do ensino no Amazonas e impulsionando a busca de resultados cada vez mais satisfatórios. O objetivo desta dissertação é investigar as práticas de gestão que estão sendo desenvolvidas nas duas escolas da CDE3 frente aos resultados do SADEAM em Matemática. Para isso, foram consultadas Leis, Resoluções e Decretos estaduais e federais e revistas do Sistema de Avaliação, produzidas pelas equipes de Especialistas do CAEd/UFJF, para poder traçar a descrição do caso. Como instrumentos de pesquisa, foram utilizadas a análise documental e as entrevistas semiestruturadas. Estas foram realizadas com uma amostra dos sujeitos da pesquisa que incluíram: coordenador pedagógico, gestores e professores de Matemática das duas escolas envolvidas. Para a realização da pesquisa, foram abordados autores como Machado (2012), Bonamino (2014), Luck (2009). Ao término do trabalho, buscou-se elaborar um plano de ação educacional com vistas à melhor utilização e apropriação dos resultados das escolas obtidos na avaliação SADEAM. / This research was conducted in two schools belonging to the District Coordination III, that integrates the Amazon teaching state System, and was based on the way is the appropriation of the data obtained in the Evaluation System of the Amazon Educational Achievement (SADEAM) in both school. Such a system was created in 2008 by the State Government through the State Secretariat for Education and Culture (SEDUC), and has been collaborating with the quality of education in the Amazon and driving the search for increasingly satisfactory results. The purpose of this dissertation is to investigate the management practices that are being developed in both CDE3’s schools toward SADEAM results in mathematics. For this, Laws, Resolutions, state and federal decrees as well as magazines Evaluation System were consulted, that were produced by teams of experts CAEd/UFJF so that we may be able trace the description of the case. As research instruments we used the documentary analysis and semi-structured interviews, these were carried out with a sample of the research staff that included: pedagogical coordinator, managers and Mathematics teachers of the two schools involved. To conduct the research, authors like Machado (2012), Bonamino (2014), Luck (2009) were taken into account. At the end of the work we sought to devise an educational plan of action in order to the better use and appropriation of the results obtained in the schools SADEAM evaluation.
