The dissertation entitled Children's Musical Creativity in the Context of Pedagogical Creativity focuses on formal pre-primary music education. A part of this education is the development of children's musical creativity influenced by their teachers. Therefore, this research problem is viewed from a dual perspective; one of pre-school children and the other of pre-primary educators. A theoretical part of this thesis describes children's musical creativity in the music education context o in terms of historical, international, and national development. Similarly, this thesis deals with the research context and presents constructed tests of children's musical creativity. Subsequently, the terms of musical creativity, children's musical creativity, and pedagogical creativity are defined. The children's musical creativity is viewed from the perspective of internal and external influencing factors. Finally, the role of the pre-primary pedagogue and their creative pedagogical work in the development of children's musical creativity is characterized in more detail. The topic of the thesis is a look at special and pre-school education in the Czech Republic in the past 30 years. To better understand the interdependence of the development of special education, however, some chapters are devoted to the period before 1989. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis is focused on legislation and documents that significantly influenced special and pre-school education, on the topic of integration / inclusion in education and also on the system of teacher education after 1989 to the present and the position of teaching assistant. The practical part analyzes information obtained in the form of an interview with the kindergarten teachers addressed. The aim of this work was to find out how kindergarten teachers perceive the changes that preschool and special education have undergone during the past 30 years.

This diploma thesis deals with an issue of a support of an early-age child in pre-school education in Denmark and Germany. The aim of the thesis is to analyse framework conditions as well as used approaches of pre-school institutions in early-age children adaptation in pre-school institutions in Germany and Denmark. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with pre-school education in context with the systems in Denmark and Germany, with the characteristics of educational systems in these countries, an early-age child development and an issue of an early-age child adaptation in a pre-school institution. The aim of the empiric part of the thesis is to analyse the conditions, personnel securing and adaptation programmes usage in three selected foreign pre-school institutions. The empiric part provides the aims of the research, research questions and methods that were used in the research construction. Furthermore, it specifies three selected pre-school institutions (one in Denmark, two in Germany), characterises their space and material conditions and daily timetables for early-age children. The doctoral thesis focuses on the development of preschool education in Germany. It was composed using the tools of comparative education research especially the qualitative research paradigm. It aims to analyze the contemporary reforms of the pre-primary education in Germany. The research design stands on a case study, which is based on the document content analysis method, semi-structured interviews with experts, and participating observation. The research has focused on the system settings in preschool education, as well as on ongoing reforms itself. The study outlines the development of pre-school institutions, external conditions and the possibility of managing preschool education in Germany. It provides an analysis of curricula documents as well as the insight into current alternative models and innovative approaches in preschool education. This diploma thesis is focused on the implementation of a specific measure within the educational policy in the Czech Republic. The aim of the work is to describe the introduction of regulation in the form of compulsory pre-school education in terms of setting the agenda and its subsequent enforcement. Furthermore, the aim of the work is to explain the introduction of regulation with respect to the arguments of individual actors. There is a wide range of actors who comment on the issue, these actors form a coalition that shares their beliefs. It is important to mention that the topic of integrating socially disadvantaged children into society is a much- discussed and sensitive topic also at the international level. Another goal of the work is to capture and describe the discussions concerning the functioning of regulation after its introduction, in connection with stakeholders or published research. This dissertation deals with the issue of reading skills of pre-school aged children, their abilities to understand the text being read out to them and answer the questions related to the text meaningfully, but also to ask individual questions. It addresses a possible usage of some methods of critical thinking for this age group in the field of nursery schools. The dissertation is based on the fact that the role of the pre-school education is irreplaceable in this respect. The theoretical part concentrates on the problems related to answering the questions and asking them, on the development of cognitive processes and speech, growth of self- confidence and self-assurance as an important precondition for a pre-school child's expressing and the creation of a positive pedagogical communication in the class. It offers opportunities to use some methods of the programme called " By Reading and Writing to Critical Thinking " (RWCT) at nursery schools. 5 Abstract The thesis is devoted to the development of before-reader's skills of preeschoolers, their ability to develop communication, listening and discussion with some methods of critical thinking. Theoretical part is focused on the development of reading and before-reader's literacy of preschoolers.It deals with a posibility to use some chosen methods of the program RWCT (Reading and Writing for Critical Thinking) at nursery school. It concentrates on the development of preschoolers in some areas important for their development of reader's literacy. In practical part there is presented the educational project of advent-calender full of stories, based on the work with texts. Based on stories it learns, if these chosen methods of the program RWCT can influence communication of preschoolers and their listening and discussion. The thesis presents results of the educational project took at the beginning and the end of my project. The diploma thesis presents a differentiation and description of various forms of interpersonal interaction with emphasis on cooperation and cooperative behaviour from the perspective of sociology, social psychology and psychology of personality. As the research is focused on preschool children, the characteristic traits of this age are specified, specific methods and forms suitable for the development of cooperative behaviour are described as well as the role of the teacher in this process. Moreover, the aim of fostering cooperative behaviour is linked to the educa?tional purpose outlined in FEP PE and Learning: The Treasure Within (four pillars of education). Furthermore, variables related to individual dispositions in respect to cooperative behaviour are briefly analysed. In the research section of the thesis, activities aiming at fostering cooperative behavior in preschool children are presented and evaluated based on their testing in a pre-school: whether/how they really worked in respect to eliciting cooperative behaviour in children.

The thesis deals with the musical activities of two-year and three-year-old children in kindergarten. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of two-year and three-year-old children, the inclusion of two-year-old children in kindergarten, the importance of music and the child's musical development. It also deals with musical activities focusing on two-year and three-year-old children. The practical part of the work was focused on the research of particular musical activities in the kindergarten of the above mentioned age group from the point of view of the teachers and also on the musical environment in family. The research was conducted in the form of an interview with kindergarten teachers, a questionnaire survey among the parents of these children, and an analysis of songs and songbooks for the youngest children. The main objective was to find out how teachers perform musical activities with children, and what they see as the biggest differences between two- and three-year-old children. Next goal was to find out if parents work with children in this area and how. Whether the selected sample of songbooks contains songs of the appropriate range and pitch and whether they contain examples of possible instrumental and musical involvement of the children.
