Este estudo tem como finalidade reconstituir a história dos filhos de pais portadores de hanseníase, internados compulsoriamente no Preventório Santa Terezinha, localizado na cidade de Carapicuíba-SP, entre os anos de 1930-1967. Pretende analisar a estrutura organizacional desta instituição, procurando identificar os mecanismos de disciplinarização, vigilância, assim como o conjunto de regras, punições, privilégios e obrigações que norteavam a vida desses internos. A partir de fontes inéditas, analisar/ identificar os estigmas empregados para qualificar a prole dos leprosos internos no Preventório, as relações estabelecidas com os familiares e a sociedade durante o período de internação na Associação. Através da técnica da história oral, procuraremos ressaltar os anseios, sentimentos e reações das crianças (hoje egressos), com relação à instituição, assim como avaliar o processo de-aceitação/ resistência, integração/ rejeição social. Tal abordagem se faz imprescindível para a reconstituição do cotidiano dos filhos sadios dos hansenianos dentro do Preventório Santa Terezinha. / This study aims to reconstruct the history of children of leprosy patients admitted compulsorily Preventório in Santa Teresinha, in the city of Carapicuíba-SP, between the years 1930-1967. Want to analyze the organizational structure of this institution, seeking to identify the mechanisms of discipline, surveillance, and the set of rules, penalties, privileges and obligations that shaped the lives of these inmates. From unpublished sources, analyze / identify the stigmas used to describe the offspring of \"lepers\" internal Preventório in the relations established with the family and society during the period of stay in the Association. Through the use of oral history, we will seek to highlight the concerns, feelings and reactions of children (now graduated), with respect to the institution and evaluate the process-acceptance / resistance, integration / social rejection. Such an approach is indispensable for the reconstruction of the daily life of healthy children of leprosy patients in the Preventório Santa Teresinha.
