Šio darbo objektas yra teismo ir notaro veikla paveldėjimo teisiniuose santykiuose. Per teismo ir notaro vaidmens paveldėjimo teisiniuose santykiuose analizę, siekiama aptarti pagrindines problemas, su kuriomis susiduria teismai ir notarai, taikydami paveldėjimo teisę reglamentuojančius įstatymus, ir pateikti galimus šių problemų sprendimo būdus. Taip pat išanalizuoti, ar pagrįstai įtvirtintas teismo vaidmuo paveldėjimo teisiniuose santykiuose, ir ar kai kuriais atvejais teismo atliekami veiksmai nėra vien tik formalumas. / The subject of this work is the action of court and notary in the inheritance of legal relationships. Analysing the role of court and notary, there is tried to discuss the principal problems in practising the inheritance of legal relationships, and to find the solution of these problems. In this work there is also tried to discuss, if the role of court in inheritance of legal relationships sometimes is not only a formality. To reach this purpose there is analysied the practise of courts and notaries, legislation, also there is used the method of comparative analysis.
