Esse fato, aliado às mudanças estruturais dos fabricantes em todo o mundo, gerou novas relações entre as montadoras e seus fornecedores de autopeças. As montadoras adotaram um processo de delegação produtiva junto a seus fornecedores. Lançada em 1999, a ISO/TS 16949 tem como objetivo atender aos requisitos normativos das principais montadoras americanas, alemãs, francesas e italianas. Entre estes requisitos tem-se o desenvolvimento e revisão de análises do modo e efeito de falha (FMEA, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) para a aplicação em desenvolvimento de projetos de produtos e processos de manufatura. Mesmo com um formulário semelhante a um roteiro, o preenchimento de um FMEA de processo é uma atividade complexa, na qual as relações entre as colunas e os critérios de pontuação adotados são de vital importância para o seu desempenho. Em muitos casos o FMEA é usado mais por exigências normativas do que por seus benefícios, sendo que o seu incorreto emprego pode acarretar em desperdício de recursos. Tendo um foco em empresas do setor automotivo, o presente estudo visa apresentar uma proposta para a avaliação do desempenho da aplicação do FMEA de processo, identificando as irregularidades que ocorrem em seu uso, de forma a hierarquizá-las de acordo com a gravidade e obtendo uma sistemática de avaliação de cada caso. Para tanto, foi realizado um embasamento teórico sobre a aplicação de FMEA de processo associado a um estudo de caso para avaliação do uso do FMEA nas organizações selecionadas pela aplicação da metodologia de auxílio à decisão. / Abstract: In recent years, new several industrial plants for the vehicles production were built and are in operation in Brazil. That fact, added to the global changes in the automotive production, generated new relationships between the assembly plants and their suppliers, that it resulted in the adoption of a process of productive delegation with the manufacturers of automotive parts. Maid in 1999, ISO/TS 16949 has as objective assists to the normative requirements of the main American, Germans, French and Italian assembly plants. Among these requirements there is the development and revision of analyses in the mode and faulire effect (FMEA, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) for the application in development of projects of products and manufacture processes. Even with a form similar to an itinerary, the completion of a process FMEA is a complex activity, which the relationships between the columns and the punctuation criteria adopted are very important for its performance. In many cases FMEA is used more by normative demands than for their benefits, and its incorrect job can result in resources waste. With a focus in companies of the automotive section, this study seeks to present a proposal for the evaluation of the of Process FMEA application, identifying the irregularities that happen in its use, in way the hierarchy in agreement with the gravity and obtaining a systematic of evaluation of each case. For that, a theoretical rising was accomplished about the application of process FMEA associated to a case study for evaluation of FMEA aplication in the selected organizations by the application of the decision-making methodology. Specifically will be used the method AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and the Fuzzy Sets, which, starting from the literature, the fundamental concepts are discussed associates to the theory of this methods. / Mestre

Porém, em sua execução há situações de incerteza, com a possibilidade de se promover diferentes tipos de informação, gerando dúvidas se as avaliações estão realmente completas. Este estudo tem como objetivo definir um modelo conceitual para a aplicação FMEA de Processo reduzindo as variações nas interpretações, pontuações e critérios para as decisões. A partir de uma fundamentação teórica, é identificada uma estrutura para construção de FMEA onde as atividades de desenvolvimento são classificadas como qualitativas, quantitativas e corretivas, de acordo com o tipo de análise das avaliações. Um estudo específico é desenvolvido para cada categoria de avaliação, sendo um estudo de caso com a aplicação de FMEA associada aos conceitos de abordagem por processo, referente às análises qualitativas; um levantamento bibliográfico sobre critérios para pontuação em FMEA, referente às análises quantitativas; e um levantamento sobre as regras utilizadas para a recomendação de ações em FMEA de Processo, referente às análises corretivas. Como resultado tem-se uma proposta focada na eliminação de irregularidades na aplicação do FMEA, preenchendo uma lacuna existente entre a teoria e a prática. / In recent years it has been possible to note a considerable growth in the number of companies and people who use the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, or FMEA, in process analysis. However, in its execution there are uncertainty situations, making possible to promote different types of information, raising questions whether the assessments are really complete. This study aims to define a conceptual model for Process FMEA application, reducing variations in interpretations, scoring and decisions criteria. From a theoretical framework, a structure for FMEA construction is identified, where those development activities are classified as qualitative, quantitative and corrective, according to the type of analysis of the evaluations. A specific study is developed for each category of evaluation. A case study in FMEA application associated with the concepts of process approach is done regarding qualitative analysis; a literature review on scoring FMEA criteria is done regarding quantitative analysis; and a survey on the rules used for recommending actions in Process FMEA is done regarding corrective analysis. As output, a proposal focused on the elimination of irregularities in the implementation of FMEA is done, filling a gap between theory and practice.

The main focus of this thesis is on data gathering process in the chosen company. The main goal of the thesis is to map the process of data gathering, analyse the current situation and suggest improvements based on revealed problems. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on the theoretical foundation of data gathering. There are mentions of the basics of quality management and parts of the ISO 9001:2015 which can be applied to data gathering systems, process and the tools for its mapping and the methods of data gathering. There is a part which focuses on FMEA method, which is used for the analysis of the current state of the process. The second part introduces chosen company. There are used a few tools to map the process with the focus on spots where the data are gathered. According to the FMEA method and its process, there is an analysis of the current system. The attention is paid to the problematic parts of the process of data gathering. Then there can be found few propositions how to make the data gathering process in the company better.

This thesis is focused on identification and evaluation of errors during pneumatic valve assembly. Theoretical part describes tools used: quality gate, flow chart, Pareto diagram and FMEA analysis. Within practical part the current assembly process is analyzed with current errors and besides evaluation, the improvement priorities and ways to accomplish these improvements in an actual company are defined. If the company chooses to take the opportunity to implement these improvements, thesis also monitors the results and reaction to the change of the analyzed process to a certain point.
