The aim of this work is to develop such a business plan which would serve as a suitable basis for further negotiations with banks, suppliers, etc., and also as a springboard to launch own business. Another aim of this work is an evaluation of whether such a project has a chance to survive in the competitive environment. The work includes theoretical background of the company establishment and development of a business plan. The following is a description of the company, situational analysis and analysis of competitors and customers. The next part deals with marketing and production plan. The last part contains financial plan with prediction of future development, risk analysis and final assessment.

This paper deals with the problem of optimization of a production plan by using genetic algorithms. It contains a brief overview of the principles behind genetic algorithms in scope of evolutionary algorithms and artificial intelligence in general. It also takes a closer look on the challenge of production planning and control and all activities connected to it. This is followed by description of the modification of genetic algorithms that needed to be done in order to implement it into a computer program, which is used to create and optimize the production plan, and is a result to the issue that this paper deals with. Incorporated is detailed escription of principles and functions of the program, that it offers to its users.

The aim of this thesis is the creation of a business plan in order to set up a business. The business is specialised in the breeding of goats and direct distribution of products made from goat's milk. A fundamental part of the plan is constituted by the conducted strategic analysis. The basis of the analysis compilation were data from prominent Czech organizations, an analysis of the market, and communication with competitors and experts. There were also similarities in other important parts of the plan. This is represented by a marketing, production and financial plan. The marketing plan provides information about used marketing strategies. The production plan informs about technologies and the volume of production. In order to validate the viability of the existent aim, the research was conducted on the basis of the financial plan. One of the benefits of this paper is the identification and elaboration of all important aspect influencing the initiation and subsequent functioning of a particular business, as well as the proposition of solutions for problematic areas.

Radiology nurse is a profession which holds identification fromthe National Board of Health and Welfare and contains bothhightech elements and nursing competence. Based on interviews with thebusiness's unit manager, there is no mapping of the business'sprocesses, which leads to difficulties in streamlining andidentifying possible improvements. By structuring the workprocesses and mapping, opportunities are created to initiateproductivity indicators that leads to improving working conditionsbut also develops the business. The purpose of this case study is toidentify productivity indicators for the radiology departmentat Visby Hospital, to measure the efficiency of the processes andinfluence the process from referral to statement. To achieve thepurpose, the following questions are answered: What processes arethere to measure? How can a production plan streamline theradiology process? What productivity indicators are necessary for thedepartment?The selected theories for the study are value-based care, processmanagement, process mapping, balanced scorecard, processmeasurement, Lean and principles-working methods. The study has ascientific approach that is linked to the empirical researchapproach so-called grounded theory, which is considered aqualitative approach. This study uses interviews and documentcollection to formulate theories and link it to empirical data.The results of the study show that the organization lacks a processmapping of its processes, which leads to a production plan notbeing able to be executed and goals with indicators in theprocesses do not exist in the business. The study providesproposals for a process mapping and to establish a production plan tomanage incoming referrals with available resources as staffing.This should interact with possible indicators that are applied todesign measurable goals for the business.

La producción de manzanas ha crecido a un ritmo de 0.02% anual desde el año 2000, según el Ministerio de Agricultura y Riego (MINAGRI). Además, la superficie cosechada de la manzana muestra una tendencia creciente en los últimos 10 años, sin embargo, no todo lo que se produce son productos de calidad, ni se explota la capacidad total de la superficie. Esto se debe a que el sector no cuenta con el apoyo necesario ni desarrolla nuevas metodologías o herramientas que permitan la mejora de sus procesos. El caso de estudio sobre el cual abarca esta investigación es sobre la producción de manzanas orgánicas en la región de Mala-Cañete. Los productores de esta zona no tienen registros históricos de las campañas de producción, por lo tanto, no planifican la cantidad de los recursos que se requiere para una próxima campaña. Asimismo, no exporta sus productos debido a que su producción no supera el porcentaje considerable de calidad que se requiere. ​Por ello, se propone diseñar e implementar un modelo de planeamiento, control y ejecución de la producción en el sector agrícola, para asegurar, incrementar y mantener un nivel de calidad exportable. Se concluyó que para que el piloto sea viable y replicable, es necesario incrementar el producto de calidad exportable en un 5%, escenario estable, ya que a partir de este punto se cuenta con un retorno de la inversión mayor a 1. Esta simulación contempla como un precedente, la apertura del mercado de exportación. / Apple production has grown at an annual rate of 0.02% since 2000, according to the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (MINAGRI). In addition, the harvested area of ​​the apple shows an increasing trend in the last 10 years, however, not all that is produced are quality products, nor is the total capacity of the area exploited. This is due to the fact that the sector does not have the necessary support nor does it develop new methodologies or tools that allow the improvement of its processes. The case study on which this research covers is on the production of organic apples in the Mala-Cañete region. The producers in this area do not have historical records of the production campaigns, therefore, they do not plan the amount of resources that is required for the next campaign. Likewise, it does not export its products because its production does not exceed the considerable percentage of quality that is required. Therefore, it is proposed to design and implement a model of planning, control and execution of production in the agricultural sector, to ensure, increase and maintain a level of exportable quality. It was concluded that for the pilot to be viable and replicable, it is necessary to increase the exportable quality product by 5%, a stable scenario, since from this point, there is a return on investment greater than 1. The master’s thesis deals with study of the supply management in production company Česká zbrojovka, a.s. The theoretical solutions deal with spheres needed for determination of optimal supply of the specified materials. On the basis of an analysis of the actual state of affairs, conducted ABC analysis (analysis and calculation of the optimal supply for specified materials) contains the proposals and methods for economic order quantity for other inventory. The outputs of my thesis are the methods of the dealing with optimal supplies and the proposal.

This Master´s thesis deals with the prerequisites for producing a business project aimed at establishing a new company. It sets business area, customer segment and type of product, the company will be aimed at. It presents a proposal for establishment of the company.

The aim of the thesis is to create a business plan Bee farm U Králů in the region Šumava. The main activity of bee farm is the production of bee products. Thesis also deals with the problem of loss of beekeepers and the lack of awareness of this discipline in the Czech Republic through the beekeeping club, apitourism and bee educational trail. Bee farm is also pathfinder on the Czech market in the sphere apitherapy. The contribution of the thesis is in the support of beekeeping and in the production of quality products.

In my master’s thesis I deal with a business plan which concentrates on creating a hay-making company. In the thesis are determined production plan and the mission of the company. The work also contents company’s goals in different areas and calculation of break-even point, as well as estimated financial performance of the company.

In the first part of this thesis is described implementation of quality management system in a small company according to ISO 9001. Next part is about production process by method PPAP. In this section is solved primarily ISO 9001 standard, statistical control of production and certification company according to requirements of ISO 9001. Second part is focused on mass production of flange by using the company facilities Kovobrábění Sobotka. In the end of thesis are reflected weaknesses of production. In the conclusion is described technical and economic evaluation of implementation QMS and machining sample parts.
