nÃo hà / As inovaÃÃes no mundo do trabalho, durante sÃculo XXI, influenciam diretamente a formaÃÃo/qualificaÃÃo profissional dos trabalhadores na sociedade brasileira. Considerando essa realidade, buscou-se compreender as tessituras da qualificaÃÃo social e tÃcnica na formaÃÃo de egressos de nÃvel tÃcnico e superior no Instituto Federal de EducaÃÃo, CiÃncia e Tecnologia (IFCE), Campus MaracanaÃ, com destaque nas contribuiÃÃes dessa formaÃÃo para uma qualificaÃÃo pautada na dimensÃo social. Para o alcance desses objetivos, utilizou-se o mÃtodo de investigaÃÃo baseado na perspectiva do Materialismo HistÃrico-DialÃtico, com o emprego da observaÃÃo direta e da entrevista com sete egressos e 11 professores. O referencial teÃrico que subsidiou a anÃlise dos dados està vinculado Ãs categorias constituintes desta pesquisa: ReestruturaÃÃo Produtiva (ANTUNES, 2010, 2013; HARVEY, 1994), QualificaÃÃo Profissional (FERRETTI, 2004; PAIVA, 1999) e FormaÃÃo Humana (MANACORDA, 2011; MARX, 2010, 2014). Dentre os resultados alcanÃados, destaque-se o fato de que a formaÃÃo viabilizada pelo IFCE, Campus MaracanaÃ, foi importante requisito para a inserÃÃo dos egressos no mundo do trabalho, uma vez que se tornou base para o desenvolvimento de habilidades e competÃncias tÃpicas do modelo flexÃvel (iniciativa, proatividade, capacidade de trabalhar em equipe, entre outras), e que, por sua vez, sÃo mobilizados no ambiente de trabalho. Essa formaÃÃo, contudo, nÃo se estabelece unicamente sob a perspectiva tÃcnica. Foi possÃvel constatar a realizaÃÃo de aÃÃes pedagÃgicas e acadÃmicas, pela instituiÃÃo estudada, propiciando condiÃÃes para que o discente se aproxime da realidade concreta, debruÃando-se sobre esta, mediante o movimento do pensamento que, partindo das primeiras impressÃes, visa à compreensÃo das conexÃes, das relaÃÃes, entre parte e totalidade. Portanto, a InstituiÃÃo escolar ainda à um relevante espaÃo de produÃÃo do conhecimento e aquisiÃÃo de uma formaÃÃo em ultrapasse aos aspectos tecnicistas. / The innovations in the labor world during the 21st century impact directly the training /qualification of workers from Brazilian society. Considering this scenario, we strived to understand the composition of social and technical qualification skills in the training of those who graduated technical and higher education at no Instituto Federal de EducaÃÃo, CiÃncia e Tecnologia (IFCE), Maracanaà campus, with emphasis on the contributions of this training to some qualification based on the social and human dimension. In order to reach the goals presented, the research method chosen was based on the historical-dialectical materialism, plus direct observation and interviews with seven students and 11 (eleven) teachers. The theoretical framework that supported the analysis of the data is linked to the categories that constitute this research: Productive Restructuring (ANTUNES, 2010, 2013; HARVEY, 1994), Professional Qualification/Training (FERRETTI, 2004; PAIVA, 1999) and Human Formation (MANACORDA, 2011; MARX, 2010, 2014). Among the results, we highlight that the training provided by IFCE, Maracanaà campus, was an important requirement for the inclusion of those graduated in the labor market, since it became the basis for the development of skills and competences typically attached to the flexible model (initiative, proactivity, ability for working in teams, among others), which in turn are mobilized in the working environment. However, this qualification is not only established under an instrumental perspective. It was possible to verify the accomplishment of pedagogical and academical measures by the institution studied, in order to provide the terms for the student approach practical reality, looking over it and led by the thought that, beginning from the first impressions, aims the understanding of the connections and the relationship between part and totality. Therefore, formal school is still an important place for production of knowledge and acquisition of qualification beyond technical aspects.

Portanto, a Instituição escolar ainda é um relevante espaço de produção do conhecimento e aquisição de uma formação em ultrapasse aos aspectos tecnicistas.
