Vybrané parametry látkového metabolismu dojených krav / Selected fabric metabolism parameters of dairy cows

KAŇKA, Vladimír January 2015 (has links)
The aim of this study was to evaluate antiketogenic prophylaxis of the veterinary medicine Kexxtone, in breeding of Holstein cows, in the company Agrodam Hořepník, s.r.o. There were then evaluated the parameters of a metabolic state in the herd monitored. Furthermore I evaluated the milk yield, amount of fats, proteins, lactose and somatic cells in the milk during 100 days of lactation and subsequently, the level of pregnancy after the 1st and the 2nd insemination was evaluated. The observation took place from July 2014 to December 2014 in a way that every two months was selected 8 cows and 8 heifers with a similar calving date. After that they were split into two groups i.e. into the experimental group (the kexxtone medicine was used) and into the control one. These cows were bled and milked. Subsequently, those biological samples were sent to a laboratory to be diagnosed. The higher milk yield was found within the experimental group and so as the content of milk constituents, i.e. fats and proteins. A beneficial effect of this antiketogenic medicine on the amount of ketones in blood and milk of animals was also confirmed within the experimental group. There were not found any significant statistical differences in other monitored parameters.

Vliv metod odkalení moštu na senzorický a analytický profil vín révy vinné

Nevěděl, Vít January 2016 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the methods of desedimenting wine juice, and the influence of desedimentation upon the sensoric and analytic profiles of individual wines. The theoretical part deals with the substances contained in wine juice, the process of desedimentation, the clarity of wine, effect of bentonite and the importance of sulphur dioxide in wine. In the practical part, an experiment was conducted during which seven samples were produced out of two varieties of wine, using different desedimentation intensities. Afterwards, the amount of sulphur dioxide was measured, while at the same time the gas was being supplied at given intervals. The wines were evaluated according to analytical specifications and also with the assistance of sensoric assessment, using a hundred point scale and the aromatic profile of individual wines was also evaluated. An appropriate method of statistical evaluation as well as an interpreted conclusion were chosen to provide results, detailing the characteristics of individual samples produced within the experiment.

Propriétés qualitatives de quelques systèmes de la mécanique des fluides incompressibles / Some qualitative properties of the solutions of some systems of incompressible fluids mechanics

Ellawy, Abdullatif 14 December 2017 (has links)
The purpose of this thesis is to study the qualitative properties of the solutions of some systems of incompressible fluids mechanics. This thesis is divided into three chapters, the first chapter is dedicated to the issue of local existence and uniqueness of a solution to the 2D Euler incompressible system. We prove a theorem of local existence and uniqueness in a large space of initial vorticities. This extends the results (the local existence part more precisely) by Bernicot and Keraani [2] on the subject. Some laws of composition in these spaces (with Lebesgue measure preserving homeomorphisms) are given and used to prove the principal theorem of this chapter. The second chapter is concerned with the profile decomposition for the 3D fractional Navier-Stokes system. We prove some structure theorem which highlights the role of the invariances group of this system and we use it to establish some qualitative properties of the global solutions of fractional Navier-Stokes. In the last chapter, we study the asymptotic behavior of the solutions of fractional 3D Navier-Stokes. We prove that the critical Sobolev norm of the solution vanishes at infinity if it is global and blows up if it develops singularities at the finite time. A suitable profile decomposition is the main tool for our analysis throughout this chapter.

Aerodynamická optimalizace vysokovýkonného padákového kluzáku / High performance paraglider aerodynamic optimization

Grim, Robert January 2016 (has links)
This thesis is focused on the aerodynamic analysis of the competition paraglider wing. Drags of the particular wing parts are divided into chapters. The aim was to get a grasp of sizes of the individual components drags in relation to the entire assembly. In the first instance, a 2D profile and then the entire configuration of the 3D wing was analyzed. After the evaluation, some power reserves were detected in an airfoil and so the airfoil shape was optimized. After the optimization of the individual components, the CFD calculation was used again. At the end, geometry changes were evaluated.

Možnosti vinifikácie fortifikovaného vína

Hanúsek, Martin January 2017 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of vinification of fortified wine. In the literary part, it deals with the history of the production of fortified wines and describes their basic types. In addition, it explains the individual methods of spirit adding, selection of distillate and conditions for production in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. At the end of the literary section, individual groups of phenolic compounds are described as important compounds contained in fortified wines. In the experimental part, an attempt is made for the Alibernet variety. It was fortified in the beginning, in the middle and at the end of the alcoholic fermentation in two series - must and mash. Complete phenolic substances, titratable acids and pH were measured over three months. The resulting wines were sensitized. All the results were statistically processed and the practice recommendation was then drawn.

Vliv způsobu odkalení moštů na výslednou jakost vín révy vinné

Šachinger, Martin January 2019 (has links)
This diploma thesis is focused on method of sludge removal and consequent influence on sensory and analytical profile of grapevine wines. The theoretical part describes the substance composition of grape must, turbidity, methods of sludge removal and means used to clarify grape musts. In the experimental part, an attempt was made to create three variants. Each variant contained four different ways of draining the must. The turbidity and sludge volume parameters were monitored during production. The wine produced was analyzed. The wine was then sensory evaluated and aromatic profiles of the individual variants were created. Appropriate statistical evaluation was carried out and the experiment was interpreted in individual experimental results

Vliv zkrmování barevné pšenice s modrým aleuronem na krevní parametry u laboratorních potkanů

Fajkusová, Martina January 2018 (has links)
The experiment examined the effect of wheat with blue aleurone on blood parameters of laboratory rats the Wistar albino strain. In the experiment, 30 male rats were divided into 3 groups in 2 replicates. The first 4 groups were fed wheat varieties UC66049 and Skorpion. The last two groups received control wheat Bohemia. Consumption of feed, rat growths and feed conversion ratio were recorded during the experiment. After 72 days of testing, blood was collected. Blood plasma biochemistry profile was analysed. After a statistical evaluation, the finding was elevated the significant higher values of bilirubin and creatine kinase in the group fed Skorpion compared to UC66049 and control groups. The values of total protein were significantly lower in Skorpion wheat. Other evaluated parameters of the monitored blood plasma were non-significant.

Vliv různých dávek a forem minerálních látek v dietě brojlerů na biochemický profil krve

Zającová, Karolína January 2018 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with study of influence of addition of different doses, forms of calcium and zinc into feed mixtures for broiler chickens. The aim was to find out how different doses or forms of these minerals affect the concentration of calcium and zinc in the blood of chickens. Ross 308 broiler chickens were used in the experiments. Calcium and zinc were fed to the feed mixture in the form of calcium carbonate, zinc oxide or organically bound zinc. The basal diet of the control group contained 2 g of calcium. Different doses of calcium carbonate (6 g, 9 g, 15 g / kg of feed mixture) were fed to three groups. Four groups were fed with the addition of zinc oxide at doses of 20 mg, 40 mg, 120 mg and 180 mg / kg of the feed mixture. In the next experiment, zinc was fed in various forms and different amounts to compare the effect of feeding organically bound zinc. At the end of the experiment, blood samples were taken during the slaughter and the concentrations of the studied elements were determined. Statistically significant differences in blood calcium levels have been demonstrated between the control group (containing Ca in the feed mixture 2 g / kg) and the groups of animals that we increased calcium (to 6 to 15 g / kg of compound feed). However, experimental groups did not have any significant differences. It has been found that increasing amounts of Ca in the feed have a negative effect on the concentration of magnesium in the blood. In the zinc subsidy experiment, we found conclusive differences between the control group and the experimental groups. At lower doses of Ca (less than 9 g Ca / kg) and Zn (less than 180 g Zn / kg) in the feed mixture, a proven correlation between the concentration of Ca and Zn in the feed and blood was demonstrated.
