An element for change was the reorganization of primary education from two to three cycles. The second cycle, the Interdisciplinary Cycle has as an instrument of pedagogical change the shared teaching and research question was to investigate the teachers' view on the quality of the implementation of the instruments of reform and improvement of the teaching process. Building the foundation for positive change teaching practice is still going on and the construction of the teaching process is being discussed through meetings of teachers of Municipal Education Network. In order to monitor the implementation of elements of the curriculum reform, planning and action through shared teaching and exploring the possibilities of renewing the practice the procedure adopted was based on the qualitative approach. Methods: documentary, bibliographic, interpretive and descriptive exploratory were used to collect the data and the interview was the procedure which allowed the gathering of information and data on the vision of teachers. The report of the analysis of the results shows the monitoring by the speeches of teachers and the evolution of the change of pedagogical work. Reprogramming of teaching and the impact that caused the curriculum reform in teaching practice to reprogram the pedagogical work is still in development, and teacher vision is still in training and also practice. The question is open because the construction of the engagement of teachers is ongoing and the test result shows the need to resume and strengthen the physical priorities, infrastructure and management to the education system enabling a cutout of the reality of implementation of the curriculum reform / O Programa Mais Educação de São Paulo (2013), iniciativa do Governo Municipal por meio da Secretaria Municipal de Educação, implantou a reforma curricular que dependeu de elementos para viabilizar sua implementação na Rede Municipal de Ensino. Um elemento para a mudança foi à reorganização do Ensino Fundamental de dois para três ciclos. O segundo ciclo, o Ciclo Interdisciplinar, tem como instrumento da mudança pedagógica a docência compartilhada e a questão da pesquisa foi investigar a visão dos professores em relação à qualidade dos instrumentos da implementação da reforma e a melhoria do processo de ensino. A construção da base positiva para alterar a prática docente ainda está acontecendo e a construção do processo de ensino está em discussão por meio dos encontros dos professores da Rede Municipal de Ensino. Com o objetivo de acompanhar a implementação dos elementos da reforma curricular, o planejamento e a ação por meio da docência compartilhada e verificar as possibilidades de renovar a prática o procedimento adotado se baseou na abordagem qualitativa. Os métodos: documental, bibliográfico, descritivo interpretativo e exploratório foram usados para coletar os dados e a entrevista foi o procedimento que permitiu o levantamento das informações e os dados sobre a visão dos docentes. O Relatório das análises dos resultados mostra o acompanhamento por meio das falas dos professores e a evolução da mudança do trabalho pedagógico. A reprogramação do processo de ensino e o impacto que a reforma curricular causou na prática docente ao reprogramar o trabalho pedagógico ainda está em desenvolvimento e a visão docente ainda está em formação e, também, a prática. A questão está em aberto porque a construção do engajamento dos professores está em curso e o resultado da análise apresenta a necessidade de retomar e fortalecer as prioridades físicas, infraestrutura e gestão para o sistema educacional possibilitando um recorte da realidade da implementação da reforma curricular
