No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2011 / O objetivo do presente estudo foi construir um registro historico do Programa Nacional de Alimentacao Escolar - PNAE, a partir de documentos, resolucoes, leis, bem como das falas e concepcoes de atores que vivenciaram o Programa, especialmente de 1999 ate 2010. Utilizou-se uma metodologia historica associada a uma abordagem qualitativa dos dados, evidenciada em analise documental dos relatorios tecnicos do Fundo Nacional de Desenvolvimento da Educacao (FNDE), pesquisas liberadas no Medline, Lilacs, Pubmeb e outros e por meio de entrevistas de profissionais envolvidos na Gestão no referido periodo. A selecao deste grupo de entrevistados foi feita a partir dos seguintes criterios: ter participado do Programa na sua formulacao e na sua execucao no referido periodo ou ter publicado algum documento a partir da sua vivencia no Programa. O presente projeto foi submetido a apreciacao do Comite de Etica em Pesquisa com Seres Humanos da Universidade Federal de São Paulo. Entre outros achados, verificou-se que se trata de um Programa cujo percurso acompanhou os movimentos sociais, nao ficando obsoleto diante das mudancas que vinham acontecendo na historia politica, especialmente de construcao da democracia da escola, da perspectiva de direito crescente em varias areas da vida social e dos movimentos no campo da Saúde e da educacao / The purpose of this study was to build a historical record of National School Feeding Program - NSFP, from documents, resolutions, laws, and the speeches and ideas of actors who have experienced the program, especially since 1999 until 2010. We used a historical methodology associated with a qualitative approach of data, confirmed by documentary analysis of technical reports of the National Found of Education Development (NFED), research released in Medline, Lilacs, Pubmeb and other publications developed by the authors and by the FNDE and through interviews management professionals involved in this period. The selection of this group of respondents was made based on the following criteria: they have participated in the formulation and implementation of the NSFP in this period or have published a document from his experience in the program. This project was submitted for consideration by the Ethics Commission of Human Research of the Federal University of São Paulo. Among other findings, it is especially that it is a program whose route followed the social movement, not becoming obsolete in the face of changes that were happening in political history, especially of the school building democracy from the perspective of law increasing in many areas social life and movements in health and education. / BV UNIFESP: Teses e dissertações
