CoordenaÃÃo de AperfeÃoamento de Pessoal de NÃvel Superior / O objetivo geral do trabalho desta tese à avaliar as competÃncias dos docentes em estÃgio probatÃrio no programa CASa/, assim que suas aÃÃes formativas. Para isso, tomamos por base o modelo CIPP de Stufflebeam (2003) que faz referÃncia ao contexto, aos insumos, ao processo e ao produto final. A pergunta norteadora Ã: existe um modelo de formaÃÃo de competÃncias predominante no programa CASa/UFC? O trabalho visa abordar uma proposta de espaÃo metodolÃgico quadripolar, onde o campo cientÃfico à estruturado a partir de uma metodologia geral em quatro polos (Bruyne, Herman e Schoutheete, 1991). Optou-se nesta pesquisa guiar-se por pressupostos, seguindo ainda o pensamento bachelardiano. As tÃcnicas de levantamento para a coleta de dados foram: a pesquisa bibliogrÃfica, no qual foram utilizadas as teses, artigos, livros fÃsicos e digitais, a pesquisa documental, a pesquisa ex-post facto, entrevista com roteiro semiestruturado, questionÃrio. A anÃlise dos dados serà qualitativa e quantitativa com o uso do software SPSS. / The general aim of this thesis is to evaluate the competences of the teachers undertaking the probationary phase of the project CASa/UFC, as well as their formative actions. For that, we had the pattern CIPP of Stufflebeam as a reference to the context, inputs, process and final product. Our leading question is: is there a pattern of formative competence in the project CASa/UFC? This work approaches a four-framed methodology, according to which the scientific field is structured (Bruyne, Herman e Schoutheete, 1991). Our research follows the theoretical presuppositions by Gaston Bachelard. The techniques of data collecting were: literature research, from which we made use of the thesis, articles, physical and digital books; the documental research; the ex-post facto research; the half-structured script interview and the quiz. The analysis of the data will be qualitative and quantitative with the use of the software SPSS.
