Terezínské deníky v projektové výuce / Terezín diaries in project teaching

This Diploma thesis deals with the use of diaries from the Terezín Ghetto in project teaching. Their use should be made through a series of worksheets designed for project teaching. The benefits and success of worksheets were tested on several groups of elementary and secondary schools. The first chapter is devoted to theoretical introduction to the issue of projects and project-based teaching, the following chapter discusses the history of Terezín, the third chapter deals with the Terezín diaries and their authors, in the fourth chapter are placed excerpts of diaries with the relevant historical context. Into the last chapter are included worksheets created on the basis of excerpts from the diaries, their solutions and evaluation for their success by students. The last pages are devoted to the work attachment list and a list of references and online resources. The work demonstrates that diaries are a good source for creating worksheets about everyday life in the Terezín Ghetto and that they bring to learning new ways of work and wider view of the issues being discussed.

This diploma work Addicted Substances - project for the lower secondary school is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The aim of this work is giving information about addicted drugs and method of teaching by form of projects, proposing and realization of project with this topic, which could be used for other teachers. Theoretical part is intent on summary of question of addicted substances, where the terms addicted substances, abuse of addicted drugs - its symptoms or risks, causes of drugs addiction and some terms, what are connected with this question (e.g. habit, tolerance, addiction, syndrome of abstinence), are clarified. In this work, there are also mentioned division of these substances in more points of views, character of chosen addicted substances, where is described basic division according to availability - legal and illegal drugs. Representatives or categories of addicted substances, their characteristic and effects on human organism, are mentioned within this dividing. The presented theoretical and project diploma thesis was aimed at developing an art project named Head up, during the Art Education lessons in the first level of elementary school. It is structured in two parts, a theoretical and a practical one. The theoretical part provides a general insight into the problems of the sky and the cloud in visual arts and is followed by the project part which consists in eight proposed art lessons, description of the compositions and the didactic analysis of individual lessons. The diploma thesis is followed with pictorial annexes related to the theoretical part, photo documentation of lessons and proposed structured preparation.

It also reflects the creation of other artists, whose artistic expression tends to be close to Váchal works. In fine the thesis follows the possibilities of use of artistic work in art education at the elementary school. The practical part introduce the art education project, inspired by works of Josef Váchal, and documents its complex realization at the elementrary school in Borové Lady with the final reflection.

The study characterized as qualitative research is used as the procedures and instruments for data collection, participant observation, the research literature and documents, semi-structured interviews with four teachers who are serving in the classroom, the manager and two residents who participated in the settlement of the first demonstrations by the school. Such methodological procedures, aligned to the theoretical framework, allowed to present reflections on the research problem. The results are presented in four chapters. In the first chapter we present the object of study and research methodology. In the second chapter a discussion of Rural Education, by reference to an historical overview of rural education in Brazil. Standing out in this context the struggle of rural social movements in the process of claiming and building a new educational perspective, in relation to a larger struggle for a new project of society. The third chapter discusses the historical process of the School Tiradentes, considering the components of this trajectory with reference to her pedagogical practice developed from the integration of generative themes in their curriculum, strengthening its identity as school based on the conceptions of the field of Education field in the construction of the Political School. In the fourth chapter we discuss the construction process of the Political Pedagogical School Tiradentes, with reference to pedagogical practice that has been developed by teachers. / Esta pesquisa faz um estudo sobre a Escola Municipal de Educação Infantil e Ensino Fundamental Tiradentes, localizada no Assentamento Tiradentes no município de Mari/PB, tendo como objeto de estudo a análise do processo de construção de seu Projeto Político - Pedagógico, destacando os elementos da Educação do Campo que estão sendo contemplados a partir das práticas pedagógicas que vem sendo desenvolvidas na escola. O estudo caracterizado como pesquisa qualitativa usou como procedimentos e instrumentos de coleta de dados a observação participante, a pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, entrevista semi-estruturada, com quatro docentes que estão atuando em sala de aula, o gestor e dois moradores do assentamento que participaram das primeiras mobilizações pela escola. Tais procedimentos metodológicos, alinhados aos referenciais teóricos, possibilitaram apresentar reflexões acerca do problema de pesquisa. Os resultados são apresentados em quatro capítulos. No primeiro capítulo apresentamos o objeto de estudo e a metodologia da pesquisa. No segundo capítulo uma discussão da Educação do Campo, tomando como referência uma contextualização histórica da Educação rural no Brasil. Destacando-se neste contexto a luta dos movimentos sociais do campo no processo de reivindicação e construção de uma nova perspectiva educacional, na relação com uma luta maior por um novo projeto de sociedade. No terceiro capítulo, apresentamos o processo histórico da Escola Tiradentes, considerando os componentes dessa trajetória tendo como referência a prática pedagógica nela desenvolvida, a partir da inserção dos temas geradores em seu currículo, fortalecendo sua identidade de escola do campo embasada nas concepções de Educação do Campo na construção do Projeto Político da escola. No quarto capítulo abordamos o processo de construção do Projeto Político Pedagógico da Escola Tiradentes, tomando por referência a prática pedagógica que vem sendo desenvolvida pelos professores.

This thesis open the problematics of reading literacy and its development by project teaching. Dissertation is divided into two parts - theoretically and practically. In the first part there is described foundation of projects and project teaching, its history and advantages of its technique. Another topic is reading literacy, especially different concepts and ways of development by RWCT, creative drama and project teaching. Particular project is described in empiric part. Pupils of third class at primal school were observed during project. Qualitative and quantitative research is used in this thesis. The aim of research is influence of project teaching on pupil's motivation during the work with reading matter.
