No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2008-03-12 / The crime of trafficking in persons, in its most varied purposes, is the newest form of transnational organised crime which is present in several countries in the world, moving exorbitant sums of money. The illegal trade of women for sexual exploitation is embodies in a lucrative business for criminal groups involved because of the high profits and impunity associated with it. For the traffickers, marketing people is better than market drugs, for example, because people can be used repeatedly, thus having greater durability. This search is available to analyse that mode criminal under four perspectives: a) under overall, it is touched up the trafficking in persons in the world, explaining its more general aspects, as a concept, purpose, species, etc.. b) under national, was conducted an analysis of crime in Brazil, bringing its history, treaties signed and law, among other features such as search, profiles of victims, traffickers, etc.. c) in the state, there was the context of trafficking in the state of Ceará, being made reference to performance of the Office of Combat Trafficking in Persons and Victim Assistance to the State of Ceará, and finally, d) the perspective of internal trafficking of women for sexual exploitation in Ceará, were plotted the profiles of the victims cearenses female and traffickers as well as the form of action of the Square. To illustrate the reality Ceará, two concrete cases were brought occurring in the state of Ceará. / O crime de tráfico de pessoas, nas suas mais variadas finalidades, é a mais nova forma de crime organizado transnacional que está presente em diversos países do mundo, movimentando quantias exorbitantes de dinheiro. O comércio ilegal de mulheres para fins de exploração sexual se consubstancia em um negócio lucrativo para os grupos criminosos envolvidos em razão dos altos lucros e da impunidade inerente ao mesmo. Para os traficantes, comercializar pessoas é melhor do que comercializar drogas, por exemplo, pois as pessoas podem ser usadas repetidas vezes, tendo, assim, uma maior durabilidade. A presente pesquisa dispôs-se a analisar referida modalidade criminosa sob quatro perspectivas: a) no âmbito global, abordou-se o tráfico de pessoas no mundo, esclarecendo seus aspectos mais gerais, como conceito, finalidades, espécies, etc.; b) no âmbito nacional, foi realizada uma análise do crime no Brasil, trazendo seu histórico, tratados assinados e legislação interna, dentre outras particularidades como pesquisas, perfis de vítimas, de traficantes, etc.; c) no âmbito estadual, verificou-se o contexto do tráfico no Estado do Ceará, sendo feita referência à atuação do escritório de Combate ao Tráfico de Pessoas e Assistência à Vítima do Estado do Ceará; e, por fim, d) na perspectiva do tráfico interno de mulheres para fins de exploração sexual no Ceará, foram traçados os perfis das vítimas cearenses do sexo feminino e dos traficantes, bem como a forma de atuação das quadrilhas. Para ilustrar a realidade cearense foram trazidos dois casos concretos ocorridos no Estado do Ceará.

No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2011-08-26 / This work analyzes the sexual tourism, in the State of the Ceará, levered by the creation of a public image built by means of public politics and that seems to be glued to the idea of paradisiacal Brazil, and consequentially a sexual Brazil. The general objective is to analyze the sexual tourism in the Ceará vis-a-vis politics of dissemination of Brazil image outside the country, being aimed at this type of tourism and its consequences. To reach this main objective, we have elaborated other specific ones that say: to argue, historically, the idea of sexual exploration of the Brazilian women; to understand the sexual tourism in the perspective of the involved personages. A characteristic of this study is the field research, supported by Vergara (2006), that calls for a triangulation, that is, to the usage of distinct sources of collection of data. The relevance of this research is attached to the contribution in evaluating developed public politics in the Country and, in particular, the State of the Ceará. keywords: Public Politicies. Italians. / Esse trabalho analisa o turismo sexual, no Estado do Ceará, alavancado pela criação da imagem construída por meio da política pública e que, parece, ficou colada à ideia de um Brasil paradisíaco, consequentemente, de um Brasil sexual . O objetivo geral é analisar o turismo sexual no Ceará vis-à-vis políticas de disseminação da imagem do Brasil no exterior, visando este tipo turismo e suas consequências. Para atingir este objetivo, foram elaborados outros específicos que são: discutir, historicamente, a ideia de exploração sexual das mulheres brasileiras; compreender o turismo sexual na perspectiva dos personagens envolvidos. Uma característica desse estudo é a pesquisa de campo de caráter exploratório, apoiada na ideia de Vergara (2006), que se refere à triangulação, ou seja, à utilização de distintas fontes de coleta de dados. A relevância desta pesquisa se traduz pela contribuição na avaliação das políticas públicas desenvolvidas no País e, em particular, no Estado do Ceará. Palavras-chave: Política Pública.
