O enfrentamento de um problema como a exploração sexual requer a atuação de agentes sociais de diferentes áreas. O objetivo do estudo é propor a configuração de redes para prevenção à exploração sexual de crianças no turismo, na cidade de Belém. Considera-se que a articulação em rede, por meio da integração e capacitação de diferentes atores, pode ser um instrumento capaz de gerar uma mobilização social. A tendência é que essa mobilização transcenda a função que o indivíduo desenvolve na sociedade e suas obrigações, passando a ter um significado concreto, por meio do entendimento da importância de se proteger as crianças. Para tanto, é fundamental adotar linguagens e recursos pedagógicos diversificados, capazes de difundir a informação na rede em formatos variados e inteligíveis. Esse significado elaborado a partir da reflexão de cada indivíduo fará com que este sinta que em suas atividades pessoais e profissionais podem ser elos de uma rede de proteção às crianças. Como resultado o estudo apresenta a configuração de redes de prevenção à exploração que poderá facilitar a visualização das interconexões entre os diferentes elos que podem integrar esse processo. As redes propostas são de natureza social e foram configuradas como estruturas de pertencimento com fluxos de livre interação entre pessoas, indo ao encontro do paradigma das transições contemporâneas, pois a rede se exerce por meio da conectividade, ou seja, por meio da realização contínua das conexões, existindo na medida em que houver ligações estabelecidas. A configuração inicia-se com uma visão geral baseada no Plano Estadual de Enfrentamento à Violência Sexual de Crianças e Adolescentes do Pará, visto que este é o documento que direciona o desenvolvimento das políticas públicas para enfrentar e prevenir esse crime no estado do Pará. Nesse contexto, a informação, a qualificação e a mobilização dos elos identificados nas redes configuradas nesse trabalho, assim como a inserção da comunidade nesse processo, são instrumentos importantes para o fortalecimento das redes de prevenção à exploração sexual de crianças. _______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / Sexual exploitation in tourism is a multifaceted problem and can lead to not sustainability of tourism, because in itself are: violence, drug trafficking and human beings, and sexually transmitted diseases, among other setbacks that may impede the social development of tourism. The confrontation of a problem such as sexual exploitation requires the action of social agents in different areas. The objective of the study is to propose the configuration of networks for prevention of sexual exploitation of children in tourism in the city of Belém/Pa. It is the articulation by networking through the integration and empowerment of different actors, may be capable of generate a social mobilization. The trend is that call the function that transcends the individual develops in society and their obligations, to have a concrete meaning through the understanding of the importance of protecting children. Thus, it is essential to adopt different languages and learning resources, able to disseminate information on the network in different formats and understandable. This meaning developed from the reflection of each individual will make you feel this in their personal and professional activities may be links of a protection network for children. As a result the study shows the configuration of networks for prevention of exploitation that can facilitate the display of the interconnections between the different links that can integrate this process. The proposed networks are social in nature and were set to structures belonging to the free flow of interaction between people, to suit the contemporary paradigm of the transitions, because the network is exercised by means of connectivity, or through continued implementation of connections, in that there are any connections established. The design begins with an overview based on the State Plan to Combat Sexual Violence in Children and Adolescents of Pará, since this is the document that directs the development of public policies to address and prevent this crime in the state of Pará that context, information, qualification and deployment of the links identified in the networks configured in this work, as well as the inclusion of community in this process, are important tools for the strengthening of networks for preventing sexual exploitation of children.
