Impact du changement climatique sur les interactions biotiques en forêt méditerranéenne : approches chimique, écophysiologique et fonctionnelle / Impact of climate change on biotic interactions in the mediterranean forest : chemical, ecophysiological and functional approachesHashoum, Hazem 21 December 2017 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to study allelopathic interactions in the downy oak forest in the mediterranean region and to consider how these interactions can be affected by climate change. We have shown that the dominant tree Q. pubescens and its companion species A. monspessulanum and C. coggygria have different allelopathic potentialities, evaluated in vitro on herbaceous target plants, depending on the phenological stage of the leaves, which could in natura affect the germination and growth of understory herbaceous plants. These differences in allelopathic effect may result not only from differences in the quantity of allelopathic compounds produced, but also from qualitative differences observed as a function of the phenological stage. This suggests that the allelopathic effect may vary over time to match the stage of development of the target herbaceous plants. On one of the target plants used in the bioassays, the allelopathic effects were further accentuated by changing the water and / or thermal conditions which suggests possible modifications of the allelopathic potential of the plants to be expected with climate change. Our results in the plant nursery showed the allelopathic potential of cotinus and pinus on the growth of oak seedlings, whatever the watering conditions (stressed or unstressed). By affecting in particular the biomass of the root system, the growth of which is a key element of the mediterranean species to resist the prolonged summer drought, these interactions could play an important role in the regeneration processes of downy oak.

Aspekty duševního a sociálního zdraví u pubescentů ve vztahu k cirkadiánnímu rytmu / Aspects of Mental and Social Health of Pubescent in Relation to the Circadian rhythm.KŘESŤAN, Tomáš January 2012 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to deal with the issue of both mental and social health in relation to the circadian rhythm. This work was created at the same time as a project GAJU no. 101/2011/S. "The Psychosocial and Somatic Indicators in Comparison to the Circadian Rhythm". In the theoretic part of this work the issue of the mental and social health is solved as well as the definition and characterization of the pubescent period is given here. The matter of the circadian and diurnal rhythms is explicated here as well. In the experimental part there is a questionnaire research involving 250 pubescents (125 girls, 125 boys). The age of the pubescents ranged from 11 up to 13 years. The average age for both of the sexes was 13 years. The data capture was proceeding from May 2011 till February 2012. For this purpose the method of two standardized questionnaires was used. The questions from the social sphere originated from the questionnaire called The Quality of Life, Cummins (1997) ComQol S5. The questions solving the issue of the circadian rhythms were chosen from the questionnaire called The Circadian Typology CIT, Harada, Krejčí (2012). The gained data were evaluated by the means of the basic statistic methods and reciprocal correlation. On the basis of results I concluded that some data are correlated with social and mental health, strongly affecting the concept and the importance of sleeping. At the beginning of this work 5 hypothesis were provided. Three of them were confirmed by data analyze.

Stres a hodnocení / Stress and school assessmentŠTĚPÁNKOVÁ, Dana January 2015 (has links)
The thesis "Stress and school evaluation" has theoretical and empirical character. The aim of the thesis is to compare the occurrence of stress for students in upper primary schools when different forms of evaluation are used. In the theoretical section, the concept of "stress", different types of stress, and definitions of the terms are given. The manifestations and causes of stress, as well as coping mechanisms, are also described and elaborated. One part of this section deals with the developmental stages of adolescents, and a second part is dedicated to the explanation of different school evaluation forms (assessment and verbal evaluation). The particular functions of evaluations are not neglected. Survey results from questionnaires completed by students from two different schools were used in the empirical section of the thesis. The primary hypotheses and assumptions were defined and elaboration of the results was presented, including well-arranged tables and graphs. In the summary of this research, the stress levels and their relations to different types of evaluation methods are reported.

Analýza kvality života u pubescentů a adolescentů s ohledem na cirkadiánní a diurální rytmy v dětských domovech v Pardubickém kraji. / The Quality of Life Analysis with Regard to Circadian and Diurnal Rhythm of Pubescents and Adolescents in Children's Homes in the Region of Pardubice.ŠTORKOVÁ, Tereza January 2014 (has links)
This thesis deals with the quality of life of pubescent and adolescent in children's homes in the Pardubice region with regard to circadian and diurnal rhythms. In the theoretical part we define in detail the concept of quality of life, pubescence, and adolescence, biorhythms with a division between circadian and diurnal rhythms, sleep and institutional care. More attention is paid to sleep, its importance, quality and above all sleep cycles that are directly associated with the subsequent research area. In the research section, four research assumptions are made. Subsequently, we process data from eight orphanages acquired in the period from December 2011 to June 2012 in the Pardubice region. The questionnaire survey has 125 respondents of which 59 are teenagers in the age range 10-14 years and 66 adolescents between the age 15 and 18. For this purpose we used a shortened version of the standardized questionnaire for circadian typology CIT - Harada, Tailor (2010). The data was evaluated using basic statistical methods. It was found that on weekdays pubescents averagely go to bed at 09:15 pm and get up at 6:45 am. On weekdays, the average sleeping time is 9.5 hours. On the weekend pubescents averagely gone to sleep at 10:30 pm and get up at 8.30 am. The average weekend sleep is 10 hours. Adolescents go to sleep on average at 10:00 pm and get up at 6:45 am on weekdays. The average sleep on weekdays is 8 ? hours. On the weekend adolescents go to sleep on average at 11:15 pm and get up at 9:15 am. Which means that the weekend sleep is an average of 10 hours. Three assumptions were met, and that, the average sleep time for pubescents on weekdays is longer than the average duration of sleep in adolescents. Adolescents have a bigger problem getting up on weekdays before puberty. Pubescents evaluate their sleep rhythm from a diurnal perspective as sufficient. One assumption was refuted and that is, adolescents sleep on average less during the weekend than their pubescent counterparts. The research was useful as it brings together the issue of the quality of life of adolescents in educational institutions and can serve both for further research and as an indicator of the quality of life.

Sebepojetí jedinců umístěných v diagnostickém ústavu / Selfconcept of individuals placed in the diagnostic instituteMalášková, Nikola January 2021 (has links)
This diploma thesis is focused on individuals placed in a diagnostic institute and their self- concept. The aim was to evaluate and describe their view of themselves, whether they perceive positively or negatively, in which area they evaluate above average and where they move on the edge of below average. We consider the conception of ourselves to be the essence on which it is necessary to work on, build it and try to strengthen it if these individuals are to be corrected and their current behavior changed. The first part of this work clarifies the theoretical concepts related to the issue and the second part includes the research itself to determine the self-concept of individuals placed in a diagnostic institute. The evaluation of self-concept was based on a questionnaire survey (Questionnaire of self- concept of children and adolescents Piers Harris) and analysis of products of mental activity (drawing a tree). The results of the questionnaires show that the respondents from our research sample do not perceive positively, on the contrary, on many scales they show values corresponding to the average, below average to significantly below average. The elements resulting from the analysis of the drawings only highlight and confirm the results of the questionnaires.
