TITLE: Analysis of graphics editors ABSTRACT: The aim of the diploma work is to compare and evaluate mainly free raster and vector editors and viewers (photo file managers) which could be used at the environment of primary and secondary schools. In the opening part of the work there are briefly mentioned real possibilities of using graphics applications at schools. Separate analyses of all programmes are described in following parts. The analyses deal with features of the programmes, hardware requirements and usability. The comparisons should offer enough general information for choosing the correct software. The important part of the work is the research and it's three questionnaire investigations. Their results demonstrate real usage of graphic software among informants from all of the Czech Republic. Obchodní majetek v české a slovenské legislativě / Business property in the Czech and Slovak legislations

This diploma thesis deals with the business property and its meaning in the Czech and Slovak legislations. First of all, a historical background of the business property definition is presented. This term is then described within scope of particular laws where it is defined in slightly different ways. There are mentioned also differences between the Czech and Slovak legislations. Selected judicial cases are used to demonstrate practical applications of the business property term. There is mentioned also the problem of intangible assets protection with no judicial precedent so far. Conceptual differences of the business property meaning are highlighted in a model example. Results, interpretation and comparison of questionnaire investigations both from the Czech Republic and Slovakia are an important part of this work.

Title of Thesis: The temporo-limbic dysfunction in alcohol dependent persons This thesis is concerned on the temporo-limbic dysfunction of persons dependent on alcohol. The theoretical part summarizes the information about the neuroanatomical correlates, alcohol dependence syndrome, epidemiology of alcohol addiction in the Czech republic and the relationship between alcohol and epilepsy. The practical part includes evaluation of questionnaires filled out by alcohol dependent persons. These questionnaires are concerned on recognizing epilepsy spectrum disorder. The results are compared with the results obtained from previous studies in the healthy population and are used to evaluate other aims of this thesis. Cíle Hlavním cílem této disertační práce je nalézt vhodnou formu prezentací určených pro výuku tak, aby žáci při výuce doplněné prezentacemi byli aktivně zapojeni do výuky a spolupodíleli se na tvorbě znalostí, vědomostí a dovedností z oblasti obecné chemie. Součástí hlavního cíle práce je dále vytvořit soubor prezentací zahrnujících učivo obecné chemie pro střední školy tak, aby žáci byli schopni získané znalosti, vědomosti a dovednosti využívat ve studiu dalších oblastí chemie. Metody Při tvorbě prezentací jsme vycházely především ze zásady maximálního využití grafických a názorných prvků, tedy obrázků, schémat, fotografií, animací, grafů a tabulek. Dále jsme se snažily o dodržení zásad týkajících se barevnosti a typů písma (např. velikost písma minimálně 20 bodů, používání bezpatkového písma atd.) Dalším podkladem při tvorbě prezentací byla podrobná rešeršní práce. Vycházely jsme jednak z výzkumů, které se zabývají přímo ověřováním efektivity a dopadů prezentací na edukační proces [1, 2, 3, 4] , ale také z prací, které se věnují vlivu grafiky na proces učení a porozumění [4, 5]. V další fázi byli vyzváni učitelé, kteří měli zájem začlenit prezentace do výuky, aby se zúčastnili semináře, ve kterém jim byly tyto prezentace představeny a byly jim zodpovězeny dotazy, které se týkaly práce s prezentacemi ve...

<p>Med den här uppsatsen vill jag belysa estetikämnenas roll och status i två grundskolor i en medelstor västsvensk stad. Jag vill även se i vilken mån de estetiska arbetsformerna praktiseras i skolornas vardag och i vilken mån lärarna anser sig ha nytta av styrdokumenten i detta arbete. För det här syftet har min metod blivit en enkätundersökning där pedagoger från de båda skolorna har fått besvara frågor kopplade till följande fyra estetiska arbetsformer: bild och form, drama, musik och dans. Resultaten redovisas utifrån tre kategorier: skola, ålder och yrkesgrupp. Vad som bland annat framkommit i undersökningen är att bilden är den arbetsform som tar upp mest tid och dansen den arbetsform som tar upp minst tid. Vidare ser man att skolorna planerar och förbereder estetiska arbetsformer mindre än 30 minuter i veckan eller inte alls samt undervisar generellt sett mindre än 60 minuter i veckan i dessa arbetsformer. Dessutom framgår det att pedagogerna anser sig ha endast viss eller mycket liten nytta av central och lokala styrdokument när de skall planera lektioner inom de estetiska arbetsformerna.</p> / <p>The aim of this composition is to enlighten the role and status of the artistic work forms in two compulsory schools in an average town in the western part of Sweden. I would also like to see to what degree the artistic work forms practises in the average school day. For this object, my method has become a questionnaire investigation where the educating staff from each school has answered questions connected to these four artistic work forms; art, drama, music and dance. The results is presented thru three categories; School, age and work category. A part that has been presented from the investigation is that the art form is the one that takes up most of the time and dance the one that takes least of the time. Furthermore can one see that the schools plans and prepare less then 30 minutes a week or no time at all and educate generally seen less then 60 minutes a week in artistic work forms. It also shows that the educators only have some or little use of the steering documents when they plan the lessons within the artistic work forms.</p>

The aim of this paper is to evaluate the loyalty system of Lancôme Beauty Institute and ascertain with the use of questionnaire investigation the satisfaction of customers with offered benefits and alternatively suggest the possibilities of improvement of the system. The theoretical part is focused on the general definition of customer satisfaction. The important part is recruitment, maintaining and motivation of current and potential customers. The practical part describes the functioning of the loyalty system of Lancôme Beauty Institute, the stages of development and implications of changes in the loyalty system. The questionnaire investigation was used to ascertain the satisfaction with loyalty system as well as to find the main imperfections -- the data were gathered, classified and analysed.
