The aim of the work evaluate the effectiveness of revitalization and presentation proposal of the best variant in terms of investment and energy savings. In the theoretical part is explained revitalization issues, problems of prefabricated houses, phase of the modernization and financing. Practical part is focused to specific revitalization of the prefabricated house, analysis of financial bids of banks and use of subsidies, analysis of energy audits. On the basis of the analysis is determined the optimal variant of the revitalization.

As well as all construction compositions are more developed basis for air conditioning systems. Documentation is processed at the level of documentation for building permit.

Diploma thesis “Hydraulic Assessment of a Stream Revitalization Effect on a Floodplain Retention Capacity“ assess availability of revitalized stream and its floodplain to transform floods and compare determined values with transformed floods from model of technically modified stream, both by using coupling 1D/2D BASEMENT computational model. In the first part is overall introduction to research issue. In the second part the territory of interest is described and the hypothesis are set. In the third part are described input data, used tools, computational model, its making and computational versions. In the fourth part the hypothesis are evaluated. It was determined, that for in this thesis used terrain and hydrographs are floods smaller than Q20 transformed much more by revitalized stream and that technically modified stream can speed up the flood, floods Q50 and Q100 are more transformed by technically modified stream. For generalization of the results would be appropriate to make research on bigger ammount of case studies based on combination of 1D/2D and rainfall-runoff model.

This thesis deals with the revitalization of residential buildings at their usual price. It deals with the influence of the investment needed to revitalize and its sub-sequent evaluation of the usual price. The work begins with a gradual explanation of terms needed to introduce the issue of valuation of real property. The thesis contains a proposed revitalization of a residential building in the center of Prague. The thesis is an itemized budget for the proposed revitalization. Analysis of the market for the valuation of residential unit is specified professional estimates, which are attached to this work. Calculation of the normal price with the influence of the recommended investment and its subsequent evaluation is indicated at the end of this work.

The second part sets the prices of selected flats in different valuation methods, namely: direct comparison method, comparative method and cost method. Furthermore, the work deals with energy conservation, depending on the thermal insulation. The aim is to determine whether and by how much prices will rise flats due to the additional insulation, what are the savings in heat and what about payback to investment.

In the first part of the thesis, there is documented the current situation Jankovice stream, its appreciation and draft measures for a improvement the current state. In the following part, there is the elaboration of the sediment transport balance in the stream. In the last part of the final thesis, there is documented the current state Jankovice stream in the village Jankovice and the stream regulation is designed for the purpose of flood protection of the village.
