Kelionės rekomendacijų sistema vartotojų sprendimų priėmimo procese / Destination recommendation system in consumers decision making process

Vienas iš svarbiausių elgsenos procesų vartotojų kelionės sprendimų priėmime gali būti apibūdinamas kaip informacijos paieška ir apdorojimas. Supratimas, kaip keliautojai gauna ir apdoroja informaciją yra labai svarbus kelionių ir turizmo produktų marketinge, nes per informacijos paieškos procesą marketingo vadybininkai gali daryti įtaką keleivių sprendimų priėmimui. Kelionės sprendimai reikalauja daug vidinės bei išorinės informacijos ir gali apimti daugybę informacijos paieškos, jos vertinimo ir integracijos užduočių. Keliautojai internetą pavertė vienu pagrindinių kelionės informacijos šaltinių. Tačiau vartotojus dažnai internete užlieja didžiulis kiekis informacijos ir jiems nepavyksta rasti būtent tos informacijos, kurios jiems reikia. Susidoroti su informacijos pertekliumi internete turistams padeda kelionės rekomendacijų sistemos, kurios yra šio magistro baigiamojo darbo objektas. Šios sistemos padeda sumažinti paieškai skirtas pastangas ir padidinti randamos informacijos kokybę. Magistro baigiamojo darbo uždaviniai: 1. Išstudijuoti ir aprašyti tradicinio ir kelionės sprendimų priėmimo procesų bei informacijos paieškos ir apdorojimo teorinius aspektus. 2. Išnagrinėti kelionės rekomendacijų sistemos sampratos teorinius aspektus. 3. Įvertinus išnagrinėtą mokslinę literatūrą, jau atliktus tyrimus ir praktinius pavydžius kelionės rekomendacijų sistemos sampratos tema, suformuoti kelionės rekomendacijų sistemos vartotojų sprendimų priėmimo procese teorinį modelį. 4... It is very important to understand, how travellers acquire and process information, because during the information search process marketers can influence travellers’ decision making to some degree. Travel decisions require a large amount of internal and external information and potentially involve a number of information search, evaluation and integration tasks and activities. Travellers have converted the Internet as one of their primary sources for travel information. However, travellers often get lost in the huge amount of information online and are not able to locate the information they try to find. Therefore, destination recommendation systems became a significant tool in the travel industry, which serve as object in this master's final paper. The tasks of master's final paper: 1. Rekomendacijų, grindžiamų svertiniais koeficientais, formavimo metodas socialiniame tinkle / Method of Leverage Coefficients-based Recommendations’ Formation In Social Network

The main goal of this work is to facilitate the exchange of information among the members of the social network by extending the functionality of the social network. The network should have the functionality that could provide not only the most relevant information to the particular member of the network but also with some additional information that could be of some interest to that member (user of the system). Such functionality can be achieved by extending social network with recommendation management subsystem. In this work, recommendation is defined as an informal or formal statement defining what information should be provided to the particular user. This work covers the method of the formation of personalized recommendations. The formation of them is based on leverage coefficients. This way of formation of recommendations allows defining the most suitable level of flexibility and personalization. This provides selection and presentation of proper additional information. The algorithm of formation of recommendations, described is this work, formally defines the composition of recommendation. Recommendation is saved as substantive element of the social network. It consist of finite set of atomic elements, this feature lets to analyze or modify recommendations, avoiding flexibility and personalization problems, which emerges in others recommendation systems.
