Assim, nessa pesquisa foram abordados temas que revelam alguns aspectos da vida dessas mulheres, como os desafios a que se submeteram no início de suas carreiras; as táticas que lançaram mão para que fossem vistas e aceitas como profissionais, seja por seus pares ou pela sociedade civil; como conciliam sua vida profissional e privada, e qual a trajetória de vida dessas mulheres, temas pouco ou quase nada estudados, mas que merecem fazer parte da memória coletiva feminina brasileira. Esta pesquisa é predominantemente qualitativa, realizada através de entrevistas feitas com promotoras de justiça da grande Florianópolis, aprovadas no concurso público no período compreendido entre 1970 e 2010. Do questionamento inicial dessa pesquisa sobre as diferenças nas relações de gênero vivenciadas pelas primeiras promotoras de justiça ? década de 1970 e 1980 - e as vivenciadas por aquelas que adentraram a instituição do Ministério Público de Santa Catarina em um novo contexto social, pode-se observar que, embora, elas verbalizem não sentirem ou identificarem a presença de dominação masculina em seu ambiente profissional, seja pela igualdade de direitos que a lei confere aos profissionais da área ou pela autonomia que têm para realizar suas tarefas, constatou-se que ela ainda se faz presente e atuante na atividade meio da instituição.<br> / Abstract : District Attorney perform an activity that for centuries was recognized as exclusively a male activity, but there are few records that show how was the insertion and emergence of these women in this legal field. This research has investigated topics that reveal some aspects of the lives of these women, as the challenges that have undergone early in their careers; the tactics used for be seen and accepted as professionals, either by their peers or by civil society; how to reconcile their professional and private life, and what life trajectory of these women, topics little or nothing studied, but they deserve to be part of the Brazilian women's collective memory. This research is predominantly qualitative, conducted through interviews with District Attorneys of Florianopolis, approved inthe public contest of Prosecution Office of Santa Catarina in the period between 1970 and 2010. And so the initial question of this research about the differences of gender relations experienced by the first District Attorneys - the 1970s and 1980s- and experienced by those who joined into Prosecution Office of Santa Catarina in a new social context, we observe that although they verbalize not feel or identify the presence of male dominance in the workplace, whether for equal rights that the law gives the professionals, or the autonomy they have to do their jobs, it was found that this male domination still does present and active in the midst activity of Prosecution Office of Santa Catarina.
