Nos últimos 20 anos os sistemas Agroflorestais vem fazendo parte de uma proposta alternativa de produção agropecuária, em especial para agricultura familiar, porque esse modelo de produção favorece e contribui para uma produção com sustentabilidade ambiental devido suas formas de manejos. Assim o objetivo desse trabalho é demonstrar a viabilidade desse sistema de produção dentro e fora da Reserva Legal na região do Apiaú, Município de Mucajaí, Roraima, Brasil. Para tanto utilizamos como materiais e métodos visita a campo, entrevistas e observações no local de estudo, os quais foram compilados e transformados em avaliações socioeconômicas e avaliação de viabilidade econômica do SAF. Observou-se que o local de estudo tem baixa demografia, resultado de condições adversas à sobrevivência no local, seja pela falta de políticas públicas, infraestrutura, incentivo financeiro, ou por despreparo do trato com a terra por parte dos agricultores rurais e falta de tecnológica capaz de mantê-los em condições de produção proporcional com equidade ao sistema patronal. Assim, o estudo realizado propôs-se a demonstrar como alternativa de produção ao pequeno produtor, o uso do SAF em área de Reserva Legal, e o resultado obtido com as pesquisas indicam que o SAF constitui-se como uma alternativa viável, em virtude de sua capacidade de melhor aproveitamento dos recursos naturais na produção agropecuária, reduzindo ao mínimo o uso de insumos não renováveis, conservando o meio ambiente, gerando renda e ganho socioeconômico da população local. / Over the past 20 years, the agroforestry systems has been part of an alternative proposal for agriculture production, especially for family farms, because this production model favors and contributes to a production with environmental sustainability because their forms of managements. Thus the aim of this study is demonstrate the feasibility of this system of production within and outside the Reserva Legal inside the Apiaú city, Mucajaí city, Roraima, Brasil. For both we used like material and field methods, questionnaires, interviews and observations holistic. Witch were compiled and transformed into socioeconomic assessments of economic feasibility assessment of the SAF. Thus it was found that the study site there is low demographic, result of adverse conditions of survival on the local, is the lack of public policies, infrastructure, financial incentive, lack of preparation to deal with the land by the rural farmers and technology diffusion capable to keep them in production conditions with equity to patronal system. So is in this sense that had the intention to demonstrate how production alternative to small farmer in the area of legal reserve through the SAF may be an option of quantitative and qualitative, by virtue of its ability to better use natural resources in agricultural production while minimizing the use of non-renewable inputs and conserving the environment, generating income and gain socioeconomic local population.

The aim of the thesis is to create investment recommendations for the real estate investor. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. Secondary data from Czech and foreign sources are collected in the theoretical part. In the practical part, the research and analysis of real estate market is done for the real estate currently available for sale in Brno. At the same time, economic profitability is calculated wherever possible. Subsequently, the options are verbally evaluated.

This master’s thesis’ objective is to analyze the economical situation of the specific company LIPAN A EURO, a.s. There are used methods of financial and economical analysis to examination of a proposal in this thesis. The first part of the thesis comprises theoretical fundamentals of the financial and economical analysis. The next part represents application of financial and economical analysis methods to assess the economical situation of the specific company. Summary gathers the general economical situation of the specific company and proposals to its improvement.

This master's thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of GDP KORAL Ltd in the years 2011–2015. The theoretical part defines the basic terms and methods that are used in the practical part. The practical part contains external and internal analysis of the company. Based on the results of these analyses are suggested recommendations for the improvement of the financial situation of the company.

Deferred tax, as one of the accounting policies, seeks to maintain the credibility and reliability of the entity's information. The aim of this thesis is to assess the importance of deferred tax recognition for representative samples of selected sectors, specifically construction and chemical industry. The most used method was the method of comparison, the method of analogy or description. Of the two selected sectors, 10 representative samples were found, through which deferred tax was calculated, the structure of its titles, its significance, indicators of profitability, and its impact on these indicators. The first part assesses the structure of individual titles leading to deferred tax liabilities, deferred tax receivables and net deferred tax. Furthermore, the significance of deferred tax in relation to the balance sheet total, total tax and profit before tax is examined. In the last part are compared indicators of profitability with and without deferred tax. These results are also compared to indicators of profitability across the sector.

This diploma thesis deals with determining the real profitability of construction companies. The subject of the research are selected construction companies from the city of Brno, which are analyzed in the time horizon of 7 years from 2013 to 2019. The theoretical part describes the historical development of the construction market, then describes a specific of construction company, defines fundamental concepts of financial analysis and resources to decide processing. In the practical part, the established methodologies of the calculated values of the real profitability of selected construction companies are used and the resulting data are subsequently compared with the profitability determined by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic.

This master’s thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of BS vinařské potřeby, s.r.o., and proposals for its improvement. Analyses used in this master’s thesis are processed by the methods of financial and strategic analyses and also mathematical and statistical methods from period 2011-2015. The results of this master’s thesis evaluate investment from the economical effectiveness.

The thesis is focused on economic impacts of financial results of the manufacturer of staircases SWN Moravia s.r.o. Theoretical part of the thesis describes the whole basics, users and individual indicators of the financial analysis. There are also mentioned basics of the trend analysis and multivariate regression analysis. Practical part of the thesis successively describes selected indicators and their progress during the years 2010-2014. Mentioned are liquidity, leverage, profitability, activity ratios, debt indicators, bankruptcy models and credibility models. There are also described main changes during selected period of time. Results of the financial analysis are compared to chosen company with equivalent kind of business with intention to show how SWN Moravia stand on market during economic crisis. Data gain from financial analysis are source of data for regression analysis, which is used for modeling profit. In the end are information gained from the financial analysis summarized and several recommendations are proposed to improve financial results of the company. There is also outlined progression of the profit and evolution of company in the years to come.

The theme of this thesis is the financial analysis utilization for selected company´s economic results. Its aim is to assess the situation of the selected company with use of indicators of financial analysis during the reporting period of time 2008-2013 and on the basis of these results to formulate recommendations for possible improvements in problematic areas. The introductory part summarizes the theoretical knowledge in the field of financial analysis, defines its characteristics and purpose, sources of information for its processing and describes the methods and tools used by it. In the practical part the selected methods of financial analysis are applied to the selected company. All calculations of the indicators are processed into charts and the development of some of them is supplemented with graphical representation. Based on the resulting values there are conclusions and recommendations designed in order to increase the efficiency of the company.

The thesis Economic analysis of a chosen company presents economic performance of the trading company ROTAREX PRAHA, group Inc. in years 2008 to 2015. The datas for elaboration were taken from financial statements. The thesis is divided in two basic parts. The first part is theoretical, where are described methods for individual indicators. The second part is practical, which contain characteristic and organization of company structure. This part is followed by the absolute analysis and the analysis of differential values, analysis of ratio indicators, which are indicators of profitability, activity, indebtedness and liquidity. In next part is described Spider analysis and PEST analysis. In thesis conclusion results are evaluated and provide recommendation for future development.
