The master's thesis focuses on the design of the project - implementation tablets as education support at the elementary school in Střelice u Brna, which will be co-financed by European Union funds. Thesis uses theoretical knowledge of project management and its goal is to prepare documents for submission of the grant.

This master’s thesis describes the use of project management for a design and implementation of the project to create web portal for event team of the company UNIFER o.p.s. The thesis descibes in detail the pre-project, project and post-project phase according to project management methods.

The thesis contains risk analysis of the investment construction projects. The theoretical part is focused on risk definition, types of risks and risk management methods. Further there is various risk analysis in investment projects described. In the practical part is the evaluation of economic efficiency including the risk assessment in development project of the company Prologis.

This diplom thesis focuses on risk management of a selected company using data analysis tools. The thesis comprehends two main parts. The first part addresses theoretical issues concering risk, risk management and data nalysis tools. It presents a number of indicator that can be used as an instruments for a company´s financial management. These idicators, indexes and models are then applied in second part in financial analysis of the firm Moravskoslezská spol. s.r.o.

The subject of this thesis is design of stand for assembly of srew-inserts into car door handles. It contains of search of possible technical solutions of part handling and available technologies of screw-insert instalation. In design part of thesis contains of analysis of construction and choice of technologies. In construction part of my thesis u can find description construction of stand and risk analysis of this machine. Moreover there are calculations, drawings of main assemblies of machine and model of stand modeled in Autodesk Inventor.

The goal of the submitted thesis: “Risk Management of selected Business Entity” is to characterize and analyze risks of selected business entity and compile proposal to reduce of these risks. The first chapter describes definitions related to risk management, general regularities of risk management and general method of risk analysis. The second chapter focuses on insurance as one method of risk reduction. The third chapter deals with particular subject’s risk management.

Diploma thesis titled „Risk management proposal of select business entity“ deals with risk management, analyzing and optimizing in the Synergent, s.r.o. The first part of thesis is focused on theoretical background, which describes the basic concepts and methods of risk management. The second part of thesis includes indentifying risks in the company that were found by the internal and external analysis and methods for risk analysis. In the conclusion of thesis are recommendations for measures to help minimize risks in company on preventive or corrective level.

The main objective of this Master thesis is to develop and propose a risk management process for selected project. To achieve the main objective, analysis of the current status and strategic analysis were carried out and then special project management methods were applied, including RIPRAN method. Possible risks of the project were discovered in the results of conducted analyses and corrective actions were suggested accordingly.

The problems with the environmental damage valuation which are caused by the stationary sources belong to the important issues to be solved. Due to the heavy industrial activity in the Czech Republic it is important to pay attention to the possible risks which can emerge from these sources and can impact the environment and the health condition of people. The thesis deals with the analysis of the present state of this problem. The analysis of the risks which come from the specific situation is made on its basis. The goal of this thesis is to propose the general procedure of the valuation of the incurred damage on the environment and the minimization of the risks.
