The aim of thesis is use tools of project management for the company in realization the contract. Thesis is divided into three parts. The first part concerns the theoretical basis of solution. Next part is devoted to analysis of acquired order. Last part contains specific usage tools during implementation.

The subject and main goal of the diploma thesis is the application of the project management methodology at VAGONKA-INTERIORS s.r.o. Project management tools are applied in a project focused on the development and production of new technology. The thesis is focused on the practical use of outputs and work with MS Project software. The work will serve as a basis for the implementation of the project.

Risk management in company AT CAR, s.r.o. with focus on its branch Brno is the main topic of this thesis. As for the risk management itself, the most important tasks are identification, analysis and reducing the possible risks. These processes are described and discussed in the theoretical part of the thesis, while it also introduces all important terms related to this topic. In the analytical part, the risks are identified using appropriate methods such as SLEPTE analysis, Porter’s Five Forces and 7S model. The risks identified are thereafter evaluated using the scoring method. In the last part, recommendations and measures for reducing the risk are presented.

The diploma thesis titled Risks of logistics management in a company deals with the analysis of flow quality in the logistics chain of selected internet shop Notino.cz. The work is divided into three parts. The theoretical part describes the theoretical bases on the basis of specialized literature. The analytical part analyzes the current state of quality, processes in the enterprise, and an analysis of the causes and consequences. The design part draws conclusions from the analyzes, proposes and looks for measures to reduce or eliminate the identified risks.

This thesis deals with the safety of engraving machine. The main contribution of this thesis is the detailed implementation of the risk assessment according to valid standards. Further detailed design of measures to meet all safety requirements. Part of this thesis is familiarity with the machine and its current state and the procedure of risk analysis. Another part is the risk assessment. Conclusion of this thesis includes the documentation and ES certificate of conformity.

In the theoretical part, I deal with public sector, life cycle of the project, evaluation of public projects, conception of risk, clasification of risk, risk analysis and valuation of the risk. In the practical section I process risk analysis of the project in transport infrastucture.
