The diploma thesis deals with the project solution of the selection and implementation of a new information system of the company META-GAS, spol. s r.o. It specifies the basic theoretical knowledge of project management, that are further used in all parts of the work. Based on the results of analyzes of the external, internal and competitive environment a project plan and the benefits of the solution design are prepared.

This diploma thesis deals with the risk management in the payment process optimization project. To fulfill the main objective, the norm ČSN ISO 31000:2009 was followed. In the preparation phase for the analysis of the risks were used strategic, scheduling, resource, and cost analysis. Based on the results from these methods, the project risks were identified. Qualitative approach was used in the quantitative phase. Next, the corrective measures were suggested. In the last part, a process of risks monitoring is proposed.

Subject matter of this diploma thesis is selection of a suitable information system which purpose will be to improve processes and competitiveness of a company VAMCORP GROUP, spol. s.r.o. The thesis will analyze business requirements which need to be met by specific information system and compare possibilities for its acquisition. Each information system will be described. Based on attributes set by observed company the most suitable one will be selected. An implementation procedure will be proposed for the selected information system, including a risk analysis related to its implementation and the operation itself. The number of risks will be reduced by propounding befitting measures. Appropriate measures to minimize them will be proposed for individual risks. Subsequently, costs associated with the implementation and operation of selected information system will be quantified. In conclusion will be summarized the content of the thesis accompanied by enumeration of benefits which will be brought by selected information system to observed company.

This diploma thesis is focused on the issue of occupational safety and health on case of emergency. The analysis of the current state in the area of potential risk of selected emergencies was performed. The attention was focused mainly on the current epidemiological situation, specifically on the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic and employees work in the office. The questionnaire survey was conducted, the results of which served as a basis of risk analysis by selected methods. Based on the obtained results, measures were proposed incl. financial evaluation.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of risk management in storage facilities of a brewery. The objective of the thesis was to identify and evaluate possible risks connected to the storage of handling units, which are part of the working environment in the brewery. The evaluation of the risk analysis has been created on the basis of FMEA and FTA methods. To minimize the risks, the measures were subsequently proposed to reduce potential risks when working in the warehouse which led to accident reduction. Then these measures were financially evaluated and assessed for their cost-effectiveness.

This document deals with the topic of mobile cellular networks, operating as a critical infrastructure, based on systemic approach, general risk analysis methods and specialized methods for diagnostics and analysis founded on technical praxis from running mobile cellular networks.

The aim of my Masters thesis is propose the insurance portfolio for legal entity - the Brno based company Úklidový servis ŠKAROUPKA s.r.o. The thesis contains risk analysis and also concept of insurance portfolio that aims to minimaze risks that could limit the company running by the way of insurance product.

This master’s thesis dealts with insurance portfolio for the selected firm. The thesis is divided into 5 main parts. It includes risk analysis and propsal of such insurance portfolio, that can help minimize the most important risks through commercial insurance products, and reduce to the lowest level the threats to those activities.

Práce představuje společnost a přináší analýzu rizik, která vede k rozhodnutí zaměřit se na riziko poškození dobrého jména z důvodu produkce vadných výrobků. Jejím výsledkem je poskytnutí vyvinutých nástrojů RETUNN využívající metod Neuronových sítí, které umožňují predikci rizika a následnou implementaci opatření na snížení tohoto rizika.

This master’s thesis deals with project management and alternative forms of financing. It describes the theoretical elements, which are implemented in practice. It includes an analytical part of the problem, where the actual project elements are analysed, and a part of proposals, where a summary of the solutions is provided.
