This master thesis deals with the implementation of information security management system in the company. It summarizes the theoretical background in this field and uses it to analyze the current state of information security, as well as analysis and risk management and not least the actual implementation of ISMS in the particular company. This work also contains three groups of measures that reduce the impact of identified risks and which also implements an essential parts of ISMS.

The diploma thesis is focused on the design implementation of information security management system in a small business and is applying theoretical knowledge to real-life situations in a manufacturing company. First of all is performed analysis of current status and the consequent threats which can affect the company's assets. Thereafter are proposed measures based on identified risks and requirements of the owner.

This diploma thesis deals with making a business plan to expand business, enterpreneurs – individual persons – engaged in a garage. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of basic concepts forming the structure of the business plan and business. In the analytical section is described the company and its current situation. In the last part is suggested the process of develop the business and its achal feasibility. The business plan describes the design for the expansion of renting cars sevices.

Diploma thesis is focused on project which will serve as a proposal for development of generic product for the company Teva Czech Industries s.r.o. Project management methods will be used in this work. Output of thesis is going to be a project plan which will be compiled using the functions of MS Project program. Several analyses such as risk analysis or source analysis are going to be part of other outputs.

The master‘s thesis deals with creating of a business plan for building up a department which will provide services of a recording studio and services of sound system installation and lighting of small musical events of different types. The department will come into existence by spreading of the core business of building and accounting company Aksamit s. r.o., which has been working in the region of south Moravia since 1991. In the thesis, market research, analysis of internal and external sourroundings, 7S analysis, SWOT analysis, financial analysis and risk analysis are made and on this basis feasibility of the project is evaluated.

The diploma thesis puts forward the proposal of the construction project of a generic ceble system in the company Sport Studio Suzan, s.r.o., which is engaged in small-scale sport functional clothing. Based on the theoretical part and the analysis of the current internal and external position of the copmany is designed the proposal of implementation generic cable system. The whole work is compiled according to the methodology of project management IPMA.

Diploma thesis creates the project design for e-commerce implementation in the selected company together using the tools and methodologies of project management. Based on an analysis of the business environment and key theoretical background of project management, it brings in the draft plan project, usable for its future company‘s implementation.

The thesis is focused on developing a business plan, specifically the proposal to extend the product range in a small company XY spol. s.r.o. which is focused on developing, manufacturing and servicing of electronic equipment. The first part is focused on the theoretical background necessary to create a proposal, the second part contains a complex analysis of the company and the final section presents specific proposal to extend the product range in the mentioned company.

This thesis deals with the implementation of enterprise information system ERP in a construction company KORA-VODOSTAVING Ltd. In the first part, I briefly describe the theoretical framework and the background of the issue. The aim of the thesis is to reveal the critical factors and risks associated with the selection, implementation and operation of ERP system. The result of the thesis is not only the development of proposals to reduce the risks, but also time and economic evaluation of the project and my recommendations for the analyzed company.

This thesis deals with the risk analysis and risk management of a construction project, their detailed characteristics and classification. In the practical part, knowledge and findings from the theoretical part are applied to a project aimed at the reconstruction and completion of an indoors swimming pool in the town Kuřim. In the course of the risk analysis assessment, important information on the project were given, furthermore, risks were identified, the intensity of their impact and likelihood of their development was established, and measures to reduce the risks were recommended.
